I chose this as my vet because when I was a vendor of theirs they all treated me kindly and any business that is good to its vendors will be great to you as a customer and they are, above what I would ever have explected. They always check in by text the day after they have seen my dog and ask how she is. They really care for your animals, I saw that when I used to service their soap dispensers in the back rooms. This place is the best! Professionalism like a human hospital at all times. They've been taking care of my little guy his entire life and they have never been short of outstanding with their service and compassion. He goes to boarding sometimes- he loves them and they love him. The girls in there are sweethearts and Dr. Weitlich is super knowledgeable, explanative and has always been great in all of my experiences. You will get very reasonable and realistic service from both of these two doctors. Dr. McKeiagg helped me with an elderly cat, a female cat with cancer and a younger cat with anxiety and stomach issues. Three totally different issues, all excellent care. Fantastic experience. I took in my dog to get his blood drawn for a heartworm test, nervous about his behavior toward strangers (especially those who poke and probe him). But unlike other veterinary hospitals that I have visited in the past, my dog remained by my side the during the entire procedure, which I could tell soothed him very much. Usually vet visits are terrifying for my dog, but this one was not at all--which honestly shocked me. Jessica, my vet assistant, let me hold onto him while she drew his blood so that he wouldn't freak out. And when the doctor came in to inspect him, he did the unthinkable: he actually held my dog in his arms. Usually even attempting to hold my dog would result in growls and snaps (even for me sometimes!), but my dog was just fine! As a matter of fact, I think he even respected the vet more because of it.
