My dog and I love this hospital. The workers are all super friendly. We are on the pet plan and it has been really nice so far. I dont have to worry about keeping up with my dog's health needs and he also can go there anytime and they cut his nails, which the salon wont do because of his high anxiety. You get a different veterinarian each time but they all seem good. Sometimes their recommendations aren't necessary and they let you chose what you want them to do with your dog. Read Less

Very unprofessional, Our dog is skiddish and barks when nervous, after bringing him in for a scheduled appointment that we pay for monthly, because he is barking, we are turned away and had to reschedule. I feel like someone working at a vet’s office should know how to handle and work around dogs, not act afraid of them while he is in a muzzle no less, animals pick up on that behavior and it doesn’t really help put them at ease. If you can’t handle a scared barking dog you should find a new line of work. Won’t be going back. Read Less

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. I would never recommend taking a pet here, ESPECIALLY if your pet is scared or nervous about the vet. I took my two dogs, one small and another medium size, to ths location today. I adopted the medium size dog, Annie, from the Humane Society. She was previously abused and is very uncomfortable around strangers, particularly men. The small dog is the most laid back dog you could ever imagine. When we went into the office and the assistant came in, I informed her of Annie's history. It was obvious Annie was scared. When the vet came in, he was the most un-friendly animal person I have ever encountered. He didn't even try to make either dog feel comfortable or give them any time to feel comfortable with him. Again, I informed him when he walked into the room that Annie was from the Humane Society and was previously abused. He proceeded to corner my dog while the assistant tried to hold the dog down. Is this really the right way to approach and handle a dog who has been abused and is completely terrified?? Obviously my dog tried to get away. The vet said he would have to put a muzzle on Annie and proceeded to, again, try to corner her and put a muzzle on her. Once he finally got the muzzle on her, Annie went into full panic mode. I was almost in tears, trying to calm her down while the vet and assistant were as unloving as you could possibly imagine, not talking to the dog or even trying petting her to somehow give her some comfort. My dog finally calmed down when I began to pet her and try to tell her it was ok. She calmed down and shots were given and blood was taken. When the vet and the assistant were done with her they still didn't pet, soothe or comfort her or even at least offer her a bone. They moved on to my next dog, cornered him and decided to put a muzzle on him as well. They then proceeded to purposely face my dog away from me, which made me very angry. When they tried to take his blood, my dog moved his paw and got scared. Once again they did not try to soothe him or anything, just became more forceful. I started petting his back leg and he calmed down enough to let them continue. This dog also has some lumps on his body, I asked the vet what they were and if they are anything to be concerned about. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn't sure they might just be fatty acid buildup..He then told me that he couldn't tell me anymore than that because he couldn't get close enough to my dog. WHAT? My dog is small, was non-aggressive and HAD A MUZZLE ON and you can't get close enough to him to let me know what it is?!?!?!?! You shouldn't be a vet then. I am obviously very unhappy about my time at this location today. I will never go back and as a result of today, will probaby have a very hard time getting my dog Annie to cooperate or even walk in when it's time to go to the vet again. Read Less
