I could not ask for better medical care, or a better crate side manner or my fur babies. Dr J and staff are thorough, caring, and compassionate. Their attentiveness and care gave me 10 years with one of my babies that I almost did not have. When we reach end of life issues, the compassion for not only the patients, but for the owners, makes it a bit easier to bear. I can't even remember how many years we have been taking our animals to Dr Jorgensen, but I know it is the best decision I ever made for the care for my fur babies. There are not enough words to describe how much we think of Dr J and his staff.

We appreciate everything and all the time they have dedicated to us. The doc is also a cat person which brings us even more comfort seeing as we have 2 cats ourselves. He even treated my terribly sick bunny rabbit better than a "rabbit specialist" did. We switched from Reno Animal Hospital and are oh so happy we did! Reno was sloppy, reception and especially doctors. They didn't care about us or our pets. Thank you Heritage Plaza for being so awesome!

I have nothing but positive experiences and the best advice from the doctor. They are always helpful and I've always been able to make same day appointments when my animals are sick. I've seen complicated customers and the office treats everyone with the utmost of respect.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. Our family has been going here for many years and our pets are always satisfied. If you are looking for a vet in the Midwest City area, I definitely recommend the Heritage Plaza Animal Hospital. The dog that Kim Bowers was referring to in her comment was a dog that I found. The vet called many people so I could find the owner of the dog. It turns out that the dog's owner lived right around the corner from me. We took the dog home personally and the owner was very happy to have his dog back. The Dr. worked very hard to find the dog's owner and this shows that he truly cares for the health and well being of all animals, whether they are his patients or not.

Dr.jorgensen is 1 of the best vet that I have been to him and his staff are very caring and compassionate people they helped me through 2 very difficult times in my life when I had to let my babies go to the rainbow bridge when the time comes for me to bring another baby into my life I most definitely be coming back to heritage animal hospital

One of the things I like best is that he explains things to me thoroughly without talking down to me if I don't understand something. All the employees are great! I don't know how they do it, but they not only remember me and my name when I walk in, they remember my dogs names, too.

He is very patient and you are always the only person in the office when you take your buddy in. He is very good at explaining things and listens so well to everything you tell him. I have recommended him to several of my friends and family. I'm so thankful that he is here in Midwest City and that he is my vet. Thank you Dr. Jorgensen for all you have done for me and my babies!

Dr. Jorgensen and his reception are the kindest and most caring than any vet I've ever been to in my life! They are very professional, remember names and conditions, simply call to ask how our pets and us are doing, etc.. I have never seen another place go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. We appreciate everything and all the time they have dedicated to us. The doc is also a cat person which brings us even more comfort seeing as we have 2 cats ourselves. He even treated my terribly sick bunny rabbit better than a "rabbit specialist" did. We switched from Reno Animal Hospital and are oh so happy we did! Reno was sloppy, reception and especially doctors. They didn't care about us or our pets. Thank you Heritage Plaza for being so awesome!

The first reviewer sounds overexagerrated and unlike this vet's practices. I have been going to this vet for 15+ years and refuse to find another vet when I move into new cities. I have nothing but positive experiences and the best advice from the doctor. They are always helpful and I've always been able to make same day appointments when my animals are sick. I've seen complicated customers and the office treats everyone with the utmost of respect.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. Our family has been going here for many years and our pets are always satisfied. If you are looking for a vet in the Midwest City area, I definitely recommend the Heritage Plaza Animal Hospital. The dog that Kim Bowers was referring to in her comment was a dog that I found. The vet called many people so I could find the owner of the dog. It turns out that the dog's owner lived right around the corner from me. We took the dog home personally and the owner was very happy to have his dog back. The Dr. worked very hard to find the dog's owner and this shows that he truly cares for the health and well being of all animals, whether they are his patients or not.
