I love Dr Jackson, my viscous Rottwieller is afraid of her white coat so she takes it off before she comes in the room and sits on the floor with her to make her feel more comfortable. That’s just a couple of the things they do for my fur baby and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate it. The support staff is outstanding as well.

My dog died last night after taking her to them on Friday as an emergency appointment. Not sure what happened, all I can think of is that they didn't take her symptoms serious enough or possibly my Dog died of poisoning from the arthritis meds they gave me to give her. She was 10 yrs old. ..very sad time for me and my family. I won't be going back.

Dr Terri Jackson was amazing with us when we had to put our old wonderful dog down. She was so compassionate. She let us hold him in our arms as she administered the medicine to put him to sleep (which meant she sat on the floor and gave him the medicine). He passed away calmly in our arms, and we were so greatful. Dr Jackson helped to make a really tough time so much easier. Thank you so much!

We adopted little Princess Tippy on October 25, 2014. She was a "found" dog and was emaciated and had 4 fractures in her pelvis. Dr. Jackson met with us and explained all of her findings. Honestly and straight forward. The staff and Dr. Jackson were kind and very helpful. Although we live in Gresham, we have decided to keep Tippy's care with Dr. Jackson and the clinic. This little princess has been a huge asset in emotional support for our developmentally delayed 8 year old daughter. We are so pleased this worked out so well for all.

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. The staff is so helpful, so thoughtful and so kind. They have made my experience there so wonderful. They offered fast, friendly and professional help for my Feral Cat. I'm sorry that I can't remember the Veterinarian' name, but she was WONDERFUL. They checked out my Feral who I thought was a "she" turned out to be a "he" :-) He is highly allergic to flea bites.

I love Dr Jackson, my viscous Rottwieller is afraid of her white coat so she takes it off before she comes in the room and sits on the floor with her to make her feel more comfortable. My dog died last night after taking her to them on Friday as an emergency appointment. Not sure what happened, all I can think of is that they didn't take her symptoms serious enough or possibly my Dog died of poisoning from the arthritis meds they gave me to give her. She was 10 yrs old. ..very sad time for me and my family. I won't be going back.

Dr Terri Jackson was amazing with us when we had to put our old wonderful dog down. She was so compassionate.
