Legacy has had our late mother's tractor on loan since 2007. We have asked for its return. Dr Spradley tried to charge us storage fees after they used it until it was broken. Finally he agreed to let us have it if we signed a document stating we wouldn't press for damages. We di agree, but now he won't respond and is still holding the tractor. Dr. Spradley is not being honest and is not living up to his word.

Several years ago my mother loaned a tractor to this clinic when they were first starting up. She died this year and we have asked to pick up the tractor. Dr. Spradley has informed me that the tractor is broken and he wants to collect storage fees. Can you see how wrong this is? I am not asking that it be repaired, just returned. It was valued at about $3000 when they received it. Dr. Spradley is a bully and a thief.
