I absolutely love taking my dogs here! The staff is caring, very professional and they charge you out the wazoo. The last visit I had with them was because my dog got hit and I called the morning it happened. They calmed me down and said to bring him in right away. When I arrived they helped me get him out the car and take in inside and was roomed immediately. Luckily nothing was serious but they kept him for the day to make sure before sending him home. Went with my dad to take his dog to get his nails trimmed, my first impression was "wow! This place smells amazing" which is a hard thing to pull off when you have critters going in and out all day. Biscuit, my dad's dog, has never bitten anyone but he will bark and bark and they just thought he was the cutest thing and pet him until he calmed down and took him back, trimmed his nails and a were in and out in 5 minutes. My Husband and I have had the absolute best experience with Catoosa Small Animal Hospital! We brought our 3 pound schnauzer in with a broken leg and they took beyond excellent care of her. They were very good about informing us of all options and what all to expect with those options. We were so well informed we did not feel any hesitation in the decision that was ultimately made. They called and informed us when they took her back for surgery and they called the minute she woke up to let us know how everything went. Dr. Caleb did an outstanding job with Brownie's tiny little bones. The vet techs are always so patient with little Brownie (she tends to be very grouchy since she has broken her leg) and take as much time as needed to make sure she is comfortable. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they have the most helpful front desk staff! We HIGHLY recommend this facility. Your fur baby is in great hands here! Read Less

This is honestly the best vet that I have taken my animals to! About a year ago I started taking my cat there and the staff is so sweet and so attentive! They expressed true concern for my pet and would call every couple of days to check up on him. You can tell that they don't only care about the paycheck. They truly care about their profession and their patients. When the time came to let go of my cat they were so sweet and caring. Now I take my dog there and they are still just as caring with him! We had to make an appointment with CSAH due to my two female dogs getting into a pretty horrible fight that left one of my girls with a bad leg and a banged up eye and face, from the minute we got there it wasn't just a pleasant but comforting experience. I have a small child so the staff came out to the parking lot to help me get Freya inside, they were kind and gentle with not just Freya but my son as well and made us feel very comfortable. He's had to have two surgeries so far in his 4 years, the first being a urinary issue that would have killed him had it not been taken care of. I'd give 100 stars if I could. I love Dr Sarah and Dr Laura, who have both taken care of my chihuahua Pixie. They even do a follow up call and check to make sure things are good (which was much appreciated). Now, I have to brag on the staff. My mom is in Rolling Hills Care Facility. I live 1 hour away from Catoosa. My Pixie's nails had gotten really long, and needed cut. I just can't bring myself to drive 1 hour to get her nails cut and drive home without seeing my mom, who has Alzheimers. CSAH said they would not only cut my dogs nails, but they would keep her while I went to visit my mom. BEST VET CLINIC EVER!!!! Read Less

This is the all time best small animal hospital there is! Dr. Sarah and Dr. Laura recently took excellent care of our sweet Duke. We found out after extensive testing that he had developed prostate cancer. The two ladies tag teamed and took EXCELLENT care of him until we had to release him to go to the Rainbow Bridge on Septemer 3rd. He had to spend several days at the hospital and the staff along with these 2 docs went above and beyond to see that he was well taken care of and as comfortable as they could make him. He wouldn't eat and Dr. Sarah actually shared her chicken mcnuggets with him to try to get him to eat! I couldn't be more pleased with the top notch care everyone there offered to to Duke and the compassion they offered us in our loss! If there was a million star rating I would give it to them!!!! This is the best place to take your pet. Popeye my English Bulldog was taken in there early in the morning without an appointment an was seen within 10min.. He was treated and feels much better within 24hours. We also took another English Bulldog of ours in there for treatment and she had the best care and they always treat our pets like there family. honestly these people are really greedy. took one of my cats (the oldest of our two) there yesterday and even though i practically told the doctor hat was wrong and that we only needed some flea meds they ended up giving my cat two steroid shots and then flea meds which in the end cost $200 for literally 15 minutes of there time. this morning we brought in our younger cat to get spayed and as soon as we got her there the doctor was trying to get us to get a bunch of other tests done (including a leukemia test that we did on her just last year) look and see if she needed any other shots (which was going to cost money just to look plus around $50 for any shots she needed) plus since my cat was in heat when we brought her in to get fixed it was going to be another $50 on top of the $125 we were already paying to get her fixed. I would love to be able to use this place to take my cats for vet care because of how close they are to home, but they are in it for the money more then for the animals and it honestly really bothers me. definitely going to find a new vet after all of this. I took my dog here for her yearly shots. The staff was friendly and the doc was attentive and discovered my dog had a double ear infection. They gave me antibiotic ear drops. I feel that they are very thorough and don't push added procedures and cleanings on you if you cannot afford them. They also do boarding. Overall a great place to take your pooch or kitty! Read Less

We have been taking our Jack Russel to them since the beginning of this year and have been extremely pleased with their professional and caring approach to our pet. Our dog, Chippy, has has an operation there, received check-ups, and has stayed at their kennel for 5 nights and we have been very happy with all of the care that he has received there. I took my dogs there for boarding for 1 week, and I had them give them a bath too, well when I picked them up they smelled so bad that I HAD to go to my groomer before we went home. Then they got so sick that night I had to take them back in the morning only to find out they had E. coli infection, NOT HAPPY!! Read Less
