We had to come in for the worst reason. Our cat was having labored breathing. We were given paper work explaining the costs and it was very straight forward. The vet met us quickly. The outcome was euthanasia but they were so kind about it. They set us in a private room that had a couch and was very comfortable. They allowed us o spend a few minutes with our cat and let us hold him until he was gone. They got a paw print for us and had him boxed and ready for a home burial. We paid ahead of time so all we had to do was leave. It was the most traumatic moments but made much easier by an experienced facility that helped as much as they could. I’m grateful for the facility even if we hated having to use it. Read Less

I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because the gals in the front were nice, helpful, and prompt. The poor gal that helped me had to keep going in the back to get answers to my questions. The reason for my rating is we were referred to them for a specialty appointment, but they wouldn't see us for 3 wks unless we paid extra to go through their ER. So, we paid extra and then were told to come back the next day for more tests and given an estimate. I come in the next day and the estimate is 10x the amount from the previous night. Frustrating, but obvious miscommunication, so, in an effort to make the best decision I asked to talk to the Vet (Sophie Peterson I believe her name was). She comes in and is very curt, annoyed I'm asking questions, then barely answers them before just leaving me in the room exam room. I wasn't sure if she was coming back or we were done, but after ~5min I came out of the room and found the helpful gals at the front desk had what I was looking for and I left. Overall experience was less than pleasant. Read Less

I can tell they tremendously cared about my dog because of the questions they asked, the extra care while examining such as "we'll trim this" or, "we'll take that off before you leave..." I have only been here once. My dog found the hidden Christmas candy. She are a ton of chocolate and 3 pieces of trident gum. The hospital was worried about the gum and not so much about the chocolate. We brought her in and they gave her charcoal which made her puke. After they did it they said the charcoal made her purge everything but the gum (the only reason we were told to bring her in) and they wanted to keep her for several days to monitor her. They needed to check her blood sugar. I mentioned that my husband works at the hospital and draws blood for a living and if this was something we could do at home. They told me they aren't comfortable with that. Long story short I brought her home against the hospitals advice and in years later our dog is just fine. Worthless idiots. Can't seem to communicate useful information. Went in for to hear about blood tests, waited more than an hour and didn't get anything useful from them. Called next day to see if I can get information and still got nothing. Ended up taking my dog elsewhere. During my last paying visit I asked for quotes and overall price to get my dog healthy(we're now on a budget from his previous surgery) I was quoted $200-250. Went to check out and they wanted $500+, felt as if I was getting taken advantage of.Read Less
