Willamette Veterinary Hospital

Corvallis, Oregon
General Info
Since 1967, Willamette Veterinary Hospital has been a staple of Willamette Valley pet owners seeking the best that modern veterinary medicine has to offer for the care of their pets.
For the first 20 years of our history we primarily focused on wellness care and internal medicine. However, after the practice was purchased by Dr. Steve Callahan in 1987, we expanded to include 24-hour emergency and critical care making us the only such provider in the Willamette Valley. 2007 saw the construction of a new facility specifically designed for the unique needs of our practice and clients. We moved into our new state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in August of 2008.
Today we are a full-service veterinary hospital and 24-hour emergency and critical care center staffed by a team of highly skilled, caring medical professionals housed in a modern, warm and welcoming facility. All of our doctors and staff are pet owners who truly understand that your pet is an integral part of your family and that your relationship with your pet is unique.
We pledge to nurture and support that bond by providing quality preventative wellness care, to educate and counsel you on the proper care of your pet, and to do our best to keep your companion happy and healthy for a long time.
In all, we are very proud of the reputation we have earned for the quality of our veterinary care as well as for the compassion and integrity of our practice. Please take a look around our website and feel free to give us a call at (541) 753-2223 if you have any questions or would like to schedule an initial appointment.

A mixed review here mainly focused on reliability between staff. 1 star review for the general professionalism and communication of the establishment as well as Dr. Porter and vet tech Langan. It doesn't take long to scroll down and see that Dr. Porter accounts for most of the negative reviews here. But to give credit where it's due a 5 star review for nurse Alexandria and Dr. Harmon who have been working with me very hard to day to assuage these frustrations. After multiple appointments there was never something that wasn't missed, forgotten, or just pain ignored. But given that we'd only been in for routine vaccinations and not being allowed inside with our animals due to COVID I didn't read into the bad experiences too much because things happen and they are open 24/7. Cut some slack right? No, after taking my pup in for profuse loose stool (after calling for multiple days to get advice and try to get her seen) that culminated with bloody stool and vomiting up a cloth. Finally, I got an appointment to have her seen. Upon arriving at the appointment yesterday at 11:30 I was greeted by the always awesome reception staff. But then greeted by the not so awesome vet tech Langon. Freya immediately showed fear of and tech Langon pointed out that Freya had been scared of her in other visits....very strange behavior for a puppy other staff say won't quit cuddling them. And even more concerning considering this was the first time I got to see them work with her in person. From there Langon scolded us for trying to coax Freya up onto the weighing platform as well as implying that it was our fault for her misbehaving- but then proceeded to do the exact thing herself until the poor pup peed herself out of nervousness and obviously afraid of this tech for some reason compared to other staff which she admitted herself - she didn't have the same reaction to the vet tech Langon is training and she was so amazing with Freya. Eventually, we made our way into the examination room. As for Dr. Porter....well. She entered the during the tail end of a conversation between her and tech Langon in which Langon was politely describing how bad our puppy was and how she's nervous and a few other condescending remarks - when she noticed the door was opened and we could hear the tone quickly changed to "she definitely not bad tho" - just very unprofessional from someone the puppy is clearly scared of from some reason. Anyways, I decided to give Dr. Porter a chance since it was our first meeting despite being very frustrated with Langon by this point. From there Dr. Porter started the conversation by condemning the type of food we feed her (blue buffalo not grain free) while providing 0 alternatives before even turning her attention to the puppy. There was a bit of a judgmental face and she quickly disappeared into the staff only area (still having not looked at Freya) and did not bring it up until I was like "If her food is so bad do you have one you prefer...." to which she gave us something to switch to. Following this she still did not examine Freya's abdomen or esophagus and did not request any diagnostics other than a fecal test despite me being very adamant that I think she has a blockage. We elaborated that she had vomited up a hair tie that she likely got into while at my grandmothers and she replied with "don't let that free puppy care turn into a dead puppy" and at this point I was just really at a loss for words with what I was experiencing in that office. We left without the requested and confirmed probiotics and medications that were supposed to be put in her chart by Langon. To top it all off Dr. Porter provided Freya with a vaccine during all of this while not focusing on the issue at hand. During the procedure the needle disconnected from the syringe resulting in most of the vaccine being spilled onto her coat....truly amazing the level of care from this professional. She is currently in the hospital with another vet estimated $2000 later with a worsened condition and no clear path forward. Read Less

We rushed our sweet lab/pit mix, Bella, in last week due to liver failure. She had a seizure and was unresponsive as we pulled into the clinic. We were met with two vet techs and a gurney in the parking lot. Those techs had Bella hooked up to oxygen, insulin and medication before my husband and I were even in the waiting room. They kept her for a few nights, smoothly transitioning from ER doctor to ER doctor who were always willing to chat with us about her progress, watching... over her 24/7 and make space for us during multiple visits. Eventually we were released to take Bella home and over the last week her toxicity levels have dramatically reduced. Because she consumed a Death Cap mushroom, the odds of her survival weren’t great. Thanks to quick decisions and aggressive treatment, Bella is alive and healing today!! On her first outing (last night) we ran into one of her technicians who recognized us and was so glad to see Bella getting healthier by the day. It felt like running into a friend who loves our dog as much as we do. The whole staff was (is) HONESTLY incredible. We are so thankful!!!! See More Read Less

The medical staff shares estimations of cost of care during your appt, and I really appreciate their transparency as vet visits and anything more than a checkup can be costly. I had an emergency situation with my 10 week old yorkie puppy on a Saturday. My usual vet was unable to help me and referred me to a place in Salem. I was advised not to go there by a family member so we found Willamette Veterinary Hospital in Corvallis via Google. The staff was wonderful and caring and quickly responded to find out what was wrong with my "baby". I was so impressed by how my baby and I were treated that I have made a change to have them as the primary care providers for my 4-legged babies. My husband and I had to take our much loved dog into Willamette Veterinary Hospital on an emergency basis and we were nothing but pleased with our entire experience. I retired after 18 years in the veterinary field as a technician many of those years spent in the ER and ICU so I tend to have a very high standard when it comes to veterinary care and facilities. We found the doctors to be knowledgable, kind, caring, informative and willing to work with us as a team. In the morn...ing our dog was stable enough to transfer to our regular veterinarian and they encouraged us to do so, which many 24 hour facilities will not do. We chose to keep him with WVH due to the fact that he would possibly need to transfer back that night and the drive down to Eugene and back seemed un necessary. Our boy stayed a total of two nights and two days and we were 100% pleased with our experience. We will not hesitate to return to WVH in the future; they hold themselves to a very high standard in order to provide optimum care and comfort to their patients and their clients. See More Read Less

What a horrible experience here last night! This place is money hungry and shame on them for not caring for the lives of animals!! I am beyond angry that they would turn away a cat that needed an emergency C section and would most likely not make it through the night. She was in pain! She needed the babies out of her! She had a live baby that needed her! What did you need over $3000 to save her Oh you don't have that money then good luck, I'm sorry.. take her home to die!?!?... You take an oath as a doctor to save lives yet when it comes to a life that is in desperate need of saving you turn it away cause of money.. how do you live with yourself? How do you sleep at night knowing you have a skill to save lives but instead look them in the eyes and are ok with them dying cause someone can't afford outrageous fees??? Shame on you!!! Just sick!! Luckily this little mama did make it because even though we had to drive hours we found kindness and compassion and people that cared about saving lives not making money and taking advantage of people in urgent situations! All I can say is seriously shame on you .. Even though you try to make others feel bad because they are at your mercy and can't afford your high fees, it's you that has to face yourselves every day and know you can save lives and won't because of greed.. it's time you find your compassion again and if you can't well I hope it haunts you. I'm grateful we were able to find this mama help and she didn't have to die. What a horrible sick feeling leaving your facility last night.. I feel bad for everyone else that has experienced that here and I hope in the future others don't have to feel that way but until you become more reasonable with your fees and until you find more compassion and love this is an unfortunate place to have to end up.. Whoever is in charge there needs to do a better job and get a better kinder system in place. See More Read Less

While I understand that emergency visits cost more (as they should), I had a pretty traumatic experience at this location shortly before Christmas.  My little Luna, jumped off of the cabinets and landed the wrong way, resulting in a broken leg. It was past 10 o'clock so this was the only place available... When we brought her in we were given an initial estimate of $1500. Seeing as it was four days before Christmas, having just moved, and started a new job... we were short on cash. We asked if there were any available payment plans, if we could volunteer services to pay off the remaining balance, etc... The vet, essentially bullied us into relinquishing her by insinuating we were poor quality pet parents. He repeatedly said that he would give her the best care possible since we clearly couldn't. Even going as far as to blame us for her injury. I was already in tears from seeing my Luna so scared and hurt, so I was in shock when he continued on this way. The nurse who helped us was very emotional and was much more sympathetic to the situation. She eventually gave us the option of calling in for the final costs, and they would give Luna back to us if we could get enough money in 5 days. We were given only 5-10 minutes to say goodbye. She was literally clinging to me when they pulled her from my arms. We immediately began to raise money, and managed to get $900 of the original $1500 quote. We called back in to give the good news that we would be able to pay the full amount within the five days they gave us... only to be told that the total cost is now $5400. Breaking down in tears (again) I ask for an explanation on the price and am put on hold. When someone picked back up I was speaking to someone new and they told me I had no rights to the animal and hung up on me. I had my mother call back the next day and she was told that Luna had already been transferred.I have never been treated so poorly in such a time of distress. Our entire holiday season was ruined, and our family is still incomplete. I generally don't leave reviews at all, but specifically downloaded Yelp to warn others of the complete lack of cooperation and compassion at this location. Read Less

Our family had the heart wrenching experience of our dog, Rhett, suddenly becoming extremely ill. As with most illnesses, it happened after hours. I am so thankful that we have an after hours option for emergencies in our community! We were greeted and promptly attended to by Stacie. She was efficient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I was in a foul mood. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not near a peach to deal with during those times. Add the stress of the situation, and I can be even more lovely. She was able to deal with me in a manner that did not allow me to escalate. She was able to remain patient focused while not losing site of the needs of our family as well. Thank you, Stacie! Additionally, Dr. Lewer is amazing!!! As a DVM, he was very compassionate, included our family, was knowledgeable, able to think outside of the box. As with most great providers, he was able to relate to peripheral circumstances facing our family, and was so empathetic! I truly believe that he genuinely cares about, and has a passion for his talent and true calling, which is clearly veterinary medicine. On account of his leadership abilities, dedication to his practice, commitment to excellence, and ability to empathize while still remaining objective, our dog, Rhett, lived through the night. We were able to transfer care to his primary provider, and we will be taking him home soon. My son told me, "Mom, Rhett is my dog, and I am his boy." I cannot tell you how much it means to me that I will get to see my son say that without tears in his eyes for the rest of Rhett's natural life. Thank you, Dr. Lewer!Read Less

I took my cat to this emergency clinic immediately after she got scratched in the eye by another cat. I will say, everyone in the clinic was very nice and did treat the eye, which healed in a couple days. However, I do believe that they take advantage and price gauge worries owners without considering what is best for the animal. They insisted that she needed a very strong oral pain med for the eye scratch, and prescribed me two kits which would last the duration of two weeks. I thought this was strange because they said the eye would heal in a maximum of three days, but I took their advice and bought it anyway. My cat became extremely disoriented and agitated from the med. They said eye scratches were very painful, so I followed their advice and continued with one more dose the next morning (it was to be given a few times daily). The med was so strong that she became physically ill and threw up all over, which is extremely rare for her. I felt that it was much too strong for the injury and her small size, and that it was causing much more harm than good, so I discontinued use immediately. When I went to my usual vet for the checkup, they  also said the medicine was much too strong for the injury and that the length of time the med was prescribed for made no sense, considering how quickly eye scratches heal. I believe they put the welfare of my cat aside in order to make more money off of prescribing extra pain meds. They also clipped her nails because they said she might have self mutilated herself to cause the scratch (even though I witnessed what happened and she has never had signs of self mutilation). Either way, I agree it would be best to clip the nails for safety, but they did not tell me it was going to cost extra, and, most importantly, they did a bad job! Many of her nails were cut in a way that damaged them and caused splintering and breakage at the tips, which can be painful. They also only cut a very small amount off. I showed them to my cat groomer while she was getting groomed about a week later and she said it was a horrible job and redid them. All in all, the visit cost over $250 for an examination, putting a fluorescent fluid in the eye to see the scratch, nail clip, pain medication, and the eye drops for the scratch. I do understand that emergency visits cost more, but they kept adding on ways to charge extra. When I first got my cat, she had a scratch on her eye that the previous owner had not taken care of, so I took her to a vet and had pretty much an identical visit. It only cost about $80 there, which was around how much the extra pain med cost from this vet. If you can, I would 100% go to another vet. The one I went to before was Corvallis Cat Care and they were excellent! Read Less

I am a regular client at Willamette Veterinary Hospital. I have been to many other veterinary hospitals and clinics in my years as a pet owner, and Willamette is by far the most quality hospital I have been to. I have 3 cats and 3 dogs that are seen at Willamette Veterinary Hospital. I have experienced visits ranging from routine, to diagnostic, to emergency. We even have a dog that receives laser therapy for arthritis, which has greatly improved his quality of life. With each and every type of visit I have always received the best of care from the front staff, surgeons, doctors, technicians and assistants. I have always felt that all the doctors and techs go above and beyond to spend time and answer all my questions. I have always received a quote for care/treatments/labs etc when they are beyond routine. I have even utilized their payment plan when needed in emergencies Here are just a few of my interactions: I brought one of my dogs in with a severe laceration to his leg I was seen right away, given an estimate for care, my dog was quickly made comfortable and his leg was taken care of. When I bring my 12 year old dog in for diagnostic visits for arthritis and other issues aging dogs have the staff and doctors have been sensitive and caring, but do not take advantage of the situation. I am given the most cost effective solutions/treatments/labs first. I have brought both my cats and dogs in for dental cleanings, and each time I receive a high and low quote for care. My family recently moved about 30 minutes away from Corvallis and I still take my animals there for all their vet needs. That is how much I love Willamette Veterinary Hospital. I consider them a vital part of my animal family. Read Less

I've made five visits to Wilamette Valley Vetinary Clinic since July of 2014 for the canine care of two of my Dogs. Each time, I am impressed with (1) how immaculately clean and well maintained the building and grounds are; and (2) how professional and well trained the staff is. It is obvious that every team member at Willamette is an animal lover, each giving you a positive and heartfelt greeting. It's very calming when you have a stressful issue, to feel welcome; and in experienced, well trained hands. One of my visits this fall was to have a six week old puppy looked at, with the breeder in attendance, before we brought her into our family and home. The exam was amazing to observe and very thorough. When the Doctor finished, he looked us in the eye and said this is going to be a great puppy for you, there is nothing we see that is problematic and give this dog lots of love. I can't say enough about this team, how much time they take loving your pet, giving you both thorough explanations and all your options. Read Less

Left our 2 dogs for 10 days over the holidays, picked them up after calling them 3 hours prior and blanket we brought in for them had dog feces dried into it. Not sure how long they had been sleeping on it, but for what they charge, and with advance notice of pick up was very disappointed. While supervisor I spoke with was very courteous and heard my complaints, all I got was "Sorry, I'll talk with the person who was caring for your pets, but it is unusual". Wish I had taken blanket out before we left so they could address it immediately. Certainly, not going back for boarding or vet care. Read Less

They only care about money. We took my therapy cat charcoal in for what i suspected at a uti. They told us it would be expensive, but that we would have two days to come up with a deposit, if we could get care credit. But they changed their minds, and the vet wanted over $1000 right then and there. We had to surrender charcoal so he could get his care. Their lack of compassion and care took my 12 year old therapy cat away from me. We aren't allowed to adopt him once he is in the shelters or didn't even get to know if his treatment worked. They don't understand the need for therapy animals, and what they caused by not working with us for payment. It was a heartless thing to do, and I would not recommened taking animals there for emergency care unless you have a lot of money just in case. They will not work with you, even if you lost your job because of your health. They do not care. I am angered and disgusted at this whole event. TLDR; Emergency cases are REALLY expensive and charges add up quickly. They make you sign a form in the beginning that charges will range from $300-800. There are several vets in the office, but the Dr I saw made unnecessary comments that I perceived to make me scared and to allow them to order more expensive tests. Dr told my total should be around ~$600 + "a little bit," but turned out to be a total of $913.I came here for an *emergency* exam. The initial cost is $95 and charges add up QUICKLY. Beware!! Any time the doctor says that the test will only add a "little bit" to your bill, please ask for the exact estimate (calculated on the computer) because the doctor's definition of a little bit is quite the opposite. The staff (receptionists and nurses) are all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They are helpful and professional. The only issue I have (and the reason I took off 1 star) was the Dr that was taking care of my kitty. He spent maybe a total of ~8 minutes with me during my 4 hour stay. Before adding a test, he would come in for consent but would add unnecessary and dramatic wording to it which made me feel even more scared and worried for my kitty. I also did not like that he would try to justify using certain things with scare tactics. I understand my kitty gets super angry while at the vet office and they had to insert an IV to administer meds, and instead of leaving it at that, he had to add that if he had just went in and grabbed him and made him more angry that could have made his heart work harder and possibly kill him. I thought that was a very unnecessary comment to make especially since I'm already distraught from what is going on AND you already used the IV and will charge me for it.He also recommended blood work after stating the X-rays were clear but to make sure there wasn't any internal bleeding. I had asked the Dr the price for the labs and he had gone on the computer to check and told me $27. Little did I know, he was only talking about 1 test and NOT ALL OF THEM, so it was a big surprise when I got to the final bill. I guess it's my fault for not asking for specifics, but the total cost of the 4 lab panels (CBC, BNP, CHEM 17, and T4) was $296.85 (Not sure why T4 was even necessary too). Also, I always thought CBC was included in CHEM 17, but apparently not here.I also had asked about some price estimate and the Dr made a comment about how he forgets about pricing when he is just trying to give the best possible care for his patients. I understand that it is my opinion on how I perceived his comment, but it made me feel bad as if I'm putting a price on my kitty's health. He told me to call my parents if I didn't have enough funds to cover today's bill. *eyeroll* I never once saw the X-rays (also an additional $31 charge for reading the X-rays is applied), the blood work, or even my kitty the whole time - I can only assume they did all that they had charged me for. While in the exam room, the doctor gave me the estimate that it would cost about ~$600 + "a little bit." When I walked outside to pay with the receptionist, it was $913. Read Less

After that his toe continued to swell and look painful and you could see the split under his toe nail. If you can, avoid. I brought my kitten in because my normal vet, West Hills Animal Hospital (amazing place!!!!), is closed on the weekends and my kitten was very sick with a fever, vomiting, and bloody diarrhea. When I got there they immediately started spitting off all these tests they needed to run without really asking me about his symptoms or medical history. They just assumed he probably swallowed something. They began running tests and x-rays, and I went home to wait for an update. I receive a call a few hours later saying his x-rays showed he had not swallowed something, but had pneumonia. They said they wanted to test for pancreatitis because of something they saw in the x-rays, and would have to keep him over night to monitor him and wait for his test results. They also told me they would call early evening with updates. Well, 6 pm finally roles around and I had not yet received a call, and when I tried to call no one answered. I assumed they must be busy so I drove over to see if I could see my kitten and get some updates. I show up and they weren't at all busy. When I finally got to see my kitten I saw one of his front paws was pretty swollen, I asked the vet about it and she said she "couldn't really tell if it was swollen or not." And when I asked one of the nurses for updates, like if his temp had come down, she had no idea. At the time I figured my kitten was in good hands and that all that mattered is my kitten got better, so I went home. The next morning I get a call at 7 am saying my kitten made a full recovery and would be ready for pick up at 8:30am. I show up and they gave me his antibiotics for his supposed pneumonia, 3 cans of bland wet food (they said to make it last 4-5 days, but a kitten his age needs to eat a min of 1-1.5 cans per day, you can do the math), and some probiotics. They charged me $1200 for everything and then offered to test his feces for an extra fee, I said not to because I was going to take him to our normal vet and have it done. 2 days later I receive a call with my kittens fecal test results (yeah, the test I asked them not to run), I am still waiting to see if they will bill me for it or not (which they shouldn't since I didn't sign anything agreeing to the test and I have a witness to prove I did not authorize the test). I took my kitten to my normal vet 2 days later to learn there is a good chance he doesn't have pneumonia and that his sickness was likely caused by the antibiotics he had been on the previous week (the same antibiotics they put him back on to help his "pneumonia." And apparently his symptoms are a very well known side effect of the antibiotics). The radiologist report did not actually confirm pneumonia, it was a mere suggestion but not sufficient evidence to prove anything; and that they should have taken another x-ray to be sure he actually had pneumonia. Basically they completely misdiagnosed my kittens problems and caused more harm to my kitten then good. I will never again take any pet to their facility. They do not care about the animals they treat, they only care about ripping people off and making money. Read Less

I don't think I can say enough good about Willamette Veterinary Clinic. My beloved cat Rango was hit by a car a bit over a month ago - his face and jaw was badly smashed up and required immediate life saving stabilization and subsequent surgery the next day. The doctor had to remove his upper jaw on one side, wife his lower jaw together, and, biggy of all - fix his tongue which was bit about 70% thru. So luckily for me, Dr Dan Lewer was on emergency that night - and later I found out he likes a challenge. And it was. Rango had to be tube fed for about 10 days, then following removal of the tube syringe fed (force fed?). I wasn't about to let him die, so if I had to shove food down his throat, so be it. I've been back now 3-4 times for a re-check - and been treated so well by Dr Lewer, who has been sensitive not only to the health of my cat, but also to my finances. It isn't cheap to go thru all this - but how can you put a price on the love of a pet? Dr Kalenius (sp?) has also been great and compassionate to work with when Dr Lewer wasn't in. Rango is doing very well now, has gained weight and eating and pooping regularly, and being turned into an indoor cat. He was already a loving way good cat, but all this nurturing has made him even more so. I feel so lucky to have such a great skilled Doctor and such a wonderful veterinary clinic that he landed at that night - brought in by a kind Good Samaritan who picked him up off the road (Circle Blvd) rather than let him lay there where the next car would have finished him off. Thanks so very much for my kitty back! Read Less

My friend took her cat here yesterday, she had something stuck in her throat and was not going to make it without medical care. The staff were extremely rude to her and told her they needed $200 immediately or they wouldn't do anything. Her only other option was to relinquish custody of her beloved kitty. They took her and told my friend that she could not adopt her back- "if she even makes it." She called back later that night and the next morning and they wouldn't even tell her if her cat was alive. My friend told them she would be writing a letter to the newspaper and her mother also called them. They finally told her if she came in tonight with $130 they would let her take the cat, and that they would not allow it after tonight. As a bystander, there is nothing more I can do than stress to others the importance of taking your beloveds to a place where they will be cared for and treated with compassion; not left to die on their counter if you don't have cash in your hand. This business was very unprofessional and lost multiple customers over this horrible disservice.Read Less

My experience with Willamette Veterinary Hospital goes back many years. Drs. Callahan and Vaughn have been treating one of my cats who has a complex set of serious medical issues and she is doing surprisingly well. Should a problem arise during off hours, I know the hospital is always open. I can call and come in 24/7 (and have many times). In addition to having a doctor and staff on-call, all of my pet's medical records, medication/dosages, tests, x-rays are all right there which is so helpful and time-saving in an emergency. The facility is new, clean and up-to-date so they can handle issues quickly and with the latest medical options. The doctors always check in with me on critical issues to confirm that all is going well or whether changes need to be made. My pets are family to me, so it is reassuring to feel confident about where I take them for medical care. Read Less

Read Less

This is not my dogs regular vet, but his toe swelled up three times the size it was so I had to take him here. At first they seemed to care about him, then charged me over 600 dollars including two x-rays they took even though they didn't think anything was broken. After that his toe continued to swell and look painful and you could see the split under his toe nail. I took him to another vet and they showed me the original x-rays where it is obvious his nail and first joint had torn ligaments and we're separated from the bone. Now he's looking at possible amputation because the infection is so bad.Read Less

This has been the hardest experience to go through, but this hospital and staff are so compassionate, knowledgeable, informative and patient. I'm so so heartbroken at what's happening to my kitty, but I don't worry at all about the hands she's in. Thank you for loving my kitty, even though she's not a fan of you, I pray in the next 4 hours you get to say she's turned the corner. If not, I will never regret bringing her to you. Read Less

We took our 8 week old Frenchie who had an anaphylactic reaction and pulmonary edema in at 10pm on a weekend. He was in and out of consciousness not doing well at all. He was in doggy ICU overnight. The whole staff was so amazing and patient with us. They took such good care of Francois and updated us step by step while he was there. We could not be happier with the care, and most important, Francois was saved! He came home and gradually got back to his puppy self. Could not recommend this hospital more highly. If we ever have any issues in the future, we feel safe knowing who to call. Read Less

Read Less
