We have been going to PCNAH for the past 5ys or so and are very pleased with their care and compassion for our kiddos. The staff is wonderfully loving to our pets and we love how they listen to us with our concerns. When we moved up this way from Midwest City we were reluctant to leave our beloved vet from that area but they have won us over. We love the multi-pet discount which helps a lot. Especially with teeth cleaning. We’re sticking to them until they prove differently. Read Less

I've been going to this vet for a while now and still can't understand why I haven't changed. I guess it's just habit. They are expensive, try to upsale you CONSTANTLY and, as they've told me several times, they "walk out the door at 6 pm sharp," so you better be there to pick up your animal. Called one Saturday with an emergencies about 15 minutes before they closed and they referred me to another vet. They really don't seem to care much about the animals unless it's within their hours of operation. Read Less

Called this vet (and several others) to get pricing for vet visits for both of our dogs. Their pricing ended up being the best deal in the area. Went in for our appt and was told our cost would be over 25% more than what we were told on the phone. No explanation, called us liars and said we made the cheaper number up and said we could pay the higher price or leave. The doctor would not speak with us and the receptionist was less than welcoming. Huge waste of time! There are other vets just blocks away.. Will obviously be going elsewhere. Read Less

Which great experience? We've been going there for forever with our animals (about 15 years?). Would not change. We drive from Tinker AFB area to 122 & Rockwell to take our animals. Dr Ray and Dr Mason are both excellent vets and there staff is second to none. After treating our deaf Dalmatian that was my Velcro pet, attached at my hip buddy that I loved so much had to be put down I even got a sympathy card from the vets and staff. We have taken all four of our pets to them. Our daughter takes her pets to them also. She is the one who recommended them to us and we are SO glad. Read Less

I'm a retire physically (I use a cane) challenge 61 year old with 3 dachshunds ranging in age from near 18, 10 and 4. Getting around by myself is hard enough let alone with three dogs. I was really disappoint after making appointments this past Tuesday after I had received a reminder call (that day @ 3:05) about one of my pups and a postcard earlier in the week about another's annual. So I called just after 5pm (5:03 by my phone) and schedule an annual for Poncho and Kennel Cough for one of the others and brought the third to have his nails clipped. Since I'm scheduled for neck surgery next week I asked for any appointments before the 18th by 11:00 so I could get to my surgical appointment that day. I was offered a couple of times on Friday and I selected 10:30. Well when I arrive today...no appointments!!! No I'm sorry...it was twenty questions(actually about 6) and bottom line "you don't have an appointment and the Dr is too busy to see you(he was booked for the day). Coming back later is just not a good option for me...so much for the 10% discount for scheduling before the end of the month not to mention a waste of my time and the difficulty of just navigating as a physically challenged retiree.
