We have been bring our pets here for the last 20-25 years. They have always been very compassionate and warm. We have been though the ups and downs and they have been very kind. We recently got a puppy, which needed all of her shots/whatnot. The staff asked us numerous questions about what type of activities she would be doing, and recommended vaccines based off of that. They were very knowledgable, and friendly. They even gave us a few tips for training, as well as providing a reference for some obedience classes. Really happy with our experience. Read Less

They fixed my baby right up! They had never done a hysterectomy on a hedgehog before but the vets experience was great enough that it wasn't a challenge for her to perform the surgery. I really appreciate the compassion of the people working there and I feel that they really care about the animals. I would recommend this place to anyone who is worried about the care their animal will receive because you will be in good hands at this vet :) I live in Eugene and it was well worth the drive to make sure that my hedgehog got the care she needed. Monetarily motivated. Refused to fill a prescription because it was written by a low cost vet. They are the only vet in the area who have this medicine in stock and would rather have an animal suffer than not receive their $50 exam fee. I would never take my animals to a vet who values money over the care of an animal. Read Less

From the first time we took our dog Tucker there for a check up we knew this was the vet that we wanted to care for him. The staff was always very caring and passionate about what they do. The last time we took our dog there was after he passed away and it was then that we realized how much they truly cared for not only our dog Tucker but our family as well. I love this vet Clinic and would never go anywhere else. They currently have one vet for large farm animals and 2 for small animals. I have not had occasion to bring an animal to the large animal vet but have seen both small animal vets.The vet I see is Kris(Willaman Kristine DVM)Kris is the best vet I have worked with. She stays knowledgeable of new treatments and she treats me with respect. If I have an Idea what may be wrong or a treatment idea she will discuss it with me. She sees my small exotic animals as well as my domestic ones and she has even called zoo vets to get information when needed. If she does not know something she will not lie and claim she does. You simply can not beat a vet that admits they do not know it all, is willing to learn, and do whatever it takes to help your animal. She is what I consider a rare species; and HONEST vet who is also a great DR.I have to drive an hour to get to her office but even if a vet opened right next door I would still make the drive to see her. The other small animal vet is new. He is a good DR but I do not like him as much. And the reason I did not rate the whole clinic a 5. He does not listen like Kris does but I would not hesitate to have a pet see him if Kris is not available. Read Less

We took our bunny to the vet here and she is an expert in small animals, particularly rabbits and guine pigs. She helped us through a difficult and complex surgery. Our bun had run into the baseboard in our house doing a sprint... she knocked her bottom teeth out and they grew in horrible. Everywhere we called in town recommended creswell vet hospital for rabbits. We took her in and scheduled her surgery, she had to have her front teeth removed. She came through great and financing was availble through care credit. Everything was great, I really feel like this place cares. Read Less
