The staff is amazing at this clinic. So sweet to me and my pup. Not to mention the price for dental cleaning is superb. I paid $145 and that included everything from anesthesia, day care after the operation, and 9 extractions. Great post op care info sheet as well. Truly impressed. I think I’ve found our new vet for life. I almost wish they had one more veterinarian on staff, I believe it’s just the one (Diane). You have to show up very early, 7:30-9a, but it’s best to be there right when they open because they fill up very quickly with appointments for the day. After being charged a fortune at our vet we have been going to for 23 years. We started shopping around. We paid 250$ originally it was going to be 400. We went to talk to yukon pet care. They would have done the spay for 85$. Also when they give shots .....no office charge. Plus their shots are 10$ cheaper. Its a new, extremely clean office. With great people with beautiful smiles! Last winter, I took one of my cats to Dr Delbridge with a puncture wound on her foot. The staff worked us in immediately and took care of her. When my terrier mix, Roo, became ill in April I took her to Dr Delbridge. She was wonderful, providing a diagnosis without a lot of invasive procedures. Dr Delbridge scheduled an immediate surgery on her, and I know her quick action saved Roo. A few weeks ago, my Corgi, Hermione, became very ill with kidney problems. Dr Delbridge and her staff did everything possible to save my precious girl, but in the end I had to make a heart breaking decision to let her go. The entire staff was respectful, patient, understanding, and kind. I was not rushed or "hurried out" even though it was closing time for them after a very long day. Yes, the wait time can be long, but people wait because Dr Delbridge and her staff are compassionate and caring to both the client and the fur babies. I have animals that become restless and impatient while waiting, but I won't go anywhere else with my pets. This vet is worth the wait. Read Less

The wait time is a bit stupid, the first time I came in around December, the wait time was around 2 hours. The 2nd time in Late April was around 3, and this last one was around 2. I understand that if there is only 1-2 Vets in house at that moment, than the wait is going to be inflated a bit. That I can understand. Now, that all being said, my dog is a frantic Weimaraner, he does not like needles and can bite if feeling threatened, I can understand the irritation of the Vets-Aide when dealing with animals that bite, however, one of the nurses aides, I don't know here name; as she and the other Aides along with the Vet, holding him down for a a skin sample, acted as though she was going to hit my dog. She had raised her hand as if she was going to hit him, fortunately she restrained herself, but it still made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Again I understand reflexive impulses when something is trying to snap at you, but STILL, don't act as though your going to hit someone elses' animal. Other than that though, everyone else seems rather chill and calm. However this whole experience has made me second guess myself on whether or not I will be taking either on of my animals back here. Took my girl Sugar here. She was 15 1/2, and it was time to let her go. The tech took us right back to a private room, and brought a blanket so I could sit on the floor with her (she was a bit big to pick up, plus the tech knew we would both be better to be together and comfortable on the floor) while we waited for Dr. Delbridge. We did have to wait about an hour for the vet, but the tech checked on several times while we waited. The doctor came in and got down on the floor with me. Sugar has always been a shy girl, and Dr. D. was very patient and caring with her. She asked questions about Sugar's history and current health, and treated us both with dignity and compassion. It can be inconvenient not to be able to make an appointment (it's first come first serve at the clinic), but I feel like the care was worth any inconvenience. Even though the building was old, it was well maintained and clean. The staff was caring and empathic. I got to hold my girl while the doctor did what she had to do, and they allowed me to sit with her until I was able to leave her, finally out of pain and in peace. About a week later, I picked up her ashes (in a beautiful wood box), and was surprised to find her paw print in clay with the box, and a brass plate with her name to put on the box. I also received a sympathy card from the clinic. They helped make a difficult time easier.Read Less

We love Dr. Delbridge!!! She is so great with our dogs! We have 2 Siberian Huskies and a chihuahua and she's great with them all. You can tell she really loves what she does, and is in it for the animals, not the money. You will not find a better vet, or better prices, anywhere close! I always get grate advice and service, this is a first come first serve office no appointments, the staff is friendly and helpful. if you don't show up until 30 min after they open or 30 min after the reopen at 3 you will be waiting awhile. Dr Diane is very knowledgeable and her actions when my Akita had an immune issue saver her eyesight, she did everything she could and made the calls to get my Akita right in to see a specialist the same day. All I had to do was let them know it was an emergency and got there on time DR Diane and her staff did the rest the specialist stated our quick actions saved the dogs eyesight. Well it appears extremely long wait times and rude staff are standard at this place. We waited nearly two hours to be seen, and there seemed to be no order in which patients were called back, as I arrived early and was ignored as anyone and everyone went before us. But I'm a pretty patient person, and still waited. Being called back to the room left us to wait another 30 minutes before being seen. And then when we went to pay we stood in an unmoving three person line for another 15 minutes while the receptionists chatted! At this point my kids were restless, and I was irritated so I told her we had been there for well over two hours and could we just pay and leave. She said no and told me to wait my turn!!! And continued chatting!! At which point we left of course!! I've since received a bill in the mail, which is higher than I expected after the price they originally told me for shots (apparently there's a different price for outdoor cats than indoor cats but i feel like they should have said that!). Really a waste of major time, and horrible service. I am glad I hadn't had to take my cat to them for anything serious, who knows where we'd be.Read Less

First of all Dr. D is a fine vet. My problem is this. I think YPCC has so much business that they no longer value their customers. I recently called and requested the times when they had open hours to see "patients". I was told 7:30-10 in the mornings. They have a sign in sheet and when I arrived at 9:45 to sign in and get on the appointment waiting list, I was told they were too busy and were not accepting patients. "Too busy"; are you kidding me? The receptionist did not even have the common courtesy to ask me what was wrong with my dog or whether it was an emergency (it was not) When I scheduled an appointment (without having to wait in their lobby for hours with another vet they requested that I get the "patient" records before their appointment. I did so, as I called YPCC. When I requested them, they did not ask why I wanted them or inquire into any perceived problems. To me, it was, you want them, come get them, we don't care if you do business with us or not....sad. Read Less

I brought my kitties here to get their shots yesterday. Everyone was so nice to us and the vet was wonderful. A lot Better than my local vet treats us. Will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go here again! Read Less
