I've used them for years & have found them reliable. What's marring this review and sending me in search of vet care elsewhere was my most recent visit. My vet (who will remain anonymous) informed me my cat needed a dental procedure. Being the good pet parent I am, I wanted to handle this promptly so called back trying to schedule this. I was informed they could not do a dental until September (two months from now!). I am a physician practicing in a group with another MD and 4 CRNAs where call and daily assignments are shared, but nothing is set two months hence, so any date I might schedule I would likely be unavailable! I had vacation the current week and a forward week in early August. Given a window of two full weeks and complete availability at any time in the day, they could not / would not give me a time! So, they told me a procedure was needed, then caused ME angst by making sure I couldn't schedule it for months if ever. I explained this situation to them, but got no satisfactory accommodation. That's like inviting a guest to smoke in a room with no ash trays and where the windows are nailed shut! I don't appreciate being put in that position and frankly it makes me furious. So, I contacted another very highly rated vet closer to my house (again to remain nameless), established a relationship for my cat & scheduled the procedure. Atrocious treatment by a vet with a multi-year relationship at Danforth. If I like the other vet, I'll take this cat & my other two there in the future.

I live in Northwest Ok and breed Weimaraners. I use my local vet for routine checkups and basic care but I use Danforth Clinic for my PennHip tests. The girls at the front desk are very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Ron always spends time to answer my questions and offer advice on breeding decisions and fully explains his examinations and findings. They always call the next day following any procedure to check on my pet and make sure there were no problems and that recovery was good. I highly recommend Danforth Animal Clinic!

I have nothing but praise for the veterinary side of this hospital but I will not be taking my dogs back for grooming. When the groomer called to let me know they were finished and ready to be picked up I asked her how our little 7 lb Morkie with a heart problem did during her groom. She told me my dog was HORRIBLE and would NEVER look good because she couldn't be groomed properly. What??? I've had her groomed for 8 years and no one has ever had a problem with her. Even if she was difficult, her choice of words were inappropriate.

Danforth Animal Hospital is a state-of-the-art modern facility with five caring doctors and a professional staff. If something comes up out of the ordinary animal patients benefit because their veterinarian has quick access to doctors in their group as well as consultants nationwide. The doctors take their continuing education seriously and stay current with new technology while maintaining standards of care that are tried and true. As a former employee, I loved the fact that the doctors and the staff were very caring about every animal entrusted to their care. I'm a registered veterinary technician working in a teaching facility and I still recommend Danforth Animal Hospital. Not only because the level of care is excellent, but because I trust them with my own animals.

I'm am beyond impressed with this animal hospital! Our first visit, Dr Adam was not only thorough with his explanations, but seemed to genuinely care about our pup. His recommendations were appropriate and the least costly route. What I am most grateful for, is that recently our little guy had an immediate life threatening reaction after a vaccine.... within minutes they had him hooked up to an IV and giving him the meds he needed. These things can happen with older dogs and I'm so thankful that he was with a competent doctor and staff! My daughter was in charge of the whole situation as I am out of state, and again they didn't take advantage of her pocketbook during a crisis- which I've had happen before. I loooooove this place and recommend them to anyone who's pet is a part of their family. Thank you guys!!

They take their time with your animals and make sure all of your questions are answered. One of our dogs is extremely nervous at the clinic and Dr. Adam is excellent and patient with him. I recently lost my 16 week old puppy Kylo due to a heart defect. Danforth Animal Hospital wasn't my primary veterinarian, but they were who I called when he passed away because they were close by. We chose to have him cremated and given the events of that morning, I wasn't fit to drive very far. The staff was very sweet and caring as I brought him in and even sent a sympathy card to my home afterwards.

I take all of my animals to Danforth Animal Hospital, have for several years, and will continue. They are very gentle, thorough and professional. I've seen three of their vets and all have been excellent. My dog had some bad experiences, with another vet clinic, but Dr. Laughlin has always been great. I won't trust my dog(s)-fur babies to another vets care. The entire staff are always friendly and seem knowledgeable. I highly recommend Danforth Animal Hospital!

We have been coming to Dr. Hall for about 8 years now. We currently just acquired 2 new puppies, so now we have a total of 3 dogs. We have been through happy times, and some sad times with the staff at Danforth. During those difficult times, the staff has been so supportive of our grief, never rushing us, and giving us the time we need. They are very honest with us about our animals health, but don't try to "guilt" us into purchases we don't need. My dogs have stayed with them while we are on vacation, and when we pick them up, they seem to be clean and well cared for. I trust them with my babies!

Have taken our dog-son to Danforth Animal clinic for the past 7 years. Very through and professional with a love of animals. Our dogs doctor is the best.... Had many other experiences as a 45 year of dog owner, Danforth is the best. I have checked with other friends and they also agree. We have had the usual checkups and cancer surgery. All went well and enjoying our trial-boss (dog-son). Thanks to the crew at Danforth Animal Hospital. Our dog and my wife & I would rate Danforth 5 star!

Everytime I board my dog here he gets treated wonderfully! He's old, blind, and going deaf and they still treat him very sweetly and gentle.They bathe him and keep him healthy and happy while I'm out of town. I took him to Woodland Trails animal hospital ONCE because Danforth was booked and my dog was treated horrible. When I got him back he had a bashed in bloodied up nose, was not bathed (and I paid for it) and the female vet I wouldn't mind hitting in the face. He was poorly looked after and he's nowhere near high maintenance! He just has a hard time 'seeing' his way around, literally. Take your pet to Danforth! They will treat it with respect no matter the condition, age, or breed. :)

Danforth Animal Hospital is a state-of-the-art modern facility with five caring doctors and a professional staff. If something comes up out of the ordinary animal patients benefit because their veterinarian has quick access to doctors in their group as well as consultants nationwide. The doctors take their continuing education seriously and stay current with new technology while maintaining standards of care that are tried and true. As a former employee, I loved the fact that the doctors and the staff were very caring about every animal entrusted to their care. I'm a registered veterinary technician working in a teaching facility and I still recommend Danforth Animal Hospital. Not only because the level of care is excellent, but because I trust them with my own animals.

Dr. Adam Laughlin is absolutely amazing. He takes the time to answer questions and always puts my pet's health as a priority. I will never take my pets to anyone else!

I'm am beyond impressed with this animal hospital! Our first visit, Dr Adam was not only thorough with his explanations, but seemed to genuinely care about our pup. His recommendations were appropriate and the least costly route. What I am most grateful for, is that recently our little guy had an immediate life threatening reaction after a vaccine.... within minutes they had him hooked up to an IV and giving him the meds he needed. These things can happen with older dogs and I'm so thankful that he was with a competent doctor and staff! My daughter was in charge of the whole situation as I am out of state, and again they didn't take advantage of her pocketbook during a crisis- which I've had happen before. I loooooove this place and recommend them to anyone who's pet is a part of their family. Thank you guys!!

I have been going here with all my dogs for over 10 years and love the whole staff they treat my babies as theirs. And they are so nice and loving. Even my dogs love them.

Danforth Vets, techs and staff are fantastic! Dr. Adam and Dr. Mendy Laughlin have seen two of our dogs several times this week and have been extremely caring and responsive. They take their time with your animals and make sure all of your questions are answered. One of our dogs is extremely nervous at the clinic and Dr. Adam is excellent and patient with him. We have seen each one of the vets there and they are all great.

When I got a new dog my biggest thing was wanting the best vet for my dog. I'm new to this state so I looked online, saw this place had good ratings but my first experience was awful!!! The blonde receptionist was rude! She kept calling me sweetie and touching me!! That's very disrespectful! The place smelled like urine and poop very nasty! Dr was rude and in a hurry to get out of the appointment knowing I just got this puppy I wanted to know everything! Nope rushed me out the door! Defiantly won't be back!

I recently lost my 16 week old puppy Kylo due to a heart defect. Danforth Animal Hospital wasn't my primary veterinarian, but they were who I called when he passed away because they were close by. We chose to have him cremated and given the events of that morning, I wasn't fit to drive very far. The staff was very sweet and caring as I brought him in and even sent a sympathy card to my home afterwards.

I just rescued two cute little kittens and and they handled them so well. Dr. Woods gave me all the information I needed and made it so easy for a new cat momma like me. The staff was super friendly and made it easy to make appointments. Also, no waiting once I got there. Very pleased with my first time visit. Will most defiantly come back.

I take all of my animals to Danforth Animal Hospital, have for several years, and will continue. They are very gentle, thorough and professional. I've seen three of their vets and all have been excellent. My dog had some bad experiences, with another vet clinic, but Dr. Laughlin has always been great. I won't trust my dog(s)-fur babies to another vets care. The entire staff are always friendly and seem knowledgeable. I highly recommend Danforth Animal Hospital!

We have been coming to Dr. Hall for about 8 years now. We currently just acquired 2 new puppies, so now we have a total of 3 dogs. We have been through happy times, and some sad times with the staff at Danforth. During those difficult times, the staff has been so supportive of our grief, never rushing us, and giving us the time we need. They are very honest with us about our animals health, but don't try to "guilt" us into purchases we don't need. My dogs have stayed with them while we are on vacation, and when we pick them up, they seem to be clean and well cared for. I trust them with my babies!

Have taken our dog-son to Danforth Animal clinic for the past 7 years. Very through and professional with a love of animals. Our dogs doctor is the best.... Had many other experiences as a 45 year of dog owner, Danforth is the best. I have checked with other friends and they also agree. We have had the usual checkups and cancer surgery. All went well and enjoying our trial-boss (dog-son). Thanks to the crew at Danforth Animal Hospital. Our dog and my wife & I would rate Danforth 5 star!

Everytime I board my dog here he gets treated wonderfully! He's old, blind, and going deaf and they still treat him very sweetly and gentle.They bathe him and keep him healthy and happy while I'm out of town. I took him to Woodland Trails animal hospital ONCE because Danforth was booked and my dog was treated horrible. When I got him back he had a bashed in bloodied up nose, was not bathed (and I paid for it) and the female vet I wouldn't mind hitting in the face. He was poorly looked after and he's nowhere near high maintenance! He just has a hard time 'seeing' his way around, literally. Take your pet to Danforth! They will treat it with respect no matter the condition, age, or breed. :)
