Every visit I’ve had with Dr. Owens and his staff has been wonderful! They treat our cat so well, whether he’s boarding or sick it’s a great experience. Dallas and Sarah are so helpful and can usually get us in on the same day. Dr. Owens is so gentle with our little monkey and really takes the time to answer our questions and explain things well! I love this place. Thank you guys so much for treating my little family so well!

Dr. Owens has been a great diagnostician. He's seen my dogs for years. In addition I've fostered for Lab Rescue OK, Sooner Golden, Friends of Rescued Mastiffs. He has been responsible for getting many over the hump. He is a kind man who truly cares for the animals and their owners.
He has a good staff, good network, and best of all, it is not corporate veterinary care. The buck starts and stops with Dr. Owens. He knows your pet. It is wonderful to go to someone who has known your dog or cat from the time you got them into their senior years!!!

What stands out to me is that they're very willing to work with the customer. For example, my pet Bailey is anxious about going to the vet, so Dr. Jeff Owens has made several trips to our place where Bailey feels more comfortable. As we're moving to Austin, I can only hope we find a vet as attentive and understanding as Dr. Owens..

Dr. Owens has always been extremely responsive and helpful with my cat Squeaker, shes been ill off and on over the last few years and hes always been very helpful and understanding of my needs and my pets needs and has always attempted to find the most efficient method of helping her get well again without ridiculous expenses or unnecessary testing.
Dr. Jeff Owens is an excellent veterinarian and the Elm Creek Animal Hospital has always been affordable while caring about my animals as much as possible.
