Dr. Carol Best and her staff are amazing! She and Michelle have always taken excellent care of my Amazon parrot, and my Shepard Husky mix Lady. I recently had an emergency with my dog Lady, and tho a small clinic, Dr. Best made time for us, and she and Michelle helped me through the very sad final goodbye. I am so grateful for them.

Took my siamese cat in last week for a fever and vomiting. He needed to be taken in asap and I had called 7 other vets who couldn't fit me in that day, called best friends and they squeezed me right in. Dr. Best was knowledgeable and said it was an infection somewhere, possibly pancreatitis. She got him fixed up and he's feeling much better a week later. Very reasonable pricing. Didn't spend over $200 for special food, antibiotic, pain killer, exam, and anti nausa shot. Thank you best friends for helping my sick kitty feel better and making it go as smoothly as possible!

I was so impressed with the doctor that checked him out and very impressed with the help who assisted her, ' the girl who had to hold Julio while he got trimmed up, she was absolutely GREAT. We got out there without sedation without anyone getting bit and at a price I could afford being that I'm on a fixed income . If you need to have your pet some medical attention THIS IS THE PLACE !!! 5 🌟. Thanks Best Friends you were great today!

New to town, called around, not only do they have the best prices Dr. Best gives you her cell phone for emergencies. Our boxer pregnant and ready to pop, office was so accommodating to questions and office times to get our puppies tails docked and dew claws trimmed. Dr. Best loved on each of the eight puppies while they got trimmed and docked. Seriously the best first experience I've ever had.

My dog has been to 2 other vets, at those offices she would be so scared she would secrete her anal glands! Dr. Best is amazing, I will never take any of my animals to see anyone else ever again. My dog is almost calm while there and my cats love her too and the staff are so wonderful, I feel like family not a customer. BONUS she has 2 waiting rooms, one for cats and one for dogs so you don't stress your animal because it sees a cat/dog. Really can't recommend highly enough

After calling at least a dozen vets this week, I finally decided to make an appointment at Best Friends. From the moment my pup and I walked through the door I felt comfortable. The receptionist was wonderful and so upbeat, the gentleman that took us to our room was sweet as could be and very helpful, and Dr. Best was absolutely lovely, easy to talk to and genuine. Dr. Best even sat on the exam room floor to make my pup feel more at ease, since this was a new experience for him. I'm beyond grateful for Best Friends; our new Vet!

We picked Dr Best because we had a bird. She was wonderful with him so we decided to take our dogs there. I am so pleased that we did. She came in on a Saturday because one of our dogs had a stroke. We were not charged extra for it and so great full. That old girl lived another two years and we had to let her go Dr Bests office was very accommodating to our needs. They have always given us options on our pet care and how to treat things. I now have one dog that does not like getting her nails done and we have an option to make the experience more pleasant for her. I just can not say enough about Dr Best and her staff. Thank you and I am so glad we found you.

This is the only full-service vet I've been to that doesn't overcharge, which shows they really care that people are able to afford the vet care they need. They are very professional and friendly both with the pets and with the human parents, and I did not have to wait long to see the vet. Dr. Best and her assistant took the time to thoroughly care for my dog when we were there. I really appreciate all that they do.

Instead of rushing the appointment, they're always so patient and they ensure he's comfortable until they begin the exam. They don't snap judge my dogs based on their breed. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furbabies. Wonderful staff! Expert Veterinary care! Patient and loving! To top it off- they provide great care and don't nickel and dime you to death. They're reasonable with their prices and will always ensure the best service for your pet. Highly recommended!!

My dogs and cats have been visiting Dr. Best for 20 years. She has seen them through coughs to cancer. I've always felt like she feels my animals matter.They really like her a lot and say she tickles them sometimes while she is examining them. My oldest dog says she smells pretty, which could be either a good thing or bad thing depending on who you are I guess. I took it a good way. The wait to see her can be long sometimes but they are getting better. They now have a Dr. LaNye (not sure how she spells that) and my dog, Scribbles, really likes her. She says that Dr. LaNye always has a special smile just for her. Give Best Friends a try, you'll be glad you did.

My dog has been to 2 other vets, at those offices she would be so scared she would secrete her anal glands! Dr. Best is amazing, I will never take any of my animals to see anyone else ever again. My dog is almost calm while there and my cats love her too and the staff are so wonderful, I feel like family not a customer. BONUS she has 2 waiting rooms, one for cats and one for dogs so you don't stress your animal because it sees a cat/dog. Really can't recommend highly enough

After calling at least a dozen vets this week, I finally decided to make an appointment at Best Friends. From the moment my pup and I walked through the door I felt comfortable. The receptionist was wonderful and so upbeat, the gentleman that took us to our room was sweet as could be and very helpful, and Dr. Best was absolutely lovely, easy to talk to and genuine. Dr. Best even sat on the exam room floor to make my pup feel more at ease, since this was a new experience for him. I'm beyond grateful for Best Friends; our new Vet!

We picked Dr Best because we had a bird. She was wonderful with him so we decided to take our dogs there. I am so pleased that we did. She came in on a Saturday because one of our dogs had a stroke. We were not charged extra for it and so great full. That old girl lived another two years and we had to let her go Dr Bests office was very accommodating to our needs. They have always given us options on our pet care and how to treat things. I now have one dog that does not like getting her nails done and we have an option to make the experience more pleasant for her. I just can not say enough about Dr Best and her staff. Thank you and I am so glad we found you.

What I find is amazing is the coupon for the first office visit for a cat or dog at NO CHARGE !!! Who does that ? Well, with 7 cats and three dogs, that alone will save me 400 dollars just to get in the door ! I will review again after the visit....

This is the only full-service vet I've been to that doesn't overcharge, which shows they really care that people are able to afford the vet care they need. They are very professional and friendly both with the pets and with the human parents, and I did not have to wait long to see the vet. Dr. Best and her assistant took the time to thoroughly care for my dog when we were there. I really appreciate all that they do.

Excellent staff and veterinary care! I have a neurotic Pit that doesn't like going to the vet. Instead of rushing the appointment, they're always so patient and they ensure he's comfortable until they begin the exam. They don't snap judge my dogs based on their breed. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furbabies. Wonderful staff! Expert Veterinary care! Patient and loving! To top it off- they provide great care and don't nickel and dime you to death. They're reasonable with their prices and will always ensure the best service for your pet. Highly recommended!!

My dogs and cats have been visiting Dr. Best for 20 years. She has seen them through coughs to cancer. I've always felt like she feels my animals matter.They really like her a lot and say she tickles them sometimes while she is examining them. My oldest dog says she smells pretty, which could be either a good thing or bad thing depending on who you are I guess. I took it a good way. The wait to see her can be long sometimes but they are getting better. They now have a Dr. LaNye (not sure how she spells that) and my dog, Scribbles, really likes her. She says that Dr. LaNye always has a special smile just for her. Give Best Friends a try, you'll be glad you did.
