All About Animals

They were absolutely amazing all around when I went here. I arrived with my cat, Athena, who is a little under a year old. It is obvious that she has some anxiety issues, especially when she has had a stressful day. The day of her appointment, she was dealing with a transition to a new home, an accidental introduction to a new dog, AND a new veterinarian. She was a bit riled up. I apologized profusely to everybody at the clinic because I knew she was going to be a handful. However, everybody there was very understanding and overwhelmingly kind and helpful. After seeing the way they treated my anxious and out-of-hand cat, I will never have anything but respect for the people who work there. You know you've got a great vet when your dog is actually excited to be there! Dr. Patton and staff are fantastic with my husky and a delight for me to be around. I had some car trouble the other day after an impromptu visit and they boarded my pup while I ran around trying to get it solved, and they seemed almost joyed to be able to help out. They're like good neighbors that love your animals even more than you. Read Less

I had the best experience with Dr. Patton and his staff. I took by 9 week old puppy to them for the first time and they were so kind and so gentle with her. Not an enjoyable experience, would not return. Felt that they didn't explain what they were trying to charge for. Then when I picked my dog up, told me everything was fine and dandy. They call days later after the puppy had been sleeping with my daughter every night, and say that he has worms that are contagious to humans. I would think that this would be mentioned as a possibility the day I picked him up. Why would they not mention something like that was a possibility and to be cautious until we knew?!? Once again, very unsettling experience and apparently put my daughter at risk thinking I had had him checked out. Their negligence to educate about what their doing and charging is the reason I will not return with my animals. Read Less

I will first suggest that the business name be revised. All about money $$$$$$$$, will be a little more definative in describing this business. I made the first mistake.I took our beloved and cherished Boxer in for a check up she wasn't feeling well. After a slew of expensive test that were inconclusive I was offered "more " test. ..for much more money. Our beloved pet endured the "test", but died just three days later. ...hundreds of dollars...for nothing. Undiagnosed! Our pet was ten years old and. ...Unfortunately most all Boxers have a similar life span. But it's still "All about money ".@ the end of the day! " Read Less

Dr.Patton is a great vet. He is takes time to listen to any concerns I have, answers my questions. I don't feel rushed, or like he is anxious to see his next patient. He's done a great job treating both my kitty and puppies... who are family to me. His exams are thorough but he doesn't order unnecessary tests. The staff are always pleasant and helpful too. Dr Patton and all of his staff are great! I find his prices very fair and when I talked to him about limiting vaccines he respected my wishes and didn't try to push treatments on my dogs. He even gave me dental supplies and some samples of a supplement food additives for the dogs and water additives to help prevent tarter. I like this vet practice and feel very comfortable about the care my dogs get.Read Less

I took my guinea pig in for a URI. The Doctor gave me medication that didn't work. Now the rude lady up front is telling me I need to come back. PAY AGAIN and have her seen again for the same thing?? No thanks!! Don't waste your time or money here. There an animal business for all the wrong reasons.. $$$$$$ Read Less
