This place blew away our expectations. They kept both of our dogs (chocolate lab & golden retriever) for 4 days in one of the suites. I prefer them both to be together because our lab has anxiety when separated from our golden. Our golden also takes medication that he HAS to have everyday and have correctly. When we picked them up today one of our dogs had had an accident on his bed. They WASHED BOTH of our dogs beds before they sent them home with us. We also scheduled bathes for both of them before we picked them up. They did a great job with that as well. Will definitely be back. Very professional and caring business! Read Less

Dr. Ledger squeezed me in at the end of the day, without a previous appointment and as a new client, for a fairly urgent (but easily treatable) medical issue with one of my cats. Eight other clinics that I called, including ones I'd used before, were unable to see her until the next day - understandable, but frustrating. He and his staff were friendly and professional, and my cat got prompt, thorough, and proficient care. And although I certainly would've taken her to an emergency clinic if needed, I'm grateful they saved me the expense. Thank you! Read Less

We moved to Edmond almost 1 year ago. We needed a place to board our chihuahua. We are very selective on finding the best care for our fur baby. I researched and followed the high recommendations of others. We have been very happy with the care our fur baby receives when she is boarded at Pampered Pets ! The office staff is so friendly and helpful ! The girls who take care of the pets are awesome ! They love being with the pets ! It is always hard to be separated from my dog, but I know that when she is spending some days and nights at Pampered Pets she is getting pampered and lots of loving from the caring staff ! Read Less

I took my dog in to get her fixed and have two puppy teeth removed. They called every few hours checking on her recovery which was amazing and showed they cared. The incision was clean and small, my dog healed in no time. I will continue to refer them to my friends and family.Read Less

I don't understand the negative reviews. Ignore them. This place is fantastic! We use the facility to board and groom our dogs. The staff are always kind and take excellent care of our dogs. Seriously in love with this place after our first experience!! They were able to accommodate us into the salon the morning I called, were SOOO friendly, and did an amazing job on my puppy's first groom!! We love Pampered Pets, and most importantly, our little dog loves it. He knows the entire staff and eagerly goes to them when we enter the office. In fact, he gets excited when we drive into the parking lot. We have used the kennel several times, and it has always been great. Dr. Ledger and his staff are tremendous. I'm not sure how some people say this place is horrible. I needed a vet for my sick cat and he was taken care of in a highly professional manner. They even took into consideration his timid, skittish nature and carried him in the bottom half of his carrier so he would be less stressed. I was not only told before I left what was wrong, they showed me exactly what they saw. They gave me the price of the test and treatment before doing anything and asked if I would be ok with paying for the test. Nothing was done that wasn't approved by myself first. I personally have never been to this Pet Salon. My experience with them is on a personal level. I work for Allstate and while of my customers was bringing her pet to them this morning she was involved in an accident right outside the business. My customer is an elderly woman with no close relatives to help her. The Staff there came to her aide and took such good care of her. Her car was not drivable so they drove her home. Pampered pets staff still took care of her Pet too! On top of the kindness this morning they are going to drive her pet home to her this afternoon. I will make sure to personally walk in to thank the Staff when I am in that area next time but if you see them today please tell them how amazing they are!!!! Read Less

We recently moved and needed a veterinarian in Edmond, and Pampered Pets was just a few minutes away, so we decided to go by there. We are very glad we did. It has been a fantastic experience. We have brought our teacup yorkie here three times to board. First time they lost her tags.  Not really sure how that even happens!  Second time her leash... This last time her blanket and they broke her food bowls.  She seemed to be very depressed when she got home this time and very sleepy... Almost to the point where it seemed she was on something.  They did complain that she barked a lot when we called to check in on her while we were on vacation.  But really hope they didn't give her anything to get her to stop barking. Took my mini-schnauzers here 6 wks ago for the first time.  They meticulously verified shot records via my vet, which was a major plus.  I was able to get an appointment within two weeks of my call.  The clinic is in a convenient location on the north side of covell, between Broadway and Kelly.  The reception area is really nice.  They quickly took my pets and asked a few questions about their grooming.  When I came to get them, the dogs looked wonderful and seemed very happy with the experience.  I think the price ended up being a little higher than Kickingbird Pets or Puppy Love.  I called back to see if there were any openings for the upcoming weekend, but was told they don't do grooming on the weekend.  That's extremely inconvenient for people that work, as Saturdays would be a great time for essentials with my pets...that's a real bummer, in my view; otherwise, they would get 5 stars.
