The wait time is a bit stupid, the first time I came in around December, the wait time was around 2 hours. The 2nd time in Late April was around 3, and this last one was around 2. I understand that if there is only 1-2 Vets in house at that moment, than the wait is going to be inflated a bit. That I can understand. Now, that all being said, my dog is a frantic Weimaraner, he does not like needles and can bite if feeling threatened, I can understand the irritation of the Vets-Aide when dealing with animals that bite, however, one of the nurses aides, I don't know here name; as she and the other Aides along with the Vet, holding him down for a a skin sample, acted as though she was going to hit my dog.
She had raised her hand as if she was going to hit him, fortunately she restrained herself, but it still made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Again I understand reflexive impulses when something is trying to snap at you, but STILL, don't act as though your going to hit someone elses' animal.
Other than that though, everyone else seems rather chill and calm. However this whole experience has made me second guess myself on whether or not I will be taking either on of my animals back here. Read Less
