They lost blood work for my sick dog twice. The dog was never even diagnosed before it died. That was a giant waste of money. Then we brought our new dog there, and prepaid for it to be spayed. The first appointment was a check up, and the dog was said to be in perfect health. When we brought her back a month later they now say she has a heart problem, a needs a $800 test before being spayed, as I'm checking out from the follow up appointment, they tried to say I never paid for the last appointment. So I prepaid for future work, but didn't pay for that appointment? Nonsense! We always pay in full. Everyone does. It's their policy. Come to find out, They had my bill so messed up, I not only paid, but they way over charged us also. Basically called me a liar in front of everyone, when I have always paid in full. I received a refund on the prepaid amount, and won't be going back. No telling how many other visits we were billed wrong. Look at your bill very carefully. We took our money back, and are moving on. They will make things up to rack your bill up also. Do your homework before taking their advice, or just go elsewhere.

Front staff are wonderful. But expect to pay way overpriced meds. I usually wait 15 minutes after my schedules appointment is (which is fine, animals don't always cooperate). But when the vet prescribes the wrong medication more than once, about a common issue I brought up multiple times that's a big nono. Almost like they did it on purpose.

Of course I came in over reacting thinking my Chihuahuas trachea was collapsing and even though they don't take walk ins they got me back in a room within 20 minutes and was super gentle and sweet to my fur baby and I. Dr. Lacey Barrett is an amazing woman and I will be going back for future visits. They were very understanding about my current financial situation and didn't make me pay for the tests that they took just as a percaution and came back negative. Duke is currently mad at me for taking him but I thought it was way more serious than it turned out being. Thank you to the staff and doctor at Scroggins

The communication to customer isn't the best. Other vets organize well with thorough, written-down wellness plans so procedures like heart worm tests aren't out-of-pocket surprises.

We went there for two years with no problems until today. Our dog got injured unexpectedly and needed to be seen by a vet. When I called and explained the situation the girl answering the phone was rude and stated an appointment was required. I explained again that it was a last minute injury but she still didn't make any attempt to get us in to look at our dog. We will no longer be going here since the health of our dog is very important so we want a vet that understands and will work with us.

Angels in the flesh!!!! We have a GSD that was 3 months old and had gotten Parvo from the groomers, we were sick about it and they were wonderful nursing her back to health. Even checking in with us daily, and even late at night when they were doing check ups. Our family is back together now thanks to scroggins. We have found our new vet and will recommend them to everyone. Cannot thank them enough. Wonderful staff all around.

My dog Ace has bone cancer and takes pain medication to make it through his last few months. He ran out of medication on a Wednesday and the office is normally closed on Wednesday afternoons. I messaged them on Facebook and within 2 minutes I had a reply offering to help me out. They went out of their way to show kindness and have earned a life long customer. Ace says thanks also.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I found our new vet! Dr Scroggins and her staff are professional and super sweet. They got me in quickly for an appointment. Once I was there I was impressed with the clean office and it smelled SO good! Rumble loved it and was loved on by anyone that crossed his path. I was able to ask all of my questions and never felt rushed. It was an amazing experience. They also do boarding which I already scheduled Rumble's first hotel experience there. I have never had this great of an experience at a vet. I have a feeling that I found my vet for as long as they will tolerate me. Thank you Kristi Mowdy Scroggins for taking care of us today! I am so impressed with you and your knowledge! Rumble is in good hands!

We went there for two years with no problems until today. Our dog got injured unexpectedly and needed to be seen by a vet. When I called and explained the situation the girl answering the phone was rude and stated an appointment was required. I explained again that it was a last minute injury but she still didn't make any attempt to get us in to look at our dog. Lucy & I love everyone there! It is so nice to go in to a workplace full of friendly, compassionate people. Laughter is said to be the best medicine & these ladies are full of smiles & laughter.They never rush you out because they genuinely care about animals. Dr. Scroggins has been caring for my girl for over 12 years. I would NEVER go anyplace else.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I found our new vet! Dr Scroggins and her staff are professional and super sweet. They got me in quickly for an appointment. Once I was there I was impressed with the clean office and it smelled SO good! Rumble loved it and was loved on by anyone that crossed his path. I was able to ask all of my questions and never felt rushed. It was an amazing experience. They also do boarding which I already scheduled Rumble's first hotel experience there. I have never had this great of an experience at a vet. I have a feeling that I found my vet for as long as they will tolerate me. Thank you Kristi Mowdy Scroggins for taking care of us today! I am so impressed with you and your knowledge! Rumble is in good hands!

I've had nothing but a wonderful experience here! Very friendly staff, they are very knowledgable about their practice and very warm hearted to both the owners and the animals. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Both Loki and Zeus are happy to go into the vet office and see their friends who pet them and praise them.

This is my place of choice when it comes to checking up on my pups. They were quick and polite and very helpful about getting me scheduled and in the same day. We're very personable and pleasant when I arrived, and were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything durring the visit. I will be scheduling and seeing them for everything that involves my animals from now on! :)
