We have two cats who see Dr. Hagan & I've been so pleased with the service we've received. She and her staff are very knowledgeable, trusting & so caring for these animals. We've been taking our fur babies to QCVC since 1992. Drs. Ruby and Dr Williams have taken care of our Goldens through the good and the bad, the normal and the totally bizarre. Cody and Dana are always patient when I call with all kinds of neurotic questions, and the good doctors are always good to call me back. When we recently lost our youngest Golden in a TOTALLY unexpected manner, the entire office was so, so, so kind and compassionate about our loss...they were genuinely sad at the loss and so sympathetic to our grief. And I will never forget the day in 2006 we had to put down our first Golden, and how Dr Ruby offered to stay late so we could bring him in, sit with him as he passed, and never felt rushed to leave...even though she had a family waiting for her at home. I cannot say enough about the staff and Vets! The Rubys have been our pet's veterinarians for well over a decade. The service is great, but it's the caring that makes this clinic exceptional. From routine care to end of life treatment, I have never felt anything other than real compassion. this is easily the best vet clinic I have been to. the staff spends extra time with your pet and always takes the time to explain what is going on with any treatment. Regarding most services offered in this world, the old saying applies: You get what you pay for. Dr. Rubin and his staff charge a fair price for highly professional work, simple as that. We have two dear little Yorkies, less than 4 pounds each. When they were pups Dr. Rubin advised to have them spayed but we decided to wait for one (though we might breed her, but too small). At the age of 9 she developed a HUGE infection in her uterus when in season (not all that usual it seems). To cut to the chase things were life threatening for our little dog and as usual Dr. Rubin came through like a PRINCE, literally saved her life. She feels so much better now with her infection gone and she's returned to her usual self - a ball of fire Dr. Rubin is the only vet ever to touch our dogs and always will be. So if you consider you dog the best, then have him/her overseen by the best is my advice. Read Less

I absolutely love and appreciate the doctors and staff at Quail Creek Vet!! They have always been so kind and compassionate toward me and to my precious pets. When I had to put down my sweet Ginger Due to cancer a staff member named Debbie came and sat with me and we cried together. Recently I had to put down my beautiful German Shepherd Hannah and they knew how I needed to have some alone time with her and Dr. Ruby told me to stay as long as I want. So glad we found this clinic!!! The staff is always friendly and the Doctors are knowledgable and caring!!! They scheduled us in quickly and were very organized with all the paperwork. I was very surprised when I got a phone call the next day to see how my little princess was doing (she had received shots on our first appointment)!! I love that they called to check in on her and see if we had any questions or concerns!! I can't say that any other vet clinic has done that with my prior experiences. I wish I could come up for words that would adequately express my appreciation for Dr. Doug and his staff. I came in this morning with the malamute that was hit on 122nd. They went above and beyond, even coming to rescue him off the street. They did everything possible to save him and showed us such compassion. While this isn't the cheapest veterinary care you can find in the city, it's among the best. Dr. Doug and Dr. Ruby both care a great deal about animals, and the staff ALWAYS remembers my animals when I call/come in, which goes a long way with me. This has to be the best vet in OKC! I was sad when I had to move away and find a new vet. Dr. Beth and Dr. Doug are very caring and compassionate and their staff is friendly and helpful. At first I thought their prices were a little high, but 1) it's in a more upscale area and it's what the market will bear and 2) the quality of service is worth every penny. The staff at Quail Creek are great! Dr. Doug is always very thorough and helpful when we take our dog in and is always able to help answer any questions we might have about her health and development. I don't doubt that the other two doctors are any different, especially since the vet techs also show the same care and helpfulness.The offices are clean, easy to get to with off-street parking, and have hours that make it easy to get an appointment that you don't have to miss a lot of work for. This clinic was recommended to us by a friend who has fostered several dogs, and we in turn recommend it to anyone else we know is adopting an animal. Read Less
