Brought my two fur babies in and they had excellent care from Dr. Biles and his staff. One I had had for over and year and the second one was a stray. We had taken him in off the streets and the poor baby was malnourished to where you saw his ribs and had over 40 ticks and several fleas on him. My kitty has had blockage due to crystals in the past. We noticed he hadn't urinated on friday of last week and took him to see Dr. Biles. He checked him, gave him some meds and special food; by Sunday morning he was able to urinate and this morning, Monday he is running around with his brothers. We've been to other vets and paid in total over 2k to treat Henry in the past. Dr. Biles didn't even charge us 10% of that with the visit, meds and special diet food combined. I am so thankful to the all of the staff at Westwood. We had to make the hardest decision for our sweet Ginger last week. While we were in the office, Dr. Plunk and his staff were nothing short of understanding and amazing. Yesterday evening I checked my mail and I had a card from the office, hand signed by all of the staff. It really meant the world to me and my family. To know that they took the time when we were in the office, and then the extra steps they have taken after all was said and done.
