We adopted a rescue dog from Maltise Rescue and Dr. Bryan Jones is their Vet if choice. We have a Vet in Yukon, but chose to us Woodlake to purchase his heart worm tablets. They were very accommodating and had all our dogs records in the computer. I will certainly consider taking Mr. Snoot to them for his future shots, etc.

TOOK TO EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL THEY GAVE ME 2500$ ESTIMATE.
They didnt even clean it up charged 111.00 nothing but a pain shot.
Got help from bell foundation and was referee here by them. And $666 est. I just dropped him off there and you know they all care so much for your pets.
I will never go anywhere else I've found a vet for life

If you care about your animals you'll know they do to once you visit them. I have two pits - lovable babies and the first time I took them to see the doctor he was caring on his knees on the floor with them. He has very fair pricing! Doc Brian and his staff and other doc's will love and care for your babies large or small. I would totally recommend Woodlake Animal Hospital.

Dr Jones is an AMAZING vet. He is such a caring guy with a staff to match, they saved my dogs life the other day due to her having to have an emergency c section and didn't mind that I waited there all day to make sure everything was ok. I will NEVER take my dog or cat somewhere else now. I can't even explain my gratitude and how great they operate their business. They care so much about every animal as well as the owners. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be from now on also very reasonably prices especially for the quality and care they put into their work.

My husband and I are Chow Chow breeders. Chow chows are very special. You either like them or you have had a bad experience with one and don't like them. We don't just let anyone handle and treat our dogs. We first met Dr. Jones at Neel in 2006 when he and his wife helped us deliver our very first litter. We ended up keeping 3 of the 6 puppies born that day. Ironically enough he helped one of those puppies into this world and unfortunately he had to help our Sugar Bear cross the rainbow bridge a couple months ago. He is such a wonderful, kind doctor who is awesome with our babies. I have texted him numerous times throughout the night and early morning when I have had a concern. He is always so generous and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to take there kids. They will treat you and them like family.

Dr. Brian has saved my dog's life twice now. Once when he was at another vet about 4 years ago and again this past fall. He is knowledgeable and he does things that are cost effective before bringing out the big "expensive" guns. The staff at Woodlake are all nice, friendly and very helpful. My dog takes daily medication and they take the extra step of cutting the pills for me. They also have an awesome groomer on staff.

I absolutely love this clinic! The staff is great and the vet is phenomenal! It used to be run by another vet, but he ended up retiring and this other vet (I never know names) took over and he is great! They had an open house after they had reopened and my husband and I went up on a Saturday to talk to them and get a tour of their facilities. We had a cat that needed to get her teeth cleaned and they explained the entire procedure and reassured us that it was safe. We booked the appointment and even though I hated dropping her off, I knew that she was in good hands. Everything went really well and I can definitely see a difference after the teeth cleaning. I would recommend for any and all veterinary care!

My entire experience with this new vet and facility was wonderful. I called concerned about my new dog, and as a new customer, didn't expect to be seen immediately. But, they worked me in the same day. Dr. Jones was wonderful with my dog. He took some time to hold her, pet her, and simply love on her --- he didn't just do his procedure and leave the room like some vets. Their prices are incredibly, incredibly fair. They're on the lower end compared to most other clinics. All in all, the staff and Dr. Jones were all fantastic to me and my pup. They took great care of us and spent plenty of time answering my questions and easing my concerns. I will absolutely be back!

Everyone truly cares about not only the well being of my pets but also me! My pets get the best treatment and for a good price! The clinic is also very clean, which is a problem I've had with some of the previous clinics I've taken my animals to. I hardly ever have to wait past my scheduled appointment time which is a plus as well. I couldn't be happier with this clinic!

We have used Woodlake for about 6 years. We loved Dr Rean and his staff. After seeing Dr. Jones and his staff twice, we may love them even more. Dr. Jones is very thorough and kind to our pets. His staff are all very friendly and professional. Vets, nor staff, in no way rush you. He has added Dr. Herron to his roster and she is fantastic as well. The remodel is as nice as it was needed. Pricing is still below what I expect to pay (with 9 animals that is extremely helpful). Vets, staff, facility are 10 out of 10 and the level of care is fantastic. The transition between vets and staff was unexpected, but not at all disappointed with the results. Great place for me and my furry friends.

I've gone to a local 24/7 vet for several years and was devastated to hear that one of the Vets there, my Dobie's favorite Vet, Dr. Jones had moved away. I was overjoyed to find that he has recently purchased his own practice, remodeled and is on his own at Woodlake. I am happy to have found him for the kindness he shows my aging Blue Dobie, Axel, who has suffered some severe health issues, including pancreatitis and alopecia. Axel does not normally give ""kisses"" but he kisses Dr. Jones! He LOVES Dr. J! Dr. Jones always takes time to explain everything to me in detail and even helps me to save money when possible by writing for 'scripts I can get at Walmart for human generics when an antibiotic is needed. Axel has been drinking too much water and not eating - with terrible diarrhea/incontinence. He squeezed me in the same day I called. The exam rooms were very nice and clean, newly remodeled. The vet techs are very friendly and were very nice to Axel. Although the hours are shorter, the pricing was MUCH better, and my appointment time was honored too (again, unlike my previous place). I will absolutely make it work to see our beloved Dr. Jones. Congratulations on the new practice and I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone who would like personalized, caring attention for their pet. Any review prior to Aug. 2010 belonged to the previous owner.

When my cat, Maggie, had complications with her diabetes and also developed hepatic lipidosis, the good folks at Woodlake were an absolute dream. I had no concerns at all about her care- I knew she was in good hands and that the doctors and staff at the clinic have a true heart for animals. As she got sicker, I would stand by her cage and sob and the techs would bring me kleenex and pat me on the back compassionately, never looking at me oddly like I was some hysterical lady wailing over a cat. The doctor was very honest and provided me with his opinion as if Maggie were his own cat, totally looking out for her best interests and not trying to pad the coffers of the business. I've also brought my dogs to Woodlake in the past and they've been treated excellently. They do their best to schedule you in as quickly as possible and they're very affordable, especially for the priceless care they provide. I would recommend Woodlake to anyone without any hesitation.

I knew that this ""animal hospital"" was nearby, so I put the dog in the car and drove over there. When I got in the door, I told the front desk what was wrong and the first thing they asked was if I had an appointment! I said no, explained again that I was from out of town and had an emergency. They then told me that they were not taking any ""new clients"" and gave me the names of other places I could go! I was standing there with a dog who was obviously in distress, and yet they just looked at me like I was bothering them. Don't ever trust this place with any of your animals!

They didnt even clean it up charged 111.00 nothing but a pain shot.
Got help from bell foundation and was referee here by them. And $666 est. I just dropped him off there and you know they all care so much for your pets.

I have two pits - lovable babies and the first time I took them to see the doctor he was caring on his knees on the floor with them. He has very fair pricing! He is such a caring guy with a staff to match, they saved my dogs life the other day due to her having to have an emergency c section and didn't mind that I waited there all day to make sure everything was ok. I will NEVER take my dog or cat somewhere else now. I can't even explain my gratitude and how great they operate their business. They care so much about every animal as well as the owners. My husband and I are Chow Chow breeders. Chow chows are very special. You either like them or you have had a bad experience with one and don't like them. We don't just let anyone handle and treat our dogs. We first met Dr. Jones at Neel in 2006 when he and his wife helped us deliver our very first litter. We ended up keeping 3 of the 6 puppies born that day. Ironically enough he helped one of those puppies into this world and unfortunately he had to help our Sugar Bear cross the rainbow bridge a couple months ago. He is such a wonderful, kind doctor who is awesome with our babies. I have texted him numerous times throughout the night and early morning when I have had a concern. He is always so generous and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to take there kids. They will treat you and them like family.

Dr. Brian has saved my dog's life twice now. Once when he was at another vet about 4 years ago and again this past fall. He is knowledgeable and he does things that are cost effective before bringing out the big "expensive" guns. The staff at Woodlake are all nice, friendly and very helpful. My dog takes daily medication and they take the extra step of cutting the pills for me. They also have an awesome groomer on staff.

I absolutely love this clinic! The staff is great and the vet is phenomenal! It used to be run by another vet, but he ended up retiring and this other vet (I never know names) took over and he is great! They had an open house after they had reopened and my husband and I went up on a Saturday to talk to them and get a tour of their facilities. We had a cat that needed to get her teeth cleaned and they explained the entire procedure and reassured us that it was safe. We booked the appointment and even though I hated dropping her off, I knew that she was in good hands. Everything went really well and I can definitely see a difference after the teeth cleaning. I would recommend for any and all veterinary care!

But, they worked me in the same day. Dr. Jones was wonderful with my dog. He took some time to hold her, pet her, and simply love on her --- he didn't just do his procedure and leave the room like some vets. Their prices are incredibly, incredibly fair. They're on the lower end compared to most other clinics. All in all, the staff and Dr. Jones were all fantastic to me and my pup. They took great care of us and spent plenty of time answering my questions and easing my concerns. I will absolutely be back!

The clinic is also very clean, which is a problem I've had with some of the previous clinics I've taken my animals to. We have used Woodlake for about 6 years. We loved Dr Rean and his staff. After seeing Dr. Jones and his staff twice, we may love them even more. Dr. Jones is very thorough and kind to our pets. His staff are all very friendly and professional. Vets, nor staff, in no way rush you. He has added Dr. Herron to his roster and she is fantastic as well. The remodel is as nice as it was needed. Pricing is still below what I expect to pay (with 9 animals that is extremely helpful). Vets, staff, facility are 10 out of 10 and the level of care is fantastic. The transition between vets and staff was unexpected, but not at all disappointed with the results. Great place for me and my furry friends.

I've gone to a local 24/7 vet for several years and was devastated to hear that one of the Vets there, my Dobie's favorite Vet, Dr. Jones had moved away. I was overjoyed to find that he has recently purchased his own practice, remodeled and is on his own at Woodlake. I am happy to have found him for the kindness he shows my aging Blue Dobie, Axel, who has suffered some severe health issues, including pancreatitis and alopecia. Axel does not normally give ""kisses"" but he kisses Dr. Jones! He LOVES Dr. J! Dr. Jones always takes time to explain everything to me in detail and even helps me to save money when possible by writing for 'scripts I can get at Walmart for human generics when an antibiotic is needed. Axel has been drinking too much water and not eating - with terrible diarrhea/incontinence. He squeezed me in the same day I called. The exam rooms were very nice and clean, newly remodeled. The vet techs are very friendly and were very nice to Axel. Although the hours are shorter, the pricing was MUCH better, and my appointment time was honored too (again, unlike my previous place). I will absolutely make it work to see our beloved Dr. Jones. Congratulations on the new practice and I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone who would like personalized, caring attention for their pet. Any review prior to Aug. 2010 belonged to the previous owner.

When my cat, Maggie, had complications with her diabetes and also developed hepatic lipidosis, the good folks at Woodlake were an absolute dream. I had no concerns at all about her care- I knew she was in good hands and that the doctors and staff at the clinic have a true heart for animals. As she got sicker, I would stand by her cage and sob and the techs would bring me kleenex and pat me on the back compassionately, never looking at me oddly like I was some hysterical lady wailing over a cat. The doctor was very honest and provided me with his opinion as if Maggie were his own cat, totally looking out for her best interests and not trying to pad the coffers of the business. I've also brought my dogs to Woodlake in the past and they've been treated excellently. They do their best to schedule you in as quickly as possible and they're very affordable, especially for the priceless care they provide. I would recommend Woodlake to anyone without any hesitation.

I was visiting my mom from out of town when my dog had a seizure. I had never experienced anything like this and was at the house by myself and I had no idea what to do. I knew that this ""animal hospital"" was nearby, so I put the dog in the car and drove over there. When I got in the door, I told the front desk what was wrong and the first thing they asked was if I had an appointment! I said no, explained again that I was from out of town and had an emergency. They then told me that they were not taking any ""new clients"" and gave me the names of other places I could go! I was standing there with a dog who was obviously in distress, and yet they just looked at me like I was bothering them. Don't ever trust this place with any of your animals!
