They are not afraid to say they don't know or can't preform a procedure and send to someone who can/ does.

I love this place! Compassionate, knowledgable people, who really care about the animals and their humans. We've had such good experiences here, even in grief situations. They are more than fair in pricing, and discuss every step of treatment before moving forward. I especially like that they take individual care with their recommendations, dependent upon the animal's lifestyle, and don't just use a blanket fix for all cats. I really enjoy the environment and the staff!

I've lived in this area for 32 years, with pets, and am so grateful to have discovered All Creatures Great & Small a few years ago; the entire staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgable. We see Dr Vaughn, who is wonderfully compassionate and well versed in animal health issues. The clinic prices are very fair, and the facility itself is very welcoming and feels homey. They get to know their pet clients and their humans! We were thinking of moving out of town .. but then I realized I wouldn't want to leave Dr Vaughn's competent care!

I took my 19 year old cat Dixie to All Creatures Great and Small for clumpy matted fur that covered about half her body. I had thought it was a cosmetic issue, but then found out it carries a serious risk of skin infection, which can be catastrophic in such elderly cats. Dr Bailes and her excellent team were competent, thorough, and calm. They greatly reduced my anxiety and Dixie's. They completely cleared the matting problem and sent me home with a kitty with soft and clean fur after about 30 minutes of working on her. Their facility is completely pet-centered, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Luckily one of the vet techs was there to answer my question in a very positive manner! I also believe that this is the lady I talked to over the phone, who rushed me when I had asked how much a neuter was. She didn’t tell me until the second phone call(when I had asked why it was so ...expensive/what is included in the price) that there were extra things added to the price and I could choose to add/take away the services if I wanted (kinda shady). I regret purchasing the puppy package here and when that expires, I will shop around for another vet office. ** I am editing my review from 1 star to 4 star, because Dr. Vaughn is so dang great at what he does! A friend recently referred me telling me how wonderful this practice is. I went to the website and watched the video of Dr. Thomas speaking of the clinic. I had tears and knew I had to take my girl here and check 'em out. We saw Dr. Vaughn 9 days ago, my girl was diagnosed with diabetes, prescribed insulin, antibiotics, and eye drops. The moment Dr. Vaughn walked in I loved him immediately. He was kind, thoughtful, attentive, gentle, thorough, informative, and really listened to me. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I feel so confident walking this journey with them, they really care. They are also quite affordable!! Thank you Dr. Vaughn and Dr. Thomas! Rosey and I love All Creatures Great & Small!!!

Some dogs go WEEKS without the right diagnosis, which makes repairing the damage MG does even harder. They had Harper diagnosed within a week, after the 2nd time they saw her. If you're looking for a vet, I cannot recommend Dr. Vaughn or Dr. Thomas highly enough. They and their staff are amazing!! So thankful for them!

Then they charged me $60 for brief exam fee because all the time they took. This vet clinic has been remodeled recently and is much bigger than before, but their attitude goes worse and the waiting time is much longer, and, more expensive. Won't be here anymore. I'm very regretted that I had recommended this vet clinic to my friends before.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I have searched around Corvallis for the past two years looking for a place I could take my two dogs. As a younger aged, college student I was feeling taken advantage of at other veterinarians, by not here. The doctor who saw both my dogs never rushed me and if a medication was recommended he did NOT push the most expensive one, he presented options and benefits that each offered. This experience left me feeling good about my animals health and feeling that I was genuinely taken care of. I Highly recommend taking your animals here, there is nowhere else in Corvallis that will treat you with this kind of respect.

We were in the market for an affordable vet for out kitten's first exam and neuter. Upon calling, the price for these two services was much more reasonable than every other clinic in Corvallis. Upon our first visit they were very accommodating to our college student budget and were very understanding of spreading out future vaccines and other potentially costly add-ons. The technicians and our cat's vet truly care about his wellbeing and provide a comfortable and safe place for pets. Very excited to have such a wonderful clinic for our wonderful cat!

If you live on the north side and are looking for a veterinarian, I cannot recommend All Creatures Great & Small Veterinary Clinic enough. Everyone was absolutely wonderful to Luther for his surgery yesterday, and he can be quite a handful. When I drove up to get him after his surgery and recovery period, as I got out of the car I could hear him barking...from the parking lot. Five gold stars to Dr. Vaughn, Dr. Thomas and the entire staff. Oh, and Luther spit out his pills four times this morning before I finally got them down. He is doing wonderfully though.

This is a wonderful clinic. The exam rooms are very comfortable and inviting. Dr. Vaughn sat down with me to discuss my dog's medical history and shot records. He was very thorough. He explained some of the unnecessary vaccines that my little Chloe would not need to renew. I appreciated his philosophy to not over vaccinate (or overcharge). He was also great with my little dog. The treats kept rolling in to keep her distracted and content. Ali was a great aide and happily endured the constant face licks while holding Chloe throughout the exam. The prices were very reasonable, and I was given a great rebate coupon to send in for her medications. Overall a great experience!

Doctor Sabra Thomas and Doctor Vaughn are wonderful, compasionet vets. All of the employees and resident cats are great and the setting in the country is beautiful. Doctor Thomas is not intimidated by my wanting to use alternative vet medicine after diagnosing my Chloe cat with lung cancer. She sent me to the most awesome certified vetinary acupuncturist, Doctor Arnold Wittstein. All she cares about is the animal getting the best care. Her staff called the next week to make sure Chloe got in to to see him and to see how she was doing. I wish I had had this combination in Albuquerque for my other cat. I would have saved about $5k. I am sure going to get Gizmo in yearly for blood tests with Doctor Thomas so I can catch problems early. I am very optimistic that Chloe can be healed.

We've developed relationships with vets across Idaho and Oregon and it's no exaggeration to say the doctors, techs, and family at All Creatures are the most loving, practical, and patient oriented we've encountered anywhere. The prices are reasonable, the care is unbeatable, and they remember the names and faces of all our little creatures. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a great vet clinic.

I feel very blessed to have heard of Dr. Thomas. Our cat became very sick over the weekend, probably after eating a sick bird. The emergency vet clinic helped with some initial tests but they were super expensive and the environment was more fancy and clinical with heavy metal music playing. Dr. Thomas got us in first thing Monday morning even though we were new patients and took excellent care of our kitty. He needed to be hospitalized for a few days and we loved how the staff all gave him so much loving attention and really kept close track of how he was doing. They let us come and visit him too, which meant a lot.Dr. Thomas is very experienced, a kind and loving person and really seemed to have good instincts for what was going on with Cosmo. She treated him with what was needed and didn't over do it. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and obviously a place where animals are really loved and cared for. Dr. Thomas makes herself as available as possible and her staff are all very helpful and kind. The prices were reasonable and that was important too.

We previously brought our pit mix to a different vet in Corvallis but after needing a fecal exam while visiting family in Washington, and having a cheaper and more pleasant experience at the clinic we happened to find, we decided to try a new vet in Corvallis as well. All Creatures was recommended by a friend who brings his two dogs there. The building feels really homey and safe, the prices are definitely better than our original vet, and best of all - the doctor and assistants genuinely love dogs and take care to greet their patient and get to know him. We've only been a client for a month or so now, and are already much happier with the choice.

I feel really fortunate to have Dr. Thomas as a veterinarian. She's competent and caring and I think Carol, the receptionist, is pleasant and warm, too. The practice has the feel of an old-fashioned country vet and I've never had anything pushed at me nor have I been made to feel like I'm not a good person if I don't pull out all the stops for testing and care, which has happened to me at other vets' offices in town. I like the feeling of being partners with my vet in my pets' care and being presented all the options for care in a non-pushy way.I also think the prices are very good compared to average rates at vet clinics in Corvallis. (Note to Anna W.: If your puppy was in care for an entire day and you only paid $100, that is less expensive than similar check, observation and care that most other vet clinics in town would charge.) Not that price is everything but for many of us with multiple pets, having a nice, new facility with a competent vet and low prices is awesome!And finally, I want to say that I've been taking my rabbits to Dr. Thomas as well as my dog. Rabbit owners know that a good rabbit vet is hard to find. I think Dr. Thomas would be the first to say that she's more of a dog, cat and horse vet than a small exotics vet, but she's always been very helpful and has done a good job with various surgeries, including spays & neuters. For complex rabbit-related issues, I'd look for a vet who specializes in small exotics, but for spays/neuters and general checkups, Dr. Thomas is great.

They are more than fair in pricing, and discuss every step of treatment before moving forward. I especially like that they take individual care with their recommendations, dependent upon the animal's lifestyle, and don't just use a blanket fix for all cats. I've lived in this area for 32 years, with pets, and am so grateful to have discovered All Creatures Great & Small a few years ago; the entire staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgable. We see Dr Vaughn, who is wonderfully compassionate and well versed in animal health issues. The clinic prices are very fair, and the facility itself is very welcoming and feels homey. They get to know their pet clients and their humans! We were thinking of moving out of town .. but then I realized I wouldn't want to leave Dr Vaughn's competent care!

I took my 19 year old cat Dixie to All Creatures Great and Small for clumpy matted fur that covered about half her body. I had thought it was a cosmetic issue, but then found out it carries a serious risk of skin infection, which can be catastrophic in such elderly cats. Dr Bailes and her excellent team were competent, thorough, and calm. They greatly reduced my anxiety and Dixie's. They completely cleared the matting problem and sent me home with a kitty with soft and clean fur after about 30 minutes of working on her. Their facility is completely pet-centered, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Luckily one of the vet techs was there to answer my question in a very positive manner! I also believe that this is the lady I talked to over the phone, who rushed me when I had asked how much a neuter was. She didn’t tell me until the second phone call(when I had asked why it was so ...expensive/what is included in the price) that there were extra things added to the price and I could choose to add/take away the services if I wanted (kinda shady). A friend recently referred me telling me how wonderful this practice is. I went to the website and watched the video of Dr. Thomas speaking of the clinic. I had tears and knew I had to take my girl here and check 'em out. We saw Dr. Vaughn 9 days ago, my girl was diagnosed with diabetes, prescribed insulin, antibiotics, and eye drops. The moment Dr. Vaughn walked in I loved him immediately. He was kind, thoughtful, attentive, gentle, thorough, informative, and really listened to me. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I feel so confident walking this journey with them, they really care. They are also quite affordable!! Thank you Dr. Vaughn and Dr. Thomas! Rosey and I love All Creatures Great & Small!!!

Some dogs go WEEKS without the right diagnosis, which makes repairing the damage MG does even harder. They had Harper diagnosed within a week, after the 2nd time they saw her. If you're looking for a vet, I cannot recommend Dr. Vaughn or Dr. Thomas highly enough. They and their staff are amazing!! So thankful for them!

Then they charged me $60 for brief exam fee because all the time they took. This vet clinic has been remodeled recently and is much bigger than before, but their attitude goes worse and the waiting time is much longer, and, more expensive. Won't be here anymore. I'm very regretted that I had recommended this vet clinic to my friends before.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I have searched around Corvallis for the past two years looking for a place I could take my two dogs. As a younger aged, college student I was feeling taken advantage of at other veterinarians, by not here. The doctor who saw both my dogs never rushed me and if a medication was recommended he did NOT push the most expensive one, he presented options and benefits that each offered. This experience left me feeling good about my animals health and feeling that I was genuinely taken care of. I Highly recommend taking your animals here, there is nowhere else in Corvallis that will treat you with this kind of respect.

We were in the market for an affordable vet for out kitten's first exam and neuter. Upon calling, the price for these two services was much more reasonable than every other clinic in Corvallis. Upon our first visit they were very accommodating to our college student budget and were very understanding of spreading out future vaccines and other potentially costly add-ons. The technicians and our cat's vet truly care about his wellbeing and provide a comfortable and safe place for pets. Very excited to have such a wonderful clinic for our wonderful cat!

If you live on the north side and are looking for a veterinarian, I cannot recommend All Creatures Great & Small Veterinary Clinic enough. Everyone was absolutely wonderful to Luther for his surgery yesterday, and he can be quite a handful. When I drove up to get him after his surgery and recovery period, as I got out of the car I could hear him barking...from the parking lot. Five gold stars to Dr. Vaughn, Dr. Thomas and the entire staff. Oh, and Luther spit out his pills four times this morning before I finally got them down. He is doing wonderfully though.

This is a wonderful clinic. The exam rooms are very comfortable and inviting. Dr. Vaughn sat down with me to discuss my dog's medical history and shot records. He was very thorough. He explained some of the unnecessary vaccines that my little Chloe would not need to renew. I appreciated his philosophy to not over vaccinate (or overcharge). He was also great with my little dog. The treats kept rolling in to keep her distracted and content. Ali was a great aide and happily endured the constant face licks while holding Chloe throughout the exam. The prices were very reasonable, and I was given a great rebate coupon to send in for her medications. Overall a great experience!

Doctor Sabra Thomas and Doctor Vaughn are wonderful, compasionet vets. All of the employees and resident cats are great and the setting in the country is beautiful. Doctor Thomas is not intimidated by my wanting to use alternative vet medicine after diagnosing my Chloe cat with lung cancer. She sent me to the most awesome certified vetinary acupuncturist, Doctor Arnold Wittstein. All she cares about is the animal getting the best care. Her staff called the next week to make sure Chloe got in to to see him and to see how she was doing. I wish I had had this combination in Albuquerque for my other cat. I would have saved about $5k. I am sure going to get Gizmo in yearly for blood tests with Doctor Thomas so I can catch problems early. I am very optimistic that Chloe can be healed.

We've developed relationships with vets across Idaho and Oregon and it's no exaggeration to say the doctors, techs, and family at All Creatures are the most loving, practical, and patient oriented we've encountered anywhere. I feel very blessed to have heard of Dr. Thomas. Our cat became very sick over the weekend, probably after eating a sick bird. The emergency vet clinic helped with some initial tests but they were super expensive and the environment was more fancy and clinical with heavy metal music playing. Dr. Thomas got us in first thing Monday morning even though we were new patients and took excellent care of our kitty. He needed to be hospitalized for a few days and we loved how the staff all gave him so much loving attention and really kept close track of how he was doing. They let us come and visit him too, which meant a lot.Dr. Thomas is very experienced, a kind and loving person and really seemed to have good instincts for what was going on with Cosmo. She treated him with what was needed and didn't over do it. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and obviously a place where animals are really loved and cared for. Dr. Thomas makes herself as available as possible and her staff are all very helpful and kind. The prices were reasonable and that was important too.

We previously brought our pit mix to a different vet in Corvallis but after needing a fecal exam while visiting family in Washington, and having a cheaper and more pleasant experience at the clinic we happened to find, we decided to try a new vet in Corvallis as well. All Creatures was recommended by a friend who brings his two dogs there. The building feels really homey and safe, the prices are definitely better than our original vet, and best of all - the doctor and assistants genuinely love dogs and take care to greet their patient and get to know him. We've only been a client for a month or so now, and are already much happier with the choice.

I feel really fortunate to have Dr. Thomas as a veterinarian. She's competent and caring and I think Carol, the receptionist, is pleasant and warm, too. The practice has the feel of an old-fashioned country vet and I've never had anything pushed at me nor have I been made to feel like I'm not a good person if I don't pull out all the stops for testing and care, which has happened to me at other vets' offices in town. I like the feeling of being partners with my vet in my pets' care and being presented all the options for care in a non-pushy way.I also think the prices are very good compared to average rates at vet clinics in Corvallis. (Note to Anna W.: If your puppy was in care for an entire day and you only paid $100, that is less expensive than similar check, observation and care that most other vet clinics in town would charge.) Not that price is everything but for many of us with multiple pets, having a nice, new facility with a competent vet and low prices is awesome!And finally, I want to say that I've been taking my rabbits to Dr. Thomas as well as my dog. Rabbit owners know that a good rabbit vet is hard to find. I think Dr. Thomas would be the first to say that she's more of a dog, cat and horse vet than a small exotics vet, but she's always been very helpful and has done a good job with various surgeries, including spays & neuters. For complex rabbit-related issues, I'd look for a vet who specializes in small exotics, but for spays/neuters and general checkups, Dr. Thomas is great.
