These guys have been phenomenal for my dogs surgery! She managed to get staples out twice and each time I brought her back in they gently re-stapled the incision at no charge. I will continue to use them anytime our animals need care!Read Less

Such a great place to take your fur babies!! The entire staff were so loving and caring towards my fur baby. My dog was sick and I called that morning and they got him right in without an appointment. I was also updated on what was going on with him and what would be best to do for him. I would not recommended this vet practice for anybody.... I had my beautiful 3 year old husky examined by them Friday December 23, 2016 . Where they informed us that she had whipworms and that it was treatable. So they gave her a 1 dose pill and told us that it would kill the worms and that she would be fine. We asked the staff is this anything that we need to be worried about or anything we needed to be looking for before her next check up with them. They informed us that we had nothing to worry about and that if we had a weak stomach to not look at her poops. So we went off the dr. Orders and Christmas morning at 7:30am not even 48 hours after being checked by this vet and dr. Ginger laNye, I wake up to find kishka my gorgeous husky was dead. This vet didn't do a throughal check up and they failed to notify me of the dangers kishka was truly in. I don't wish this upon anybody and I just pray that this vet doesn't hurt another family in the way it has hurt ours. . Think twice before taking your loved ones to this vet... it's shameful for you to even have responded back to this post Dr. Matthews your a owner of a vet and your going to shamefully respond to a post and tell lies or incomplete facts to this case. You never offered to have a necropsy done nor was it recommended to have any type of blood work pull. Which by your own words to me was your staff Didn't follow protocol... there was no limit to our expenses to have saved our family member. So excuse me but you have flat out lied. On top of you offered to send a third of what we paid to have her examined by your horrible vet to begin with.. you know what dr Matthews keep your $50 I'm now going to write a formal letter to both state and the county veterinary licensing boards to have your Vet investigated. How extremely rude of you dr Matthews to respond back to my post and present me as the one at fault after your staff just finished devastating my sons, my family, and my other perfectly healthy 9 year old huskies christmases. How extremely cruel of you dr Matthews. Kishka didnt have to die and had your staff followed protocol we would have had blood work done. Again blood work was never offered. And then your going to go further and say you offered to refund the exam fee, so which is the exam fee? The 146.00$ that was spent and that was recommended by your staff and even reassured by them that we had nothing to worry about!!!!! Or is it your 50.00$ that you offered to refund me? My sweet Buddy was found Thursday night with cuts around his ear and neck from a possible animal attack. My husband took him to South Park the next day and even though it was close to closing time they took him right in and got him meds and a follow up appointment for the next business day. I took my Dog who is their regular patient in on Monday because she had stopped eating on Friday morning, and refused to drink water.She had black waterery diarrhea, and puking yellow foamy stomach acid. She had lost 13pds since Friday. You could see her ribs and spine. By time we took her into them on Monday my husband had to carry her in to them bc she was to weak and couldn't walk. They X-ray her, and give her a nausea shot, charge us 239$, sent us home and told us to come back if she isn't better in a few days. That night she started having seizures. South Park refused to treat my dog unless we had cash up front! We took her to a Voss Vet in Checotah, they told us if we didn't bring her in when we did she would have died the next day, and they weren't concerned with payment until they were certain they saved her life! IF we would have followed what Southpark told us, we would have a dead showdog! All they did was milk us for our money and sent our dog home to die! Our dog will NEVER come to them again! Very caring and considerate staff. The moment my dog entered he was personally assisted to a private room and made extremely comfortable. A good portion of the staff showed him affection and were kind. No need to go anywhere else. My dog was a life-long friend and exploration partner and though he passed today if I ever have another pet I know it will be in good hands here. I recently had a bad experience at another vet clinic. When I saw South Park, I just walked in and talked to them. Jordan was super helpful and was so sweet to make an appointment to get my cat taken care of. I brought Rocky (my cat) in and found out he had diabetes. Shortly thereafter, his kidneys shut down and I had to put my fur baby to sleep. This was such a hard thing to do, but they could not have been any sweeter. I can not brag about their staff enough. I absolutely love all of the staff and vets at South Park Vet. There are very tentative and are great with the animals. We started by taking our cat there but, after seeing how good they were and the experiences we had recently had at our old vet with the dogs, all of our pets go there now. With our newest, a rescue, and the vet was great and took the time to make her feel comfortable and show her all the equipment before even trying to use it. Dr. Adolph has always been willing to listen to my experience with my fur-babies and take into consideration my concerns about any procedures which he recommends. It is then up to me to weigh the pros and cons of treatment. He is not afraid to refer me to a specialist if he feels the necessity, as he wants what is best for my babies. I love this place! My poor dogs and I got attacked by two Rottweilers and I walked in shaken and scared. They took such great care of my little shih tzu and were able to calm me down in the process.
