Critical: Professionalism
I received an email saying my dog needed to have her shots. I made the appointment through the email explanation. When I got there they said I had no appointment. I tried to explain the situation when the woman told me I had made a mistake. The conversation got heated and she asked me to leave. I went outside and found my confirmation of my appointment so I went back in to show it to her. I ask for an apology. She not only didn't apologize she refused to acknowledge they was a problem. I stayed home from taking a trip today to make this appointment. She is the rudest person. She should not be allowed to be at the front desk.

"Dr. Mac" is best of the best. He understands how animals grow and heal. Our dog almost lost her back right leg due to another Vet botching her hip and knee surgery. Not only did he know how to fix it, but did 2 surgeries in one. (half the price of the other) Saved her leg AND she is running on it again. Thanks Dr. Mac!!

Scheduled a visit for a new puppy to get it's vaccinations, which I did on their website and got him in the very next day, so that was convenient. We arrived and little guy was very nervous, but the staff was very helpful and informative. The cost was reasonable. Overall, was a good experience. Will certainly be visiting again.

Fantastic group of very caring people! From Erin at the front desk, to Ray-Lynn who settled Darby in to the exam room and got her weight, and then Dr Townley who got down on the floor with Darby, our 1 year old boxer, and took the time to get to know her, the staff here is top notch! This was our first visit, but this will be our go-to Veternary Hospital for the long haul. Well done!

First time boarding our dogs here. Staff were not friendly at drop-off or pick-up. They did not inform us that pick-up time was late afternoon, we showed up early in the morning to pick them up and they weren't ready. Staff said they would call us when ready. Never received a phone call.
We opted for a bath at the end of stay, this was supposed to include nail trimming as well. Once we got home with them, neither dog had their nails trimmed. We will NOT be back due to lack of friendliness and staff not doing their job properly!!!

Not only did he know how to fix it, but did 2 surgeries in one. (half the price of the other) Saved her leg AND she is running on it again. Thanks Dr. Mac!!

Scheduled a visit for a new puppy to get it's vaccinations, which I did on their website and got him in the very next day, so that was convenient. We arrived and little guy was very nervous, but the staff was very helpful and informative. The cost was reasonable. Overall, was a good experience. Will certainly be visiting again.

Fantastic group of very caring people! From Erin at the front desk, to Ray-Lynn who settled Darby in to the exam room and got her weight, and then Dr Townley who got down on the floor with Darby, our 1 year old boxer, and took the time to get to know her, the staff here is top notch! First time boarding our dogs here. Staff were not friendly at drop-off or pick-up. They did not inform us that pick-up time was late afternoon, we showed up early in the morning to pick them up and they weren't ready. Staff said they would call us when ready. Never received a phone call.
