Everyone here is amazing. By far the best Vet Office we have ever used. All of the staff is so helpful and thurough. Everyone at this office has gone above and beyond to check in after even the most simple of appointments. They always have great suggestions on a less expensive option when available, and help save us money where we can without sacrificing the care. Our pups are our babies. You all rock!!!

The people here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I went through a pretty rough time with one of my pups, and a woman there, named Shawn, reached out to me and talked to me and made me feel better and make the right (albeit hard) decision I needed to make. She offered to talk to me whenever I needed it.
Our vet is absolutely wonderful. She explains things well and answers all the questions we've ever had. The office has texted me to check up on my dogs, as well, which is a great and sweet touch.
Their hours are convenient, staff is wonderful, and the facility is very nice. Love it!

I adore these folks! I made my dog, Layla her first apt here after we moved down here and was so happy with the service, Laylas doc, and everyone here! The bill ended up being higher than what was exp...
I adore these folks! I made my dog, Layla her first apt here after we moved down here and was so happy with the service, Laylas doc, and everyone here! The bill ended up being higher than what was expected due to a med that Layla needed. After everything was added up and given total due, I told them I didn't have enough money. Those beautiful souls worked out a way for me to pay what I anticipated paying and everyone was happy. Adore them and absolutely recommend them!

Id like to say thank you for Dr McFarland, and all the other doctors who have seen my dog zelda when he was not in. Zelda has had some major ear and skin issues inwhich he fixed the first visit i ever seen them. You have no idea how much money i spent at other places who tried to treat her but did not help.
Also today she has luxating pettela they gave me multiple options on everything we can do and also helped me with payments.
I love this place tramendously they have seen all 3 of my dogs and i highly recommend them. ♡🖤♡🖤♡

Dr. Nichols Griffith,DBM was simply awesome. She explained things to me very clearly got some meds and some good advice. All though the parvo shot, the exam, fluids dispensed, the needles, the vitamin B complex and penicillin still all cost a l$$$$. But overall they did a great job thank you VCA Kickingbird!

Our little Shih Tzu became very ill over a weekend and they found time to see us on a busy Sunday. I was told he needed surgery and intensive care for several days. VCA staff kept him comfortable and took excellent care of him. I really appreciated how communicative and patient they were with me, I hope they didn't mind too much when I was calling multiple times a day to check on the little bugger :) Dr. Holder made sure we understood what was happening and what she was going to do about it, she is very knowledgeable and I trust her judgment regarding our dog's treatment. I highly recommend this clinic, we've been to other veterinarians (who, admittedly, weren't terrible) and we've never experienced this level of care anywhere else. Thank you, VCA!!!

We drove 40 minutes to the place to take our two bearded dragons. When we booked the appointment and asked about the cost we were told the first visit is free. Once we arrived and was getting checked one of the staff says to us, the dr. wanted to make sure that we were aware that the free first visit only applies to dogs and cats! No where on the website does it say this and we didn't even know about a free first visit until we were told about it when we made the appointment and were even asked what type of animals we had! Sounded like to me they just didn't want to see our animals horrible!!

Had an emergency with a new kitten of ours. They immediately saw her and within 5 minutes the doctor came and explained everything to me. Every member of the staff are extremely attintive and helpful....
Had an emergency with a new kitten of ours. They immediately saw her and within 5 minutes the doctor came and explained everything to me. Every member of the staff are extremely attintive and helpful. I will be using VCA as my go to vet in Edmond. Dr. Griffith works just as well with people as she does with animals!

Everyone here is amazing. By far the best Vet Office we have ever used. All of the staff is so helpful and thurough. Everyone at this office has gone above and beyond to check in after even the most simple of appointments. They always have great suggestions on a less expensive option when available, and help save us money where we can without sacrificing the care. Our pups are our babies. You all rock!!!

The people here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I went through a pretty rough time with one of my pups, and a woman there, named Shawn, reached out to me and talked to me and made me feel better and make the right (albeit hard) decision I needed to make. I adore these folks! I made my dog, Layla her first apt here after we moved down here and was so happy with the service, Laylas doc, and everyone here!
