I started going to Jacox with my first dog when he was around three. He lived to 17 with the good care he received from Jacox. When I adopted another dog I continued with Jacox Dr. Rawlings is a wonderful vet and always takes time to explain everything . The office staff are great and always greet you with a smile. Everyone there is top notch. You could not find a better place to take your pets.

After moving from the South Tulsa area to Midtown, I have been trying out different vets around the area, and had not found one that was up to my standards for my dog, as he has had a major reconstructive surgery so I am very picky with choosing vets. Jacox took the time to give me a reminder call making sure I had his chart, and x rays set over the day before for the Vet to review, right when I walked in I felt the caringness of that Vet office. Dr. Stout did an amazing job checking my dogs all around health, weight, eyes, ears, heart, breathing, and took his time asking me any questions I had. Will be recommending this Vet to all my pet owners now, SO affordable as well! - Thank You Jacox for making Waffles and I feel at home.

Been taking all of my animals here for a few years now. Had a Neuter, teeth clean, pills, shots, and claw clipping and the staff is always nice. Walks ins are always welcome. Everytime i take my dog to get his claws clipped im in and out within 5 minutes. This place is also very affordable if you are on a low budget. Glad a vet like this is around.

I've been going to Jacox Animal Clinic for at least 25 years. After Jacox passed away, the business went downhill quickly. Yesterday I took a dog there that I thought ate my glasses because I couldn't find my glasses and the dog had gone out in the rain and came in shivering. This was a neighbor's dog who's owner passed away. The vet never did a checkup or physical in my presence as All vets do. Instead they just took the dog without me and did unauthorized X-rays charging me outrageous fees without my consent. The dog obviously never ate my glasses and was never sick. Then they charged me much much more than they said they would. So Today I went back asking them to please consider this into account. Instead they argued and yelled at me. They would Not negotiate a reasonable price and would not consider reducing the bill. I told them that I would have to give a negative review and they said they couldn't care less. They are only there to rip you off. All they want is to rip you off. Do Not Use This animal clinic. It's a ripoff. After 25 years of going to this con artist you would think that they would show a little compassion but NO. They don't want to be your family vet. All they want is to Rip You Off. ��������������������

I have been a client with Jacox for over ten years, I wouldn't trust my animals to anyone else. Their commitment and compassion shine through everything they do, from soothing the terror of a first-time office visit, to ending the chronic pain of a lifelong companion and friend at the end of life. and everything in between. The office is always clean and the staff friendly to both man and beast alike. I recommend them to everyone I know and to some who were total strangers lol. Check them out! You will be glad you did as will your furry companion.

My experience with Jaycox Staff has been disappointing at best. The lack of professionalism and uneducated advice being handed out by front desk staff is Horrible. All is well until you have a concern and then you are treated like you are the problem. They have taken advantage of my elderly mother repeatedly and to the point of being unethical. As I was unable to speak directly with any Doctor or medical staff regarding my concerns I can't speak to their level of professionalism but if their front desk staff is a reflection of the attitude of the Doctors you are best to find a better more educated place to go. We will certainly be filing a complaint with the Veterinary Medical board regarding the treatment that my mothers dogs received.

The staff and love are awesome here. My puppy contracted parvo-virus and in their care for over a week. I thought the bill was going to be outrageous is was not, very affordable considering all that was done for her. The staff and vet are very open with communication throughout her care. They leave her chart and notes from the staff/vet so we could review when we went to visit her during her stay. She was very sick, she pulled through and now happy and healthy. I have recommend this Vet to two other people and will continue to do so.

I've always taken my cats here, and I love the staff and service. Even though they are frequently busy, they make time to explain all the procedures and treatments to you without talking down. Their prices are very reasonable compared to most places, but I've never felt like they've cheaped out on anything. When my cat had to be hospitalized for four days due to pancreatitis, they worked with my family to come up with a treatment plan and were very open to me coming by to visit my kitty. All and all, they are the best place in Tulsa to take your pets.

We have used Jacox for 8 years now and have never had a rude experience. We had our oldest Doberman cropped by Dr. Rawlings who does a beautiful crop! Shannon the vet tech is amazing! They are so knowledgeable on the Doberman breed (for a broken toe it was reassuring that Dr. Rawlings accounted for their "cat-like" foot structure instead of treating it as any other breed). We drive from BA to use them because they treat us and our pets well and we trust them to take care of our dogs without a lot of unnecessary testing and treatment ($$). We went to another vet once out of necessity and learned what money hungry vet practices look like. This is definitely not one of those practices.

However, while one of the receptionists was kind and helpful, the other was kind rude and acted like she was pissed that I was trying to make small talk, which was unnecessary.

This place is wonderful. Caring, kind, compassionate staff. Like everyone else said in their reviews, they care more about helping people and animals much more than they care about making money. These are good, honest people. Dr. Rawlings and Dr. Monnet are both delightful. They understand what fur babies mean to people. It's a smaller clinic, so they don't have the most state of the art equipment, but what they do haveare hearts and clear consciousness.

I had a terrible experience with my last vet & was in need of another one because my cat Stinkerbelle had come down with a urinary tract infection. Jacox Clinic was recommended to me & they were able to work us in the same day. Dr. Monnet saw us & she was knowledgeable, took her time with us & was very gentle with Stinky. I also felt their fees for the services rendered were very reasonable. So far as the rest of the staff is concerned, everyone I encountered was friendly & professional. I'm so relieved I was sent to them & I would recommend Dr Monnet to anyone.

I recently relocated back to the area and my dog started acting funny so we thought it was time for a vet visit. I'm very reluctant taking my dog into the vet because we feed a raw diet and steer away from Western Medicine more so than most people. I was so impressed though with Dr. Rawlings. She took so much time to get to know my dog and really listened to everything I said. I didn't feel rushed and I felt like she respected how I want to take care of my animal more so than the majority of vets we've been to. Coming from someone who is rather picky, I'd recommend this vet for anyone living in Tulsa.

Jacox is an amazing and affordable animal clinic. The appointments start at $35.00. I recently took my friends cat there for a broken hip. We didn't make an appointment but getting in and out was so quick! There is a small walk in fee. But if you are really nice and it isn't to busy it will probably be waived. I am taking my new dog in tomorrow for a check up and I expect to be pleased just like the last trip. The girls behind the counter are so nice and understanding. The vets are very knowledgeable. The only negative is the clinic is extremely outdated and the parking lot is awkward shaped and cramped. That is the only reason this place is only getting 4 stars.

I've been going to Jacox Animal Clinic for at least 25 years. After Jacox passed away, the business went downhill quickly. Yesterday I took a dog there that I thought ate my glasses because I couldn't find my glasses and the dog had gone out in the rain and came in shivering. This was a neighbor's dog who's owner passed away. The vet never did a checkup or physical in my presence as All vets do. Instead they just took the dog without me and did unauthorized X-rays charging me outrageous fees without my consent. The dog obviously never ate my glasses and was never sick. Then they charged me much much more than they said they would. So Today I went back asking them to please consider this into account. Instead they argued and yelled at me. They would Not negotiate a reasonable price and would not consider reducing the bill. I told them that I would have to give a negative review and they said they couldn't care less. They are only there to rip you off. All they want is to rip you off. Do Not Use This animal clinic. It's a ripoff. After 25 years of going to this con artist you would think that they would show a little compassion but NO. They don't want to be your family vet. All they want is to Rip You Off. ��������������������

I have been a client with Jacox for over ten years, I wouldn't trust my animals to anyone else. Their commitment and compassion shine through everything they do, from soothing the terror of a first-time office visit, to ending the chronic pain of a lifelong companion and friend at the end of life. and everything in between. The office is always clean and the staff friendly to both man and beast alike. I recommend them to everyone I know and to some who were total strangers lol. Check them out! You will be glad you did as will your furry companion.

My experience with Jaycox Staff has been disappointing at best. The lack of professionalism and uneducated advice being handed out by front desk staff is Horrible. All is well until you have a concern and then you are treated like you are the problem. They have taken advantage of my elderly mother repeatedly and to the point of being unethical. As I was unable to speak directly with any Doctor or medical staff regarding my concerns I can't speak to their level of professionalism but if their front desk staff is a reflection of the attitude of the Doctors you are best to find a better more educated place to go. We will certainly be filing a complaint with the Veterinary Medical board regarding the treatment that my mothers dogs received.

The staff and love are awesome here. My puppy contracted parvo-virus and in their care for over a week. I thought the bill was going to be outrageous is was not, very affordable considering all that was done for her. The staff and vet are very open with communication throughout her care. They leave her chart and notes from the staff/vet so we could review when we went to visit her during her stay. She was very sick, she pulled through and now happy and healthy. I have recommend this Vet to two other people and will continue to do so.

I've always taken my cats here, and I love the staff and service. Even though they are frequently busy, they make time to explain all the procedures and treatments to you without talking down. Their prices are very reasonable compared to most places, but I've never felt like they've cheaped out on anything. When my cat had to be hospitalized for four days due to pancreatitis, they worked with my family to come up with a treatment plan and were very open to me coming by to visit my kitty. All and all, they are the best place in Tulsa to take your pets.

Really like this vet clinic. Every time I call or walk in, they immediately recognize me - but, more importantly, they recognize and LOVE my puppy. We have used Jacox for 8 years now and have never had a rude experience. We had our oldest Doberman cropped by Dr. Rawlings who does a beautiful crop! Shannon the vet tech is amazing! They are so knowledgeable on the Doberman breed (for a broken toe it was reassuring that Dr. Rawlings accounted for their "cat-like" foot structure instead of treating it as any other breed). We drive from BA to use them because they treat us and our pets well and we trust them to take care of our dogs without a lot of unnecessary testing and treatment ($$). We went to another vet once out of necessity and learned what money hungry vet practices look like. This is definitely not one of those practices.

However, while one of the receptionists was kind and helpful, the other was kind rude and acted like she was pissed that I was trying to make small talk, which was unnecessary.

This place is wonderful. Caring, kind, compassionate staff. Like everyone else said in their reviews, they care more about helping people and animals much more than they care about making money. These are good, honest people. Dr. Rawlings and Dr. Monnet are both delightful. They understand what fur babies mean to people. It's a smaller clinic, so they don't have the most state of the art equipment, but what they do haveare hearts and clear consciousness.

I had a terrible experience with my last vet & was in need of another one because my cat Stinkerbelle had come down with a urinary tract infection. Jacox Clinic was recommended to me & they were able to work us in the same day. Dr. Monnet saw us & she was knowledgeable, took her time with us & was very gentle with Stinky. I also felt their fees for the services rendered were very reasonable. So far as the rest of the staff is concerned, everyone I encountered was friendly & professional. I'm so relieved I was sent to them & I would recommend Dr Monnet to anyone.

Amy is another person that works the front desk and she is awesome, she always makes sure I have what I need and what I need to know before I leave. I love the lady that looks at my animals. And they worked with me when I was on a budget and took what I had and done way more then the $50 I gave them.

I recently relocated back to the area and my dog started acting funny so we thought it was time for a vet visit. I'm very reluctant taking my dog into the vet because we feed a raw diet and steer away from Western Medicine more so than most people. I was so impressed though with Dr. Rawlings. She took so much time to get to know my dog and really listened to everything I said. I didn't feel rushed and I felt like she respected how I want to take care of my animal more so than the majority of vets we've been to. Coming from someone who is rather picky, I'd recommend this vet for anyone living in Tulsa.

I have taken half a dozen cats and a few puppies here and always recieved excellent service and care for my animals.I currently have 2 cats and a dog, and when ever i have a question they are willing to help me over the phone, if possible. they know me when i walk in, they treat my animals like they belong to them and remember little things about me and my pets.Truly service/care oriented people who love taking care of animals.

Jacox is an amazing and affordable animal clinic. The appointments start at $35.00. I recently took my friends cat there for a broken hip. We didn't make an appointment but getting in and out was so quick! There is a small walk in fee. But if you are really nice and it isn't to busy it will probably be waived. I am taking my new dog in tomorrow for a check up and I expect to be pleased just like the last trip. The girls behind the counter are so nice and understanding. The vets are very knowledgeable. The only negative is the clinic is extremely outdated and the parking lot is awkward shaped and cramped. That is the only reason this place is only getting 4 stars.
