We just moved to the area and were told Mt.View was an excellent place to take our beloved dogs and cats for vet care. We were not disappointed. Great staff and truly shows they care for animals. Treated us with warmth, respect and kindness. Our dogs loved Dr. Ball whose last day was unfortunately our first visit there. But not to disappoint, two days later met Dr. Capper and she was fantastic! Loves animals and answered all our questions and took her time getting to know our dog and provided us a lot of information regarding general care and prevention info. Great vet care! Will take all our animals there. My. View is clean and great staff! Glad we found such caring staff and veterinary for our beloved animals!!!!

Dr. Gartrell has been very helpful and thorough with my cat's care. My cat became very seriously ill and needed continuous follow-up care. Karlee, the vet tech called me almost daily to check on my cat and they answered all my questions about my cat's condition. They taught me to do some limited procedures myself so that I would not have to subject my cat to the stress of a car ride every day or be hospitalized. They take the time needed and demonstrate real caring for pets. I never once felt alone or that I couldn't handle the situation. I feel that my cat is being cared for by the best! I highly recommend this clinic for the customer service and great care they provide!

Dr. Gartrell and her staff are friendly, caring, and supportive. They are helpful and have a ton of information -- especially for smaller "pocket" pets like rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, and rats! The clinic is bright and clean and happy. You can feel Dr. Gartrell's compassion for our animals. When they are hurting, she hurts. And you can tell she wants the animals to be happy, healthy, and well-behaved. I love Mountain View Veterinary Hospital and the staff and our animals love them even more!

We just moved to the area and were told Mt.View was an excellent place to take our beloved dogs and cats for vet care. We were not disappointed. Great staff and truly shows they care for animals.
