I have used this vet for the past 4 years for both of my dogs and have alwayse had a great opinion. I had to take my English bulldog in because she was sick and hadn't eaten in 2 days. I told a tech, a nurse and new doctor that I hadn't seen befor what her symptoms were. All of them questioned me about different possibilities of swallowing a foreign object and I told all of them that she had a history of swallowing walnuts and would have the same symptoms but she would throw them up and be fine in a day. I told all of them that she was fine on Monday morning and sick and vomiting monday night. The first thing they did was tell me it could be catastrophic organ failure like kidney or liver and wanted to do blood and fecal test. Then when everything was perfect, they recommended that I admit her so they could do an IV for fluids and then if she wasn't better in a day then it might be time to do x-rays but didn't think that would show them anything and would probably have to do a berium dye and maybe that would show them something. Or they would give her a pill to help the nausea. When I said I would take her home, they took her to the back and did a fluid injection. In the end, they all did alot of talking about the possibility of her swallowing something but never did anything to check for that. They did call the next day to check on her and when I told them she was no better they said I need to bring her in for more tests. I got a little upset and told them I had already spent $300.00 and they didn't do anything to help my dog, if they wanted to give me back my $300.00 then I would bring her in for an x-ray. They told me that I refused the x-rays and I responded that they wanted to do to many un-necessary procedures at my expense before doing what needed to be done. I was not quiet when I said this on the phone, I'll admit that, and the Dr. took the phone and told me that this conversation was over and I was no longer welcome there and hung up on me. I spoe to 2 other Vets and took my dog to another vet that told me with her symptoms and history, the first thing they need to do is get x-rays, which revealed a walnut stuck in her small intestine. When they wanted to run blood work before surgery I told them I had lab results from the vet I seen the day before and when I told them what happened, they just shook their head. I read a review the pretty much said the same thing and I just thought it was false because I had alwayse had a good experience here, and I also seen an employee respond to the review accusing the person of lying. You have my name and phone number, don't come on here and accuse me of making false statements, call and speak to me or admit that this clinic is running up their customers bill for their own gain. Either way, I will never use this vet again and I will warn everyone I speak with to never take an animal to them. Read Less

Terrible experience!!! I took my puppy here in June to have surgery, and was charged for xrays that they can't seem to show me. I had her back in a couple of weeks ago for some issues. They seemed more interested in just getting money out of us than the care of my dog. She was needing to go back in today and they would not see her. Any place that is going to discontinue care in the middle of an issue seems shady to me. Don't take your animals here unless you are wanting to deal with sassy staff. This place will not get another penny from me and I will do my best to make sure the public is aware of the way they treat people that come in their door. Read Less

I took my Italian Greyhound in last Friday because her ear was bothering her. The receptionist was friendly and I thought the vet tech was nice, but the veterinarian wasn't the least bit interested in listening to me and went down a rabbit hole of what could be causing the ear issue with my dog. She went off about some tick disease that she said my dog presented symptoms for that were just from her shaking her head vigorously due to the ear irritation. They hardly looked in her ear and gave me antibiotic ointment to treat an "obvious" ear infection. I finally got fed up at home and eared my little lady down and found a tick deep in her ear as I had suspected. The "symptoms" are gone because she's not shaking her head anymore. I tried this place due to the positive reviews. I will NOT be going back because of the condescending vet who did absolutely nothing productive. Read Less

Dr. Brown is no longer the Primary Doctor at this clinic, he was great and if he was still there I would recommend him HIGHLY however, He does not do general animal care he is perusing the field of orthopedic. The doctors that are there now are NOT well versed in the care of cats as far I my experience has gone. My male cat was take to the back to have his ears cleaned and I heard him scream, she hurt him somehow. And now I have taken my kitten in to have her spayed and the incision is open and infected, it is gross.Read Less

Love this place! It's 5 minutes from my house which is why I originally picked it. But as soon as I got off the phone after making my first appointment I knew I was going to love it. The gal on the phone was super helpful and very friendly, and that didn't change when I went into the office. Everyone is so welcoming and excited about you're puppy (or kitty). they took great care of my Miniature Schnauzer while he was there and even sent us home with free tick and flea medicine and some puppy food. They take their time but also don't make you wait forever, which is nice because we all want great service without spending out whole day there, right? This place is awesome. Last time I took my puppy in, the vet said he had gotten a certain type of worm that was really rare and she double checked her book to make sure she was treating it correctly which I really appreciated! They honestly care as much as you do about your pets, it's great. If you're in the area and looking for a vet this is it! Read Less

We had nothing but wonderful experiences here! The staff and providers always greeted us with a smile and genuinely care about the animals and families that they see. They took excellent care of our elderly cat, who could be very difficult at vet visits. When it came time for us to let her go, they went out of their way to make it as easy on all of us as they could. Unfortunately, we do receive clients that can be rude and disrespectful. We participate in many assistance programs that offer low cost procedures to people that don't have the financial means to do so. The vast majority of these clients are very grateful for these services. One issue we have with some bad clients would be client compliance. If we instruct you to do certain things such as confine your pet after a major surgery, and you chose to not follow a doctor's instructions and that pet tears open their own sutures, it is completely the fault of the client. However, as we are dealing with animals that can't be fully controlled, I still have empathy in most cases such in one case offered to repair the damage done to the surgery site by their pet from non compliance, at a 1/4 of the normal price, to repair the injuries. It's often said no good deed goes unpunished. I'm not saying that mistakes can't happen and there aren't bad doctors. However, we pride ourselves in our work and we hate to see animals suffer needlessly by secondary surgeries due to clients not wanting to do their part. And yes it may seem rude to some people when you are confronted about not doing your part, and you chose to blame others rather than accept responsibility. There are state boards set up for every profession that monitor and license each professional. If there is a case of misconduct, it should be taken to that licensing board to be investigated. But in the cases where no malpractice or misconduct was performed, some clients resort to attacking veterinarians and their staff publicly with despiteful and misleading comments. Sorry for the long rant, but we take our profession and our love for pets and people very serious and are deeply troubled when our professional integrity is attacked.Read Less

I truly appreciate their compassion and wonderful customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary office to care for their animal(s). Read Less
