They are expensive for many services provided. When my cat was getting tested for certain issues, I was told the test would cost $135. Callie was diagnosed with renal disease. Before it was said and done I have a $400 bill. It is almost 4 months later and I have to put her down. It is over $40 to euthanize and $200 for cremation. The 3rd party they use (pet cremations) only charges $100. It is a 100% upcharge for cremation though they get a discount from 3rd party. Town and country is definitely about the money. I will not bring my animals back.

I have used Dr Lee since she finished her schooling. She started in another location and when she opened in Choctaw, I followed. You need to know my dogs are my family and she and her staff knows this...
I have used Dr Lee since she finished her schooling. She started in another location and when she opened in Choctaw, I followed. You need to know my dogs are my family and she and her staff knows this.
In my opinion she and her staff are the best. Believe over the last 25 years we have had some very heart wrenching times. Through all the bad and good she has been a great vet and friend. I would recommend her to anybody.
She has added other vets and currently has Dr Provence(sp) and Dr Green on her staff. I have had great results with theses doctors also.
The supporting staff she is is great (Whitney, Cassie, and Lulu) Have been there a long time. The others I do not remember names but Dr Lee has had many there for training through out the years so I do not remember some names.

I had been going to another vet for a couple years, my female Boston needed assistance with her birth and my vet wasn't open because it was a Friday. I immediately brought her to Town and Country, they updated my file and took care of Mom. Then on Monday, I received a call from Town and Country, checking on my baby girl. I am a forever customer now......so Happy for the AWESOME Customer Service!!!

Wish they'd call with updates on how she was doing but I did the calling. They did give me good details when I spoke with her vet. Seemed to be a very busy place. Staff was very pleasant.

In addition, the cost was affordable. I use a local vet for routine care, but go to Town and Country for my dog's special needs.

I came in as a new client with an emergency and they were very nice, made me feel very comfortable that my baby was in good hands. the price was much less than emergency hospitals quoted me. they did really good about explaining my estimate and telling me why they wanted to do what they asked to do, like x-rays to show if there was more damage than what showed on the surface or she might get worse and have to be brought back for more work. i was very happy with their professionalism and kindness. will be going back!

"we'll we have to see the animal".. office visit payment... they've even tried to double up on my dogs shots. It's become more expensive than me going to the doctor. Someone there needs to get a control on costs or they won't be in business much longer. It's a VET clinic not a doctors office! Ridiculous! I'll never step foot in this place again!

I've been going to town and country for about 3 years. The last time I was there I took my best friend for emergency surgery and he didn't make it home. Today I called for pricing to get my new puppy checked for worms. The lady that answered the phone gave me pricing for the different options so I sent my wife up there to get it done. Somehow between the conversation and arriving the price went up. It's my belief that these people are in it for the money and my dogs deserve better.

We have a farm with goats, livestock-guardian dogs, chickens, etc. We have 7 guardian dogs, 8 goats (and growing), 3 'outside' mouse and snake eating machines, 3 'inside' spoiled rotten cats, and 1 goldfish in a small outdoor pond. So, you can probably imagine all the issues that come up keeping our animals happy and healthy. Through all of it, the doctors and staff at T & C have helped us with the various problems that arose over the years. They make farm calls, which is a BIG plus !! And their prices are reasonable. Finally, they are always kind to our animals. We highly recommend T & C Animal Hospital.

Town and Country with Dr. Provence has been there with every good and bad moment. They go above and beyond to take care of you! I drive from my home in NW OKC to Choctaw for everything! They performed a surgery on one my Belgian Malinios, when she was misdiagnosed by 4 vets telling me it was osteosarcoma. They saved her life, when everyone else told me to put her down. They were there when my old dog spent his last day getting loved on in the office and provided comfort and sincerity. I appreciate everything that they have done for me and my family (dogs).

It's the only place I want to take my dog in Oklahoma for boarding. She comes back clean and healthy, and I can't say that about any other facilities I've had to take her to in the Oklahoma City area. Added bonus, the dog hates kennels and usually pouts when I come back as punishment for leaving her but she has a great attitude after staying with this staff. Clearly, they are taking good care.

Whem my 5 pound Yorkie was attacked ny a 75 pound dog I took her to Town and Country. She was bleeding extremely from a puncture wound in her right side and not wallking well. When they brought her back out to me I was told she only had the one puncture about an inch deep and was given antibiotics the pain meds.
Three days later Zoey"s stomach was completely black and blue and I found a second puncture wound on her left side. But that's not the worst...just under the puncture wound on her right side was a rib bone protruding! I took Zoey back in and they were going to charge another /130.50 to examine and ex-ray her. I'm asking what did my $100 I already gave you pay for? Two pain pills cut into quarters and antibiotics? This is the worst care I have ever gotten in a vet"s clinic! They do NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT ANIMALS!

I immediately brought her to Town and Country, they updated my file and took care of Mom. Then on Monday, I received a call from Town and Country, checking on my baby girl. I am a forever customer now......so Happy for the AWESOME Customer Service!!!

Was my 1st emergency visit. I was not happy to have to wait 40 minutes to be seen while my dog laid in agony. They did do an awesome job taking care of her. My dog had to stay for 2 days. Wish they'd call with updates on how she was doing but I did the calling. They did give me good details when I spoke with her vet. Seemed to be a very busy place. Staff was very pleasant.

I drive way out of my way to go to this vet. Dr. Green is knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. My dog has had to have surgery twice, and the staff there was excellent each time. In addition, the cost was affordable. I use a local vet for routine care, but go to Town and Country for my dog's special needs.

These people are extremely nice. I came in as a new client with an emergency and they were very nice, made me feel very comfortable that my baby was in good hands. the price was much less than emergency hospitals quoted me. they did really good about explaining my estimate and telling me why they wanted to do what they asked to do, like x-rays to show if there was more damage than what showed on the surface or she might get worse and have to be brought back for more work. i was very happy with their professionalism and kindness. will be going back!

"we'll we have to see the animal".. office visit payment... they've even tried to double up on my dogs shots. It's become more expensive than me going to the doctor. Someone there needs to get a control on costs or they won't be in business much longer. It's a VET clinic not a doctors office! Ridiculous! I'll never step foot in this place again!

My recent visit (1/2017) Pricing for me was $50 for the walk-in, $109 for xrays (2 pic). Vet and the Techs had great 'bed side manner', and explained everything well.

I've been going to town and country for about 3 years. The last time I was there I took my best friend for emergency surgery and he didn't make it home. Today I called for pricing to get my new puppy checked for worms. The lady that answered the phone gave me pricing for the different options so I sent my wife up there to get it done. Somehow between the conversation and arriving the price went up. It's my belief that these people are in it for the money and my dogs deserve better.

We have a farm with goats, livestock-guardian dogs, chickens, etc. We have 7 guardian dogs, 8 goats (and growing), 3 'outside' mouse and snake eating machines, 3 'inside' spoiled rotten cats, and 1 goldfish in a small outdoor pond. So, you can probably imagine all the issues that come up keeping our animals happy and healthy. Through all of it, the doctors and staff at T & C have helped us with the various problems that arose over the years. They make farm calls, which is a BIG plus !! And their prices are reasonable. Finally, they are always kind to our animals. We highly recommend T & C Animal Hospital.

Town and Country with Dr. Provence has been there with every good and bad moment. They go above and beyond to take care of you! I drive from my home in NW OKC to Choctaw for everything! They performed a surgery on one my Belgian Malinios, when she was misdiagnosed by 4 vets telling me it was osteosarcoma. They saved her life, when everyone else told me to put her down. They were there when my old dog spent his last day getting loved on in the office and provided comfort and sincerity. I appreciate everything that they have done for me and my family (dogs).

She comes back clean and healthy, and I can't say that about any other facilities I've had to take her to in the Oklahoma City area. Added bonus, the dog hates kennels and usually pouts when I come back as punishment for leaving her but she has a great attitude after staying with this staff. Clearly, they are taking good care.

They also did a follow up phone call to check up on her. I greatly appreciated it. It made me feel they actually care. Friendly place. I would recommend to anyone.

Whem my 5 pound Yorkie was attacked ny a 75 pound dog I took her to Town and Country. She was bleeding extremely from a puncture wound in her right side and not wallking well. When they brought her back out to me I was told she only had the one puncture about an inch deep and was given antibiotics the pain meds.
Three days later Zoey"s stomach was completely black and blue and I found a second puncture wound on her left side. But that's not the worst...just under the puncture wound on her right side was a rib bone protruding! I took Zoey back in and they were going to charge another /130.50 to examine and ex-ray her. I'm asking what did my $100 I already gave you pay for? Two pain pills cut into quarters and antibiotics? This is the worst care I have ever gotten in a vet"s clinic! They do NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT ANIMALS!
