We use Britton Road for all of your needs. They have a wonderful staff that is always willing to help and is very kind and thoughtful. There are several vets on staff and all are great. Dr Mauldin takes great care of our fur babies. You can tell he has a passion for animals and spends the time with you so you can understand what is going on with them. Dr Riffel did an ACL reconstruction on our Shepherd. They worked on a rehab schedule and PT for her to recover fully. She has absolutely no side effects. We board our little ones there as well while we are out of town. They are a full service vet and offer grooming. The office stays busy and they are a walk in clinic although we have never had a long wait time. It is important to trust those caring for your fur babies, and Britton road does that well. This clinic sees patients on a walk in basis, so expect to have a wait. I take my pets to see Todd Mauldin here. He is a wonderful, caring vet. You can tell he loves animals and what he does. He only suggests what is needed and does not try to convince you to have unnecessary testing. Since this is a clinic, it is much more reasonably priced than most vet offices. Read Less

I was recommended here from another veterinarian so I had my dogs records and just needed a heartgurard preventative. I work around 70 hours weekly so I had to come by on my lunch break. I got there and was told they couldn't help me without seeing my dogs even though I have all the proper paperwork. The lady at the counter acted like she just didn't care. I drove about 10 minutes further down the road and within minutes I was in that veterinarians system and had my heartguard. It shouldn't be that much of a hassle to get a simple preventative. The staff is great , sometimes they get so busy, but be patient, katrine and the girls double task quite well and my furry humane has her favorite doc , but no worries all of them treat the all there patients as there own very caring people , except for the office staff lady that screamed at one of the front desk girls in front of people , supposedly didn't write down a grooming and my personal opinion I don't think the lady/ customer had a appointment in the first place, I think she was a walk in, because they ask if she had a appointment and she the customer... had such hesitation, uh yes , I'm thinking she chose to lie because she wanted her dog groomed now , forget that she might get someone else in trouble , other than that great lovin smart caring doctors Read Less

We've never used Britton Road Veterinary Clinic for our dogs' medical needs; however, a friend whose dog we fostered until his untimely death HAD used Britton Road Clinic since Rollie (the dog in question) was a puppy.Bob and Suzanne (Rollie's human "parents") had had to leave Rollie with us in order for Suzanne to attend a doctoral program at UC Berkeley, so it fell to me and to my husband to care for little Rollie -- including attending to all his medical needs. (God, how we loved that little poodle!)One day, our vet (Dr. Sam Nicolosi) called over for Rollie's medical records; he received the records faxed over in NO TIME FLAT. I brought my puppy here due to him having worms and they were the best priced vet. I normally go to a different vet but after my experience here I will now make this my dogs vet. Dr. Riffell was amazing! He was so attentive to both my dogs and was very sweet to them. He paid attention to what I was saying and didn't try to rush us out of the door. I am a Maine Coon breeder. I went through about seven different vets before discovering Britton Rd Vet a couple of years ago. I LOVE this place! I mainly see Dr. Park but I have dealt with almost all of the vets at this clinic and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Taking off one star because I really hate the fact that they don't do appointments (unless it's for a surgery), but I guess it works for them. Haven't had a bad experience here! The front desk ladies are pretty great! We've seen a few of the doctors and have loved all of them! Beware, they are ALWAYS busy so if you must go on a Saturday, get there first thing in the morning or you will wait the entire morning. We stick it out here because it's so close to our house and they sell the particular dog food my lab needs. Read Less

Had to bring my dog here bc regular vet was not in office. The staff and the Dr were extremely nice and very caring. The Dr had to deliver some unpleasant news to me and was very compassionate and very thorough in his diagnosis. Will be my veterinarian from now on. Dr. Henderson and his staff at Britton are wonderful! We are very protective of our 2 kitties, and were looking for the best possible place. We brought them here for their 1st visit as a walk-in a few Saturdays. We were the only owners with cats, and they staff was so kind and accommodating and made sure we had a quite place to wait so as not to cause any more unneeded stress and anxiety. Dr. Henderson took his time with us and was sure to answer any and all questions we may have. We've had to make 2 follow-up calls since then because our little boy is peeing in places he shouldn't, and they have been more than accommodating in returning our calls in a timely fashion, and taking the time out to talk with us and answer our questions and propose any solutions. Hands down the best vet clinic I've ever been to. I ended up going here instead of my previous vet because they were open on Saturdays and my cat had a loose tooth that needed to be looked at immediately. They are a walk in clinic but I was in and out in an hour. VERY reasonably priced, and the staff was amazing. I definitely plan on coming back with all of my animals in future! Read Less

This clinic is by far one of the most dedicated and selfless Veterinary Teams I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My two dogs were treated by Dr. Mauldin for the past two years and without a doubt I would recommend him along with any other provider there. Being Active Duty Military he always went out of his way to ensure my Furbabies were taken care of and provided excellent care if I was unable to bring them in myself while deployed. I attribute my youngest pups survival to his strong clinical skills and judgement. His passion for animals is genuine and he provides a fair and honest assessment paired with love and kindness towards animals. He didn't give up on her and treated me like family. I've recently transferred duty stations and it was a heartfelt goodbye to Dr. Mauldin but I know he would provide the same care to all of his clients. This is an amazing facility!!!! Read Less

I've visited four vets over nine years, and Kimberly Park is by far the best vet my fur babies have ever seen! The staff is friendly, and the care is out of this world! Dr. Park calls me personally when she's finished with my dogs' dental cleanings to inform me how they did. I saw another vet here once for vaccinations (I believe it was Henderson), and I couldn't have been more pleased with how he handled my dogs! Love this team! Just wanted to say how friendly the staff always treats everyone. The doctors are wonderful. My little rescue dog almost died in March of 2014. Dr. Mauldin and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to care for my fur baby. She stayed at the clinic seven days. He even went up after hours and made sure she was OK. They never gave up on her. More than a year later, my baby is healthy and happy. Any other office would have wanted to put her down. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Dr. Holden and his staff are the absolute best! I rescued a 2 yr old Chihuahua from a shelter and had only had her 10 days when she started showing signs of something really wrong; vomiting, shaking, wouldn't eat, crying, unsociable and barely able to walk. I brought her in to his clinic hoping for the best and they far exceeded my expectations. They kept her all day for evaluation and Dr. Holden called me personally several times through-out the day to let me know of her progress. I was only charged for the shots given to her while she was there and they even billed me for that! Paisley is doing much better and I will definitely be using this clinic as her regular vet now. Dr. Holden has even called me today to just see how my sweet little girl is doing. They are like family up there and truly care about each individual pet and owner. :) Read Less

I came here a few years ago on an emergency basis as my regular vet was not open on Saturdays. We saw Dr. Mauldin on our first visit and were SO thrilled at how friendly and personable he was with my 60 lb. pitbull terrier mix! (It's hard to find people!!) Dr. Mauldin was amazing and didn't even charge us for our exam! We just moved back to Oklahoma from California a couple weeks ago, as my husband's military contract is ending. and once again needed to visit under an emergency basis. Went back today and saw Dr. Park, she was absolutely amazing with our Hayli and really made her feel okay about having her ears probed (she won't even let ME look at her ears let alone have a qtip in there). We are so so happy with the continued service we receive at Britton Road Veterinary Clinic and feel lucky to have stumbled upon these amazing doctors. I started going here when I had two cats. Dr. Park took great care of them and the clinic was great when one of our cats passed away quite suddenly. They talked to us about our cremation options and took care of all the arrangements for us.Our other cat has been in kidney failure for a year now, but Britton Road Vet Clinic has helped us keep him alive and happy--they have helped us with medications, fluids, and tests. The couple times we've had to board our cat with them, he's come back to us healthier than when we dropped him off!Now that we have a dog, we also take her to this clinic. We had a late-night emergency one time, and having the vet's office phone roll over to a local animal hospital after hours was fantastic--we were able to get our dog's emergency taken care of and then did all of our follow-ups and subsequent surgery with Britton Road.I can't recommend this clinic highly enough! If you are new to the area, or maybe have a new pet, this is the place to bring them for their care.I came across the Britton Road Vetrinary Clinic after a bad experience at another vet clinic. Everything that the other clinic wasn't, Britton Road is, i.e.* Super staff that are always welcoming to you and your pet* Extremely knowledgable vets and staff* Clean facility, including kennel area* Reasonable pricing* Years and years of Vetrinary experience In my time going to the clinic and my pups vet Kimberly Park, there has already been a life threatening emergency where immediate and dangerous surgery was needed to save my friends life. Dr. Park calmed me as she detailed what would be done, and then after the surgery, which took place right as I was scheduled to leave town on business, worked with me to make sure my pup would be cared for during his recovery. Surgery was a complete success and Dr. Park was as good as her word. As long as I have dogs and live in this area, this will be my dogs vet. Read Less

I brought my cat here after receiving a strong recommendation from Aristocats down the street, where I have my cat groomed and boarded. I was very impressed. I was seen quickly on a Saturday with no appointment. The doctor seemed, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had my cat receive annual shots and a microchip. They were quick and my cat didn't seem too traumatized. Even another lady in the waiting room spoke very highly of this place. They forward their phones at night to an animal hospital for emergencies, which is nice. I would highly recommend this place. Read Less

You just can't get any better veterinary care than Dr. Todd Mauldin at Britton Road Veterinary Clinic. He's a great diagnostician and surgeon and is very thorough in answering all my questions/concerns. All pets and pet owners would do well to utilize Dr. Mauldin's talents. I train retrievers professionally and travel between Texas and my home in Alaska and rely on Dr. Mauldin for all my veterinary concerns. Read Less

GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!Really a disappointment ! The clinic is EXPENSIVE and the heartworm etc. they sell is also more expensive than other places. The vet MISDIAGNOSED KIDNEY FAILURE and told us our dog merely had an upset stomach or maybe had an obstruction that could be removed by surgery. After 3 days of expensive tests including ex-rays for which they force fed our dog who was in GREAT pain -- with food covered with something the ex-ray could see and more expensive tests they FINALLY did a simple blood test that showed she was in complete kidney failure.Kidney failure is PAINFUL and it was DEVASTATING to watch my pet in so much pain while the clinic took THREE (3) DAYS to finally make an accurate diagnosis. I was told that complete kidney failure is fatal so, of course, my pet had to be euthanized, but I would not have wished the extra 3 days she suffered with SEVERE pain & shots & intravenous meds & ex-rays & subcutaneous fluids to keep her hydrated -- on any animal. It breaks my heart to think about how much and how long she suffered unnecessarily all because the vet did not do a simple blood test at the beginning ! Read Less
