Today spoke with Kerry on the phone today to my disappointment she was extremely rude, and hung up the phone on me. I never raised my voice one time or was disrespectful. I was was shaken up because my dog, who has been there numerous times but could not board there because the vet did not give my dog the vaccines, I did. Which is understandable. My concern is I spoke with Oklahoma State University and which they told me that since my dog was just given the exact same vaccine on Monday, they suggested because of my dog's health issues they would be totally against vaccinating the dog again before boarding. So I told "Kerry" this. She then tells, when regardless she responds to me "we will not board your dog". I said well that is disappointing because another hospital had no issues and would do it but they were just full. She then rudely interrupts me from talking, and tells well we get out all our protocols from another hospital that I mentioned. I said well they had no problems, because my dog has stayed there for a week, she then interrupts me again very rudely, her tone is sharper, "well there is difference, in being hospitalized and boarding" . I then let her know well ma'am if you could please let me finish...she then slams the phone down. This a very poor example of how front desk office staff should be. She was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I will never go back there ever in my life, being that I am the president of my neighborhoods homeowner association I will always recommend a place other than Harvest Hills Vet Hospital. I will advise them to tell every one they know, and I will always tell the other neighborhood associations near Harvest Hills about their poor excuse for professionalism. I am highly disappointed, in the customer service I received, I hope that I can reach many people and warn them of Harvest Hills. I will also leave a review with the better business bureau.

We operate a small cattery and Harvest Hills Vets, groomers and staff are more like family. Helped one of our females, who went out of labor delivery kittens without a c-section. Staff took time to watch, ask questions and were available as needed. 2 kittens later... all was fine! We have local customers and we comfortably and always Highly Recommend them here.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a great experience taking my fur baby to this office. I probably called 8 different vet offices in my area at 10am on a Saturday, and nobody could see him (which I expected, but did not appreciate the coldness I got from each person I talked to). When I called harvest hills, they told me they could squeeze him in but I may have to wait a while. I got there and didn't even have to wait 4 minutes. They did the exam, took xrays, bloodwork, and gave him fluids through an IV, I was out of there in an hr and a half! They did not pressure me into paying more than necessary or talk about money over and over, and the prices were very reasonable. The vet was so sweet and really made Charlie feel comfortable! I didn't feel taken advantage of at all and have so much more peace of mind knowing I can take all my pets there if I ever need to! Thanks so much Harvest Hills!

Love Dr. Reeser and his staff. He doesn't over charge and really works with you and your pet trying to figure out how to help. What would have cost us over $1000 at Neels, cost less than half of that....

Do you love your pet like they are family? If the answer is yes then you need to bring them here. Because here they are treated like the staffs family. They don’t deny service to any animal. I ran in here with a dying kitten I had found in the road and they dropped everything to help me. Unfortunately tucker still passed away, and they sent us a card! We brought our old pug here all the time! They still know us because of Rascal. I love them! If I lived closer this is where my pets would go!

I cant say enough good things about this place! Our rescue was in a major bind when transport for 23 dogs was rescheduled. The dogs had no where to go. The staff at Harvest hills rushed in and saved the day. On a Saturday, right before closing, they agree to care for all 23 dogs!! They were happy and super helpful. I am eternally grateful to everyone that helped to pull of a miracle that day!!!

We are so glad we found this place. The staff are INCREDIBLE.
Not only do we feel so taken care of, including our pet Peanut, but they make you feel no embarrassment about wanting to be cost effective. Our doctor talks us through all the treatments, costs and next steps.
After our pup got sick with a terrible ear infection and had to come back multiple times in a couple weeks, she didn't even charge for the office visit after awhile; only medications.
I would recommend this place to any and all. They truly care, and are animal lovers all the way. You'll feel like family.
Also, you can't beat their signs. Absolutley hilarious.

Absolutely the best vet experience we have ever had! We just moved to OKC and needed to establish a relationship with a vet around town. I have a Cocker Spaniel with ongoing allergy issues who needs constant medical attention. The very first visit she had she was in bad shape as we just moved into town and tried to keep costs down, so self medicating was our only option. I was terrified to take her to a vet in the city because I feared that costs were much higher than we were use to. Harvest Hills has not only the best service we have had with friendly assistants and amazing Dr., but they helped me keep my bill down as much as possible. I cannot say enough good things about this vet! Dr Reser is very patient and gives me the time to express my concerns. We not only fixed my dogs immediate issues but we have a maintenance plan in place. You will not be disappointed with this vet!

When I first moved here 7 years ago, I found the closest vet to my apartment. After I moved to Yukon/Mustang, they are still worth the drive. They were incredibly sensitive when Bean passed. They didn't rest until they found an alternate diagnosis and a treatment plan when Cocoa got sick. We are so grateful for them and their help in our everyday lives and in our most difficult days. We appreciate their kindness and recommend them to everyone we know.

Worst vet I have EVER been to!!!!!! We are from out of town and used online reviews to help us find a good vet in the area. I promise I am not exaggerating when I say it was the worst experience of my life. After they repeatedly stabbing my dog with a needle, blood all over the floor and vet assistants that could only be described as complete idiots I had to write this review for the sake of any unsuspecting new customers. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET'S DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. I wish I have know this before walking in and I hope it helps someone elses family avoid the horrific disaster that I just went through.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I have had every single one of my animals cared for here even when I moved out of state I still called them for help. Now that I'm back in OK I still take my Persian Gus there and I live an hour away. Kyli is an excellent groomer. Gus was one of her first cats to groom and she is fantastic! The whole staff know me on a first name basis and there isn't a single person there I don't adore. They care so much about my fur children and were super sweet when I had to put my Sphynx down. I could easily take my little man to a vet closer but they're just too awesome I can't stay away!

I loved this veterinary hospital since the moment I walked inside! Anyone that knows me is very much aware that I am protective of my pug babies and especially if I am concerned about their health! I only want the best care for my babies and that is exactly what I was given when I came to the Harvest Hills Veterinary Hospital! I have 2 pugs, Reggie and Ozzie. Reggie is very prone to sickness because of his allergies, while Ozzie is healthy and is practically immortal. I brought Reggie in to see Dr. Reser because I was not satisfied with the care at the Pet Smart vet when it came to a rash on his poor leg that would not go away after 2 weeks of care. Dr. Reser put me at ease and helped me choose the best option as far as how to help my Reggie heal his skin, and less than a week after our visit Reggie is good as new! Their prices are very reasonable as well and they have a great selection of treats and food! Very friendly staff as everyone greeted us and listened to my concerns! I have found the right vet for my babies!

After moving here from out of state in 2013 I gave Harvest Hills a try since I passed them every day on my way to work and then again back home. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service and the care given to my dog. After only a few visits they knew me and my dog by our names and were always very welcoming. My job has required a lot of travel over the years and Harvest Hills remains my tried and true go-to when it comes to boarding my dog. They almost always have room for me (and a lot of time my trips are last minute). Since they are my vet I know my dog is in good hands and they know her history. If my dog needs a check up or a grooming appointment they take care of that while she is there, saving me an extra trip.Harvest Hills has never attempted to push a service or product on me, which is more than I can say about a chain brand vet clinic that I have used. That alone is worth its weight in gold.

The entire team is fantastic!!! They all clearly love what they do and care about the animals that they see. My 15-year old dog (who is always scared going to any vet office)was so well cared for during her stay that she was in no hurry to leave; she just seemed happy and comfortable. They told me details of how she did during her weeklong stay - like how she got along with the other animals, how her appetite was, and just lots of info that I really appreciated hearing.
Dr. Sieger was great about giving me explanations, options, and recommendations for my dog while keeping in mind her breed, age and overall health. She is very competent and knowledgable and caring.
I never felt that I was trying to be sold unnecessary products or procedures. I really just felt like Dr. Sieger and the rest of the team were treating my dog like they would treat their own pets. I am so glad to have found such a great office that I can trust to take good care of my dear friend!

I brought in an injured and badly bitten cat from a nearby community of feral and strays that I had been feeding for a few years. Because of a tight budget, I just wanted an affordable exam and meds which I asked them about on the phone. I gave Chelsea (who ,btw, was AMAZINGLY kind and sincere) the details and amount of my budget. She kindly informed me that they would try to work within my budget as best as possible and set up the appointment for later on that day. I arrived for my appointment and was sooo pleased to find that everyone of the staff members that I met was nice and courteous. A very welcoming environment. They took their time and carefully examined the poor kitty and prescribed him some meds that would help alleviate his pain. AND GUESS WHAT?? They were adamant about getting it all to fit within my very, very tight and limited budget! I mean they actually tried to limit the costs of everything instead of up-selling like many others would.
Overall, I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for good quality AND affordable pet treatment.

My male Shih-Tzu Ollie has been going here for over a year now! All the staff are so friendly and nice and they love Ollie! He loves them all too! I know some dogs are scared to go to the vet but Ollie loves it! You can tell the staff truly care about all the animals they see! Ollie is also groomed here and Kyli always goes a great job! I find it so convenient to have the grooming and clinic in one because there have been times where Kyli noticed something "off" about Ollie and always calls to make sure it's okay for the vet to take a look! Love it here and would recommend to anyone!

I think is is an excellent place to take your fur children (i.e. pets). The facility is clean and the staff is amazing! Fortunately, I don't have to come here very often, but when I do they always remember my dogs and they're so great with them! Both of the vets are excellent. They are very friendly and communicate well your options in terms of price/value you may get out of certain treatments. I also think their prices are extremely fair. If there's something they aren't able to do, they'll refer you to good places that can. They also do grooming and boarding. I've had one of my dog's nails trimmed here before because she tends to squirm and fight when I try to do it, but the staff here are wonderful with her and can get it done. Other than that, I haven't utilized the other services, so I can't comment on them at this time, but I'm very pleased with my experiences so far!

Today was my first experience with this clinic and I just loved it. The DR. Sierger was wonderful. She answered all my questions and was so gentle with my little dog Timmy. All the staff was so kind and nice and impressed me very much. Timmy had only gone to one other Vet, so I was concerned about a new one. But they put all my fears aside and we have found a new Vet and clinic that we will use with confidence. Thank you for your service. Not enough stars, need about 8-10.

I came to Harvest Hills Veterinary Clinic today with an injured cat that was wandering in traffic on NW Expressway. I knew that there was probably nothing that could be done, but at least it could be euthanized and die in peace. Dr. Reser was the vet who examined the cat. He determined that the injuries were too numerous to fix, and that euathanization was the best option. His gentle nature was impressive. He handled the situation with kindness and sympathy, told me that I had done the humane thing, and thanked me for being a friend to animals. Thank you so much to Dr. Reser and staff for accomodating this crazy animal lover!! I would definitely recommend this facility. They provide excellent care for pets (and their owners!)

Updated 10/6/15. Dr Reser is an awesome doctor. He took great care of my kitty (Catfish). I probably called the office more than I should have while we were trying to figure out what was wrong with him. Eventually it was discovered he had an advanced stage of stomach cancer... Dr Reser blocked off an hour in order to come to my house to put my best friend to sleep. He took into account how much Catfish hated the vet, and enabled him to pass with minimal stress in the spot we spent every evening. He also took into account some other issues that helped keep me from completely breaking down... And he allowed me time to grieve Catfish, not once did he try to rush out or push me along. Luckily my family was with me and let me know it was time to let them take Catfish... Otherwise, I think he would have continued to politely wait while I said my goodbyes. The following week my other cat started vomiting, similarly to how catfish did in the beginning. He once again worked with me and it was discovered that Eggroll has hyperthyroidism. We are now working to get his illness under control. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my pets. I highly recommend HHVH. The techs are great and Dr Reser is awesome.

Harvest Hills has taken care of our dogs for years. We recently lost our 18 yr old dog and the staff was very patient and understanding during the last few years of her life, even when we made panicked, closing time dashes to the vet they were always helpful and kind. Our dog had kidney issues and I know their care helped extend her life.

This is the very best vet I have ever been to! I followed Dr. Reser from Neel's over to HHVH when he first purchased the clinic years ago.. Extremely talented and skilled, Dr. Reser is also very compassionate and understanding. His staff is great too. I highly recommend this vet clinic and cannot say enough about how well they have cared for my pets. From vetting, to boarding to grooming....this is the best place to go.

The vet I saw didn't listen to anything I said, did a fecal exam then sent them home telling me to come back in two weeks if the symptoms got worse. Well they were already bad or I wouldn't have been there! I was very distraught about the whole thing so I emailed the clinic to tell someone in charge. Well, they blamed ME for the whole thing. They lied and said that I refused bloodwork or any sort of tests. Then when I told them that wasn't true they asked why I had not insisted upon it. I didn't insist because I didn't think I should have to tell a vet how to do their job!! Not to mention the fact after the way she had treated me through the appointment I wouldn't trust her with my worst enemy. I would NOT recommend taking your pets here! These people don't care.

Today I called, b/c I had a rescue puppy who needed veterinary care. I couldn't afford to pay anything until I get paid next week but they said they don't accept payment plans. I expained my situation and that I found this 1mo old puppy on the side of the rode ~ the lady who answered the phone was hateful and told me if I couldn't afford to take caer of the dog then I needed to take it to a shelter where it would be better off. She was hateful and snotty about it! I'm just trying to give this animal a 2nd chance at life - I don't need to be ridiculed that I've fallen on hard times. How would this dog be better off at a shelter? Where it would not get love or attention ~ would be in a cage ~ and eventually be put to sleep. No thanks! I won't be using them again, ever again, they're only in this for the money. Hateful disgusting people!!

Today spoke with Kerry on the phone today to my disappointment she was extremely rude, and hung up the phone on me. I never raised my voice one time or was disrespectful. I was was shaken up because my dog, who has been there numerous times but could not board there because the vet did not give my dog the vaccines, I did. Which is understandable. My concern is I spoke with Oklahoma State University and which they told me that since my dog was just given the exact same vaccine on Monday, they suggested because of my dog's health issues they would be totally against vaccinating the dog again before boarding. So I told "Kerry" this. She then tells, when regardless she responds to me "we will not board your dog". I said well that is disappointing because another hospital had no issues and would do it but they were just full. She then rudely interrupts me from talking, and tells well we get out all our protocols from another hospital that I mentioned. I said well they had no problems, because my dog has stayed there for a week, she then interrupts me again very rudely, her tone is sharper, "well there is difference, in being hospitalized and boarding" . I then let her know well ma'am if you could please let me finish...she then slams the phone down. This a very poor example of how front desk office staff should be. She was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I will never go back there ever in my life, being that I am the president of my neighborhoods homeowner association I will always recommend a place other than Harvest Hills Vet Hospital. I will advise them to tell every one they know, and I will always tell the other neighborhood associations near Harvest Hills about their poor excuse for professionalism. I am highly disappointed, in the customer service I received, I hope that I can reach many people and warn them of Harvest Hills. I will also leave a review with the better business bureau.

We operate a small cattery and Harvest Hills Vets, groomers and staff are more like family. Helped one of our females, who went out of labor delivery kittens without a c-section. Staff took time to watch, ask questions and were available as needed. 2 kittens later... all was fine! We have local customers and we comfortably and always Highly Recommend them here.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a great experience taking my fur baby to this office. I probably called 8 different vet offices in my area at 10am on a Saturday, and nobody could see him (which I expected, but did not appreciate the coldness I got from each person I talked to). When I called harvest hills, they told me they could squeeze him in but I may have to wait a while. I got there and didn't even have to wait 4 minutes. They did the exam, took xrays, bloodwork, and gave him fluids through an IV, I was out of there in an hr and a half! They did not pressure me into paying more than necessary or talk about money over and over, and the prices were very reasonable. The vet was so sweet and really made Charlie feel comfortable! I didn't feel taken advantage of at all and have so much more peace of mind knowing I can take all my pets there if I ever need to! Thanks so much Harvest Hills!

Love Dr. Reeser and his staff. He doesn't over charge and really works with you and your pet trying to figure out how to help. What would have cost us over $1000 at Neels, cost less than half of that....

I ran in here with a dying kitten I had found in the road and they dropped everything to help me. Unfortunately tucker still passed away, and they sent us a card! We brought our old pug here all the time! They still know us because of Rascal. I love them! If I lived closer this is where my pets would go!

The staff at Harvest hills rushed in and saved the day. On a Saturday, right before closing, they agree to care for all 23 dogs!! They were happy and super helpful. I am eternally grateful to everyone that helped to pull of a miracle that day!!!

We are so glad we found this place. The staff are INCREDIBLE.
Not only do we feel so taken care of, including our pet Peanut, but they make you feel no embarrassment about wanting to be cost effective. Our doctor talks us through all the treatments, costs and next steps.
After our pup got sick with a terrible ear infection and had to come back multiple times in a couple weeks, she didn't even charge for the office visit after awhile; only medications.
I would recommend this place to any and all. They truly care, and are animal lovers all the way. You'll feel like family.
Also, you can't beat their signs. Absolutley hilarious.

Absolutely the best vet experience we have ever had! We just moved to OKC and needed to establish a relationship with a vet around town. I have a Cocker Spaniel with ongoing allergy issues who needs constant medical attention. The very first visit she had she was in bad shape as we just moved into town and tried to keep costs down, so self medicating was our only option. I was terrified to take her to a vet in the city because I feared that costs were much higher than we were use to. Harvest Hills has not only the best service we have had with friendly assistants and amazing Dr., but they helped me keep my bill down as much as possible. I cannot say enough good things about this vet! Dr Reser is very patient and gives me the time to express my concerns. We not only fixed my dogs immediate issues but we have a maintenance plan in place. You will not be disappointed with this vet!

When I first moved here 7 years ago, I found the closest vet to my apartment. After I moved to Yukon/Mustang, they are still worth the drive. They were incredibly sensitive when Bean passed. They didn't rest until they found an alternate diagnosis and a treatment plan when Cocoa got sick. We are so grateful for them and their help in our everyday lives and in our most difficult days. Worst vet I have EVER been to!!!!!! We are from out of town and used online reviews to help us find a good vet in the area. I promise I am not exaggerating when I say it was the worst experience of my life. After they repeatedly stabbing my dog with a needle, blood all over the floor and vet assistants that could only be described as complete idiots I had to write this review for the sake of any unsuspecting new customers. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET'S DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. I wish I have know this before walking in and I hope it helps someone elses family avoid the horrific disaster that I just went through.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I have had every single one of my animals cared for here even when I moved out of state I still called them for help. Now that I'm back in OK I still take my Persian Gus there and I live an hour away. Kyli is an excellent groomer. Gus was one of her first cats to groom and she is fantastic! The whole staff know me on a first name basis and there isn't a single person there I don't adore. They care so much about my fur children and were super sweet when I had to put my Sphynx down. I could easily take my little man to a vet closer but they're just too awesome I can't stay away!

I loved this veterinary hospital since the moment I walked inside! Anyone that knows me is very much aware that I am protective of my pug babies and especially if I am concerned about their health! I only want the best care for my babies and that is exactly what I was given when I came to the Harvest Hills Veterinary Hospital! I have 2 pugs, Reggie and Ozzie. Reggie is very prone to sickness because of his allergies, while Ozzie is healthy and is practically immortal. I brought Reggie in to see Dr. Reser because I was not satisfied with the care at the Pet Smart vet when it came to a rash on his poor leg that would not go away after 2 weeks of care. Dr. Reser put me at ease and helped me choose the best option as far as how to help my Reggie heal his skin, and less than a week after our visit Reggie is good as new! Their prices are very reasonable as well and they have a great selection of treats and food! Very friendly staff as everyone greeted us and listened to my concerns! I have found the right vet for my babies!

After moving here from out of state in 2013 I gave Harvest Hills a try since I passed them every day on my way to work and then again back home. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service and the care given to my dog. After only a few visits they knew me and my dog by our names and were always very welcoming. My job has required a lot of travel over the years and Harvest Hills remains my tried and true go-to when it comes to boarding my dog. They almost always have room for me (and a lot of time my trips are last minute). Since they are my vet I know my dog is in good hands and they know her history. If my dog needs a check up or a grooming appointment they take care of that while she is there, saving me an extra trip.Harvest Hills has never attempted to push a service or product on me, which is more than I can say about a chain brand vet clinic that I have used. That alone is worth its weight in gold.

The entire team is fantastic!!! They all clearly love what they do and care about the animals that they see. My 15-year old dog (who is always scared going to any vet office)was so well cared for during her stay that she was in no hurry to leave; she just seemed happy and comfortable. They told me details of how she did during her weeklong stay - like how she got along with the other animals, how her appetite was, and just lots of info that I really appreciated hearing.
Dr. Sieger was great about giving me explanations, options, and recommendations for my dog while keeping in mind her breed, age and overall health. She is very competent and knowledgable and caring.
I never felt that I was trying to be sold unnecessary products or procedures. I really just felt like Dr. Sieger and the rest of the team were treating my dog like they would treat their own pets. I am so glad to have found such a great office that I can trust to take good care of my dear friend!

I brought in an injured and badly bitten cat from a nearby community of feral and strays that I had been feeding for a few years. Because of a tight budget, I just wanted an affordable exam and meds which I asked them about on the phone. I gave Chelsea (who ,btw, was AMAZINGLY kind and sincere) the details and amount of my budget. She kindly informed me that they would try to work within my budget as best as possible and set up the appointment for later on that day. I arrived for my appointment and was sooo pleased to find that everyone of the staff members that I met was nice and courteous. A very welcoming environment. They took their time and carefully examined the poor kitty and prescribed him some meds that would help alleviate his pain. AND GUESS WHAT?? They were adamant about getting it all to fit within my very, very tight and limited budget! I mean they actually tried to limit the costs of everything instead of up-selling like many others would.
Overall, I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for good quality AND affordable pet treatment.

My male Shih-Tzu Ollie has been going here for over a year now! All the staff are so friendly and nice and they love Ollie! He loves them all too! I know some dogs are scared to go to the vet but Ollie loves it! You can tell the staff truly care about all the animals they see! Ollie is also groomed here and Kyli always goes a great job! I find it so convenient to have the grooming and clinic in one because there have been times where Kyli noticed something "off" about Ollie and always calls to make sure it's okay for the vet to take a look! Love it here and would recommend to anyone!

I think is is an excellent place to take your fur children (i.e. pets). The facility is clean and the staff is amazing! Fortunately, I don't have to come here very often, but when I do they always remember my dogs and they're so great with them! Both of the vets are excellent. They are very friendly and communicate well your options in terms of price/value you may get out of certain treatments. I also think their prices are extremely fair. If there's something they aren't able to do, they'll refer you to good places that can. They also do grooming and boarding. I've had one of my dog's nails trimmed here before because she tends to squirm and fight when I try to do it, but the staff here are wonderful with her and can get it done. Other than that, I haven't utilized the other services, so I can't comment on them at this time, but I'm very pleased with my experiences so far!

Today was my first experience with this clinic and I just loved it. The DR. Sierger was wonderful. She answered all my questions and was so gentle with my little dog Timmy. All the staff was so kind and nice and impressed me very much. Timmy had only gone to one other Vet, so I was concerned about a new one. But they put all my fears aside and we have found a new Vet and clinic that we will use with confidence. Thank you for your service. Not enough stars, need about 8-10.

I came to Harvest Hills Veterinary Clinic today with an injured cat that was wandering in traffic on NW Expressway. I knew that there was probably nothing that could be done, but at least it could be euthanized and die in peace. Dr. Reser was the vet who examined the cat. He determined that the injuries were too numerous to fix, and that euathanization was the best option. His gentle nature was impressive. He handled the situation with kindness and sympathy, told me that I had done the humane thing, and thanked me for being a friend to animals. Thank you so much to Dr. Reser and staff for accomodating this crazy animal lover!! I would definitely recommend this facility. They provide excellent care for pets (and their owners!)

Updated 10/6/15. Dr Reser is an awesome doctor. He took great care of my kitty (Catfish). I probably called the office more than I should have while we were trying to figure out what was wrong with him. Eventually it was discovered he had an advanced stage of stomach cancer... Dr Reser blocked off an hour in order to come to my house to put my best friend to sleep. He took into account how much Catfish hated the vet, and enabled him to pass with minimal stress in the spot we spent every evening. He also took into account some other issues that helped keep me from completely breaking down... And he allowed me time to grieve Catfish, not once did he try to rush out or push me along. Luckily my family was with me and let me know it was time to let them take Catfish... Otherwise, I think he would have continued to politely wait while I said my goodbyes. The following week my other cat started vomiting, similarly to how catfish did in the beginning. He once again worked with me and it was discovered that Eggroll has hyperthyroidism. We are now working to get his illness under control. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my pets. I highly recommend HHVH. The techs are great and Dr Reser is awesome.

Extremely talented and skilled, Dr. Reser is also very compassionate and understanding. His staff is great too. Well they were already bad or I wouldn't have been there! I was very distraught about the whole thing so I emailed the clinic to tell someone in charge. Well, they blamed ME for the whole thing. They lied and said that I refused bloodwork or any sort of tests. Then when I told them that wasn't true they asked why I had not insisted upon it. I didn't insist because I didn't think I should have to tell a vet how to do their job!! Not to mention the fact after the way she had treated me through the appointment I wouldn't trust her with my worst enemy. I would NOT recommend taking your pets here! These people don't care.

I have used Harvest Hills before ~ although they were alot more expensive than other vets I've used, I like the 'bedside' manner that Dr.Reser had w/my animals. Today I called, b/c I had a rescue puppy who needed veterinary care. I couldn't afford to pay anything until I get paid next week but they said they don't accept payment plans. I expained my situation and that I found this 1mo old puppy on the side of the rode ~ the lady who answered the phone was hateful and told me if I couldn't afford to take caer of the dog then I needed to take it to a shelter where it would be better off. She was hateful and snotty about it! I'm just trying to give this animal a 2nd chance at life - I don't need to be ridiculed that I've fallen on hard times. How would this dog be better off at a shelter? Where it would not get love or attention ~ would be in a cage ~ and eventually be put to sleep. No thanks! I won't be using them again, ever again, they're only in this for the money. Hateful disgusting people!!
