Your pet just may go into this 'wellness' clinic healthy, but come out sick. I brought my healthy dog in to SpayXperts to be neutered. While there he apparently came in contact with a virus and contracted Kennel cough (we live in the middle of twenty acres so our dogs have no daily contact with any other dogs). Even though the vet phoned in a prescription for the cough (at my expense), unfortunately it spread to my other dogs. When I brought them in to the clinic to request treatment, the vet spent just about as much time explaining why he was not going to examine or phone in prescriptions for them, then the time it would have taken for him to do the exams and make the phone call. It was clear to me that this vet had no concerns for the well being of my animals and certainly was not willing to do what is the morally correct thing by providing the necessary care to remedy the situation. I will not go back and do not recommend this clinic to others. Read Less

Dr. Boyer and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. I took my cat Scout to be spayed at the clinic, and while she was there she also received a vaccination, microchipping, and nail trimming. I was shocked at how low the price was to have all four procedures done. When I brought Scout home, she seemed to me to be breathing strangely, so I called and they graciously allowed me to bring her back in after hours so they could make sure she was alright. She was, but a couple days later she started showing symptoms of a virus. Dr. Boyer AGAIN met me at the clinic after hours to take care of her. Each time he saw Scout, he made sure to explain what was going on and put me at ease. The staff was very prompt at returning my phone calls, and they were always kind and patient. They made what could have been very stressful situations much more manageable and helped me keep my kitty healthy. Read Less

We just had our dog neutered here and I highly recommend this place. They were all very nice and helpful throughout the process. We lived a little over a hour away and they were very accommodating with letting us get our dog back a little earlier. Our dog did great after the surgery as well. He was a little groggy when we first picked him up, which is to be expected, but he woke up better a little later and has been his normal self ever since. I had my dog neutered here and it was a very good experience for us. He was 2 years old when we had it done. We dropped him off in the morning and picked him up in the afternoon. He did really well and never complained of pain. He is actually more playful and happy now that he doesn't concentrate on marking every single place. But as far as the surgery, they did great. No infections and minimal recovery pain. We thought he would be mopey and sad for days but by the next morning he acted like nothing happened. We are well pleased with Sadie's visit to SpayXperts. I was very impressed when I arrived and the office staff greeted me and helped me get Sadie into the clinic. She has healed and has had no problems. The vet gave me informative information about tick collars and what to use. He then carried Sadie to the car for me.
