Very friendly and caring place to take your beloved family pets. They really care and it shows. Several years ago when one of my cats died they sent a sympathy card, seriously, that was so kind and thoughtful. Overpriced and very rude mean old nurse made my pugs nails bleed then said it's his fault,, pugs are the worst And all dogs nails bleed. Maybe when an old hag cuts them past the quick. . . Nice Facility. Nice Front Desk staff. However, at the end of the day, if you want to go get your dog basic services without paying hidden and outrageous proprietary fees, then this place ain't for you. Went for a fecal analysis and to get some meds and the doc literally did a 25 second heart rate check and frisked his body for a check for lumps (mind you my dog is a 5 month old puppy) and "I never registered for or requested for a check-up" and then he charged me $57 for this "Comprehensive check". This is my first and only experience at this vet clinic, but I felt taken advantage of and due to this it will also subsequently be my last visit here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to take their animals for care. Great experience! The doctor was so incredibly knowledgeable & gave us so many options for the issues we were facing. I felt like she wasn't just trying to sell us on the most expensive option, or the one most people pick. She listened to us, asked a lot of questions, and gave us plenty of options. They are very focused on preserving the lifetime of your pet through preventative care. So much so that they have signs everywhere about heartworm prevention, obesity prevention, etc. They even have a live heart from a German Shephard who passed away due to heart worm in their front desk. Gross, but I get their point. It was effective. This will be our longtime vet. As long as that doctor stays with the business! Read Less

If you have an emergency this is not the Veterinary Clinic you want to go to. I raced to this hospital with my German Shepherd who was in very critical distress. I was told they had appointments and were very busy. I worked in a Veterinary Hospital for 10 years ( 15th Street Veterinary Group in Tulsa) and this is an unacceptable behavior by this pathetic Vet Hosp. You want to talk about going against your oath as a Veterinarian???? White Oaks does this and I suspect I'm not the first one that has received their type of uncompassionate care. I am completely dumbfounded by the way they run this hospital. Yes, my dog suffered more because of their behavior. My Luken passed on, not because of anything White Oaks did, but he experienced more distress than any ill canine should ever experience because I had to drive across town to a Veterinary Hospital that actually did care.Read Less

All the staff members are very knowledgeable. They explain everything to you in great detail. My multipoo had an allergy test not too long ago and it turns out he is allergic to almost everything including beef and rice which is in more dog foods than you could imagine! They printed out a list of foods Walter could eat and it was so helpful. Not to mention both my cat and dog are treated extremely well and with lots of love while they are there.
