I discovered my mare have discharge from her nostrils and her tongue was red and swollen. I called my VET. The staff told me to bring her in. After I got there I was told the vet wouldn't be there till late in afternoon. Had I know this to begin with I would have gone else where. So in a frantic I left this VET clinic and called another one. I like this veterinarian. He is fantastic but his staff at the front desk are lousy. The older lady is sometimes rude and acts like she hates her job. When I told the ladies that my mare was already having a hard time " breathing they looked at me and said "Well if you think she might die go SOMEPLACE else". I THOUGHT to myself IDIOTS. First off I haven't lived here very long and don't know my way around. So I did try to keep my cool and asked them for another vets number. They got the number for me and I got out of there. I took my howlin doggy very sick howlin doggy to doc and he saved him it was parvo. I wouldn't have give a nickel for him that morning he saved him as far as I'm concerned best animal doc in world. Health care the way it is around here if I was sick I'd rather go there than local medical places least he is a real doctor Read Less
