This was my first visit to CVC. I was greeted at the door and welcomed to the facility. Your customer service is exemplary! The entry area is clean and attractive and continues through to the exam rooms. My pet was treated gently and kindly by your Doctor and technician.(Being 11 yrs, I know he appreciated it.) My concerns were addressed and recommendations were made. All in all I am so very pleased and will refer all my animal lover friends to CVC.

Called several vets in the Tulsa area, and when our son got back from out of town, he recommended we try his vet in Collinsville. We called and they wanted to meet Radar before they would give us a quote, visit was awesome...super friendly, and when the visit with Dr Scott was over, the costs seemed competitive. At this point, I would HIGHLY recommend this facility. More to come after his teeth cleaning appointment next week.

I started using this vet hospital because of their employee, Paige. We went to school together and are friends on Facebook and the amount of comments and praises she posts about her job, I knew this is where I wanted to bring my newly acquired-love of my life- pug, Spencer Elliott. I currently live between Dallas Texas and Sand Springs, OK. I could've gone to a thousand different vet hospitals, but this vet hospital just knocked it out of the park for me on the very first visit- it's worth the 45 minute drive out of my way! As a first time pug mom, I was terrified! He would sneeze and I thought he was dying... but Collinsville Veterinary Hospital was patient. They always did a thorough examination and reassured me that Spence was a happy well-loved puppy. Between the exams, the priceless puppy advice, and simply treating Spencer as the treasure I know him to be, I couldn't be more grateful for Collinsville Veterinary hospital! I always give my pup the best and the best is Collinsville Veterinary hospital, hands down. Thanks for taking good care of Spencer! He loves all his friends here!

I took my husband's dog to them after he had been attacked by a mountain lion and they did such a great job with him! Surgery was great, they were beyond helpful and caring when our dog kept pulling out his staples and stitches. They also treated me with such respect and I will most definitely be going back to them when I move back home. Oh also they sent me a picture of our dog after surgery with updates which made me feel so much better!

I took my dog here for his yearly check up, as a new patient I expected them to ask me a history about my dog or vaccine history / reactions. What he eats , if he has any problems.
None of that was done. I told the dr what I thought was wrong - which he prescribed me antibiotics for. He also needed to be wormed due to his fecal being positive. The DR told me the fecals aren't always 100% due to them not having the updated machines.
To worm my 85lb dog it was $100 for two doses. That's outrageous. I asked for a different wormer and the dr suggested against it. (It would have been cheaper)
The staff and dr where all very nice ,I just wasnt thrilled about how they treated us as a new client or the lack of information they did not require.

I am so grateful for CVH and every single staff member! I trust them implicitly with all my animals. Their facility is top notch; the vets and techs are highly trained and the best in the business. They go above and beyond for animals and their humans from the moment they enter until well after they leave. The office staff is excellent and caring, and they work diligently to make sure you are comfortable and understood. I know my pets get the most advanced treatment and best care available. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Took my kitties in because they had some mysterious scabs and scratching issues; turns out they've got some new allergies in Oklahoma they didn't have in Oregon! The doctor, assistant and front desk staff were all very helpful in figuring out what the problem was and in answering my questions about their general health. They were all very friendly as well! A great, clean, helpful establishment and I'll be bringing my girls back here for sure!

Since moving to Oklahoma from Arkansas, one priority has been finding a good vet for my bichon Sophie. Like most pet owners, I want to be heard when I'm concerned about Sophie's health and I want to be treated with respect. Dr. Liston at Collinsville Veterinary Hospital is an awesome veterinarian. He has empathy and sympathy for pets and their Mommas. He spent time researching treatment options for Sophie and understood the importance of finding the best treatment I could afford. He called to check on Sophie, returned my calls, and continued his dedication to Sophie's health and my peace of mind after we walked out the door. I can't thank him enough for his compassion and patience and I feel confident in his ability to treat Sophie or any other pet in the future. Love love love this place!! I cannot say enough nice things. Brenda is amazing and always makes a fuss when we come in. She always asks how the fur babies are doing and how my family is. To me, that is the ultimate way to go in a business. My Smokey had heartworm and the staff took very good care of him. Oh I can't remember her name, but she just loves Smokey and always makes a big deal when he comes in. We also had a kitten that had a lot of problems and we did everything we could to try and fix him, but he just wasn't getting any better, only worse. They were extremely caring and did all they could to take care of us and him. I will always be grateful for the compassion they had shown us. Both Vets are wonderful as well and always informative. I recommend them to friends and family always.

We have used collinsville veterinary hospital for 4 years now and wouldn't think of taking of dogs anywhere else. They know all three of our dogs by name and are very friendly every time we call or come in. They have even helped us find a home for a stray dog we found! The entire staff truly love all animals. They take the time to explain things as well.

I love this veterinary and highly recommend her. She and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They know their clients on a first-name basis, and they genuinely care about animals. I recently moved out of the state, but even after moving from Collinsville to Tulsa, I still drove back or arranged for someone to take my dog there. They always called for vaccination reminders and to check up on the dog after a visit.

I started using this vet hospital because of their employee, Paige. We went to school together and are friends on Facebook and the amount of comments and praises she posts about her job, I knew this is where I wanted to bring my newly acquired-love of my life- pug, Spencer Elliott. I currently live between Dallas Texas and Sand Springs, OK. I could've gone to a thousand different vet hospitals, but this vet hospital just knocked it out of the park for me on the very first visit- it's worth the 45 minute drive out of my way! As a first time pug mom, I was terrified! He would sneeze and I thought he was dying... but Collinsville Veterinary Hospital was patient. They always did a thorough examination and reassured me that Spence was a happy well-loved puppy. Between the exams, the priceless puppy advice, and simply treating Spencer as the treasure I know him to be, I couldn't be more grateful for Collinsville Veterinary hospital! I always give my pup the best and the best is Collinsville Veterinary hospital, hands down. Thanks for taking good care of Spencer! He loves all his friends here!

I took my husband's dog to them after he had been attacked by a mountain lion and they did such a great job with him! Surgery was great, they were beyond helpful and caring when our dog kept pulling out his staples and stitches. They also treated me with such respect and I will most definitely be going back to them when I move back home. Oh also they sent me a picture of our dog after surgery with updates which made me feel so much better!

I took my dog here for his yearly check up, as a new patient I expected them to ask me a history about my dog or vaccine history / reactions. What he eats , if he has any problems.
None of that was done. I told the dr what I thought was wrong - which he prescribed me antibiotics for. He also needed to be wormed due to his fecal being positive. The DR told me the fecals aren't always 100% due to them not having the updated machines.
To worm my 85lb dog it was $100 for two doses. That's outrageous. I asked for a different wormer and the dr suggested against it. (It would have been cheaper)
The staff and dr where all very nice ,I just wasnt thrilled about how they treated us as a new client or the lack of information they did not require.

I am so grateful for CVH and every single staff member! I trust them implicitly with all my animals. Their facility is top notch; the vets and techs are highly trained and the best in the business. They go above and beyond for animals and their humans from the moment they enter until well after they leave. The office staff is excellent and caring, and they work diligently to make sure you are comfortable and understood. I know my pets get the most advanced treatment and best care available. Took my kitties in because they had some mysterious scabs and scratching issues; turns out they've got some new allergies in Oklahoma they didn't have in Oregon! The doctor, assistant and front desk staff were all very helpful in figuring out what the problem was and in answering my questions about their general health. They were all very friendly as well! Since moving to Oklahoma from Arkansas, one priority has been finding a good vet for my bichon Sophie. Like most pet owners, I want to be heard when I'm concerned about Sophie's health and I want to be treated with respect. Dr. Liston at Collinsville Veterinary Hospital is an awesome veterinarian. He has empathy and sympathy for pets and their Mommas. He spent time researching treatment options for Sophie and understood the importance of finding the best treatment I could afford. He called to check on Sophie, returned my calls, and continued his dedication to Sophie's health and my peace of mind after we walked out the door. Love love love this place!! I cannot say enough nice things. Brenda is amazing and always makes a fuss when we come in. She always asks how the fur babies are doing and how my family is. To me, that is the ultimate way to go in a business. My Smokey had heartworm and the staff took very good care of him. Oh I can't remember her name, but she just loves Smokey and always makes a big deal when he comes in. We also had a kitten that had a lot of problems and we did everything we could to try and fix him, but he just wasn't getting any better, only worse. They were extremely caring and did all they could to take care of us and him. I will always be grateful for the compassion they had shown us. Both Vets are wonderful as well and always informative. I recommend them to friends and family always.

They know all three of our dogs by name and are very friendly every time we call or come in. They have even helped us find a home for a stray dog we found! The entire staff truly love all animals. I love this veterinary and highly recommend her. She and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They know their clients on a first-name basis, and they genuinely care about animals. I recently moved out of the state, but even after moving from Collinsville to Tulsa, I still drove back or arranged for someone to take my dog there. They always called for vaccination reminders and to check up on the dog after a visit.
