At first I just overlooked the problems of being not up to date as being quaint. Age happens to all of us, that does not disqualify someone's experience and merit... (Even when there was a skin problem I was told "oh, we'll take care of that" and I was just left in the waiting room, and no one returned. When I finally got someone, they knew nothing about my request.)
However... It became a problem this spring when I tried to order my usual flea medication. I came in to purchase them from the office as usual, and was told they weren't carrying them any more. So, I went online to order them from an online pharmacy. What a crazy, unexpected battle ensued! After over a month of the pharmacy trying MULTIPLE times to contact Dr. Gray... I got more involved, as did my husband. We were told something different EVERY time we called (never got anything, don't know anything about PetMeds, dog needs a checkup, already talked to them...). When my husband got irritated, he was told to "call back after we close." What a disappointment. End of the story, we don't have any flea meds, and we are shopping for a new vet. Even if there was a legit reason to postpone authorization, give us a straight story and be professional about it. Read Less
