I just started taking my 5 cats to Dr N. First time was because one of my males got a bad abscess and late one Thursday he took him in. Drained him gave him shots. Let him stay the night free and neutered him in the morning while giving the rest of my animals all there shots. Dr. Nicholson has been our vet for five years. He is a wonderful man and amazing vet. He has treated our different pets for many things. From puppy check ups to major surgeries. When our husky, Savannah, got attacked by the neighbor dog at 6 weeks of age, and lost the scalp to her head and broke her jaw, Dr. Nicholson became very creative and graphed the skin/fur from her ears to cover the top of her head. She has the most erect ears ever. When the same neighbor dog a year and a half later attacked her other husky, Nikkou, and just about ripped his eye out, Dr. Nicholson again got very creative. He managed to go inside the eye and sew the lid back together and Nikkou has both eyes. Six months later, you would never know anything ever happened to Nikkou. My daughter's young Shiba Inu puppy contracted ghirdia (not sure I spelled it right), Dr. Nicholson and his staff did not freak out at the contagious disease, and treated her and all of our pets for it. Even pups that we had sold, he took care of. I have moved 45 miles away from B.A., but I will always keep Dr. Nicholson as our vet. I highly recommend him. If you want a caring vet who takes his time with you and your pet, and who does an excellent job fitting you in with an appointment that fits your schedule - even if its very last minute - he's the doc for your animals!
