Under very tough circumstances, the imminent loss of our 12 year old family dog, they were extremely compassionate and understanding. They rearranged their schedule to ensure our whole family could be there during the final moments. Leading up to this time were several phone consultations after we initially took our dog into another ER care clinic. We've been to several vet clinics over the years and we are the type of people that like to be informed of what's happening - in detail. Our experience was one where they really went out of their way to take a thorough history, along with an in-depth examination for what could have a progressive critical condition for our dog. While we're not totally out of the woods yet, the vet gave us several options for what we could do and things are already improving.
