I visited MRPH a few times about 10 years ago and decided to return with one of our dogs last week. Their new facility is top-notch. The ease of scheduling appointments (online), checking in and even paying for the visit make this an ideal place for us to bring our dogs! Dr. Eldridge was kind, personable, sympathetic to our needs and was willing to take time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we had. We are happy to say we have finally found our regular veterinarian for our beloved dogs! Thank you, MRPH!

Our family loves Memorial Road Pet Hospital! There staff has taken the time to get to know us and is always helpful and friendly. The vets are always thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They give us honest advice and take great care of our pets. Additionally, out dogs have boarded here multiples times and are always excited to stay. I am SO thankful for Memorial Road Pet Hospital and would highly recommend them to others!

First impressions speaks volume and my first visit here will also be my last. I came to drop off our dogs with my fiancé for boarding and the whole experience was awful. To sum it all up they treated my fiance and I in the most rude way possible. We were told we needed to see a vet before they could allow our dogs to board and when we asked why they responded in the most ill mannered way possible and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by brining our dog with their special diet. When we spoke to the vet she didn’t even know what she was coming in to talk to us. After that whole ordeal, I refused to bring my dogs to such disrespectful people.

I chose this vet hospital originally because it was close to home and from it’s high reviews. I’ve gone into this vet hospital several times and every single time I’ve come in I was ALWAYS welcomed by the MOST RUDE AND STUCK UP front clerks/vet assistants I’ve ever met!
What was the tipping point was when I made reservations for my dogs to be boarded for a couple days and I called in advance to make reservations and let them be aware of their special raw diet. They said it was no problem.... but when it came time to actually dropping them off (thinking it was going to be a smooth drop off) I was told I needed to see a vet and in my mind I thought that was an unusual protocol. When I asked one of the clerks why, she responded in the most hostile/rude manner that they needed to charge me extra due to their special raw diet. Even thought I told them that I called a week in advance and that an associate from the hospital said it was ok. The extra fee was no problem, but the fact that I was treated in such a crude and distasteful manner when I did nothing to provoke such callus behavior. But why should I be surprised when I’ve experienced the same behavior every single visit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Only upside to this place was Sara, she was the only vet assistant that treated me with respect. And the vets were ok, I found it odd that they did everything in the back with your pet and none of the shots inside with you in the actual room.

I had an emergency and my vet sent me to the Memorial Road Pet Hospital. I was immediately shown to a room. Less than a minute later and a vet tech met with me to get the details of the emergency. I waited less than ten minutes from parking lot until the vet was with my dog.

I was recommended to this facility by a family member as an alternative to the other larger, impersonal, (and more expensive all in one places), and I'm happy to say this was a great decision! Dr. Woods and the staff were quite professional and seemed to take a genuine interest in the welfare of our dog, and ensuring we were well informed about the small surgery that was necessary. Dr Woods treated me and my beloved pet with great respect, and I feel he went above and beyond what was "necessary" to develop a good relationship with the his client. I'd definitely recommend this Veterinarian to anyone who wants to get away from the other big "chain" stores for a more personal & caring approach. I have been taking my dogs here for about 4 years to the vet and grooming. I love the vet, but the groomer continued to make judgmental statements about my shitzu being tangled. He would add an extra charge every time. My dog is not tangled and very well kept. I witnessed him doing this to anther lady with a shitzu too. I didn't want to move, but I was tired of being harassed every month when I took my dog to be groomed. I moved to a different vet in Edmond, to only find I was paying WAY more than other vets in the area. By saving 100 dollars on my next visit, I am already happy with my move.

I told them that I didn't want to be charged for things without them telling me first. So before each procedure they told me how much it was going to cost before they did it. My husband and I are continually amazed at how well the doctors and staff at Memorial Road care for our pets and answer all questions (silly or not). We have a cat and a dog, and we have always felt that both were cared for specific to their needs. Whether we are calling or coming in for an appointment, everyone has always been very helpful and kind. They have very flexible hours, and we never have to wait long to get an appointment especially if it is urgent. We HIGHLY recommend this clinic!!!!

My fiancé and I rescued a little chihuahua in December. Neither one of us are from Edmond, and this our first time having our own dog. We were extremely nervous about quality and affordability (especially since we are college kids). Last night our little Todd chewed into an electrical cord and got shocked. It was pretty scary and we wanted to take him to the vet first thing in the morning. Without an appointment they squeezed us in first thing right when we got there. They always treat Todd as if he were their dog. Highly recommend them:)

We love Memorial Road Pet Hospital. We were nervous to change vets after 13 years and moving across town and we were quickly put at ease. We love the staff there and every vet we've seen. Dr. Parsons is our preferred vet and she is awesome, but if we can't get in to see her we like Dr. Strong and Dr. Eldridge as well. We have used the Bed and Biscuit for one of our dogs and cats and use the grooming services all the time. We highly recommend them.

I'm not one to write negative reviews, but this clinic created quite the traumatic stay for our puppy in just one day under their care. The vets are certainly skilled, but they overcharge and are not as true to customer service as they declare to be. The groomer is not to be trusted/ she cut ( majorly) on our dog after specifically being told bath only & our puppy was vomiting several times before receiving a call late afternoon from the vet. We were overcharged and even after the horrendous hair cut, they weren't willing to refund all our money. Be sure to check your bill for nickel and diming. To be fair they are good solid vets, but there are better clinics with equally qualified vets that don't over charge and will redeem bad mistakes in honor of customer service,

We have been going to Drs. Woods, Quillin and Strong for years now. No matter which doctor we see, we can be guaranteed to have personalized and professional service. We had a dog get very sick with giardia and had many visits early in his life, but thanks to the expert team at MRPH, there were no lasting effects and he is a vibrant 9 year old Golden today! We will never go anywhere else!

We found Memorial Road Pet Hospital when our 19 year old cat became too ill and needed to be euthanized. It was a difficult day. Our sweet little guy had been an indoor cat his entire life and hated car rides. Not wanting to stress him any more than necessary, we stopped at a vet close to our home. We were distraught and told them the reason for our visit. They turned us away because we didn't have an appointment. We drove to Memorial Road Pet Hospital next. My husband went in to see if they would see us without an appointment, considering the circumstances. Not only did they see us, but they provided a quiet room for us to immediately take our little guy. The staff and veterinarian were warm, thoughtful, and showed great care and expertise. We were so impressed by the service and response of the entire team at Memorial Road Pet Hospital, and we will be back for happier visits with family pets.

Most comfortable vet experience I have ever had. I've had dogs my entire life and the staff at Memorial Road was the best I have ever dealt with. All of my questions were answered to my full satisfaction, and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my pet with the staff (He required anesthesia, which made me very nervous going in, but I felt much better once I spoke with the doctor and tech). They also don't mind answering questions over the phone regarding post-treatment procedures, medications, etc. I'll never look for another vet.

Dr. Parsons is the veterinary that we usually see with our pets and she is the most caring person I have ever know, although all the doctors there are awesome and the staff is so kind and caring. If you are looking for a vet clinic for your loved pet I highly recommend Memorial Road Pet Hospital, they are a big part of our family now and I know I am getting the best vet care for my pets and that is so important to us!

I chose this vet hospital originally because it was close to home and from it’s high reviews. I’ve gone into this vet hospital several times and every single time I’ve come in I was ALWAYS welcomed by the MOST RUDE AND STUCK UP front clerks/vet assistants I’ve ever met!
What was the tipping point was when I made reservations for my dogs to be boarded for a couple days and I called in advance to make reservations and let them be aware of their special raw diet. They said it was no problem.... but when it came time to actually dropping them off (thinking it was going to be a smooth drop off) I was told I needed to see a vet and in my mind I thought that was an unusual protocol. When I asked one of the clerks why, she responded in the most hostile/rude manner that they needed to charge me extra due to their special raw diet. Even thought I told them that I called a week in advance and that an associate from the hospital said it was ok. The extra fee was no problem, but the fact that I was treated in such a crude and distasteful manner when I did nothing to provoke such callus behavior. But why should I be surprised when I’ve experienced the same behavior every single visit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Only upside to this place was Sara, she was the only vet assistant that treated me with respect. And the vets were ok, I found it odd that they did everything in the back with your pet and none of the shots inside with you in the actual room.

I was recommended to this facility by a family member as an alternative to the other larger, impersonal, (and more expensive all in one places), and I'm happy to say this was a great decision! Dr. Woods and the staff were quite professional and seemed to take a genuine interest in the welfare of our dog, and ensuring we were well informed about the small surgery that was necessary. Dr Woods treated me and my beloved pet with great respect, and I feel he went above and beyond what was "necessary" to develop a good relationship with the his client. I'd definitely recommend this Veterinarian to anyone who wants to get away from the other big "chain" stores for a more personal & caring approach. Thank you Dr Woods & Staff - "Bandit" is feeling much better! 😀

I have been taking my dogs here for about 4 years to the vet and grooming. I love the vet, but the groomer continued to make judgmental statements about my shitzu being tangled. He would add an extra charge every time. My dog is not tangled and very well kept. I witnessed him doing this to anther lady with a shitzu too. I didn't want to move, but I was tired of being harassed every month when I took my dog to be groomed. I moved to a different vet in Edmond, to only find I was paying WAY more than other vets in the area. By saving 100 dollars on my next visit, I am already happy with my move.

I told them that I didn't want to be charged for things without them telling me first. So before each procedure they told me how much it was going to cost before they did it. Super satisfied so far and will be back in a week for a follow up for our dog Luna.

My husband and I are continually amazed at how well the doctors and staff at Memorial Road care for our pets and answer all questions (silly or not). We have a cat and a dog, and we have always felt that both were cared for specific to their needs. Whether we are calling or coming in for an appointment, everyone has always been very helpful and kind. They have very flexible hours, and we never have to wait long to get an appointment especially if it is urgent. We HIGHLY recommend this clinic!!!!

My fiancé and I rescued a little chihuahua in December. Neither one of us are from Edmond, and this our first time having our own dog. We were extremely nervous about quality and affordability (especially since we are college kids). Last night our little Todd chewed into an electrical cord and got shocked. It was pretty scary and we wanted to take him to the vet first thing in the morning. Without an appointment they squeezed us in first thing right when we got there. They always treat Todd as if he were their dog. Highly recommend them:)

We love Memorial Road Pet Hospital. We were nervous to change vets after 13 years and moving across town and we were quickly put at ease. We love the staff there and every vet we've seen. Dr. Parsons is our preferred vet and she is awesome, but if we can't get in to see her we like Dr. Strong and Dr. Eldridge as well. We have used the Bed and Biscuit for one of our dogs and cats and use the grooming services all the time. We highly recommend them.

I'm not one to write negative reviews, but this clinic created quite the traumatic stay for our puppy in just one day under their care. The vets are certainly skilled, but they overcharge and are not as true to customer service as they declare to be. The groomer is not to be trusted/ she cut ( majorly) on our dog after specifically being told bath only & our puppy was vomiting several times before receiving a call late afternoon from the vet. We were overcharged and even after the horrendous hair cut, they weren't willing to refund all our money. Be sure to check your bill for nickel and diming. To be fair they are good solid vets, but there are better clinics with equally qualified vets that don't over charge and will redeem bad mistakes in honor of customer service,

We have been going to Drs. Woods, Quillin and Strong for years now. No matter which doctor we see, we can be guaranteed to have personalized and professional service. We had a dog get very sick with giardia and had many visits early in his life, but thanks to the expert team at MRPH, there were no lasting effects and he is a vibrant 9 year old Golden today! We will never go anywhere else!

We found Memorial Road Pet Hospital when our 19 year old cat became too ill and needed to be euthanized. It was a difficult day. Our sweet little guy had been an indoor cat his entire life and hated car rides. Not wanting to stress him any more than necessary, we stopped at a vet close to our home. We were distraught and told them the reason for our visit. They turned us away because we didn't have an appointment. We drove to Memorial Road Pet Hospital next. My husband went in to see if they would see us without an appointment, considering the circumstances. Not only did they see us, but they provided a quiet room for us to immediately take our little guy. The staff and veterinarian were warm, thoughtful, and showed great care and expertise. We were so impressed by the service and response of the entire team at Memorial Road Pet Hospital, and we will be back for happier visits with family pets.

Most comfortable vet experience I have ever had. I've had dogs my entire life and the staff at Memorial Road was the best I have ever dealt with. All of my questions were answered to my full satisfaction, and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my pet with the staff (He required anesthesia, which made me very nervous going in, but I felt much better once I spoke with the doctor and tech). They also don't mind answering questions over the phone regarding post-treatment procedures, medications, etc. I'll never look for another vet.

I cannot say enough about Memorial Road Pet Hospital! they are the best! Dr. Parsons is the veterinary that we usually see with our pets and she is the most caring person I have ever know, although all the doctors there are awesome and the staff is so kind and caring. If you are looking for a vet clinic for your loved pet I highly recommend Memorial Road Pet Hospital, they are a big part of our family now and I know I am getting the best vet care for my pets and that is so important to us!
