Terrible experience! The staff was very misleading and dishonest. They quoted us one thing on the phone then gave us another once we were in the exam room.
I have never been more disappointed with veterinary care before in my life. I called to make an appointment for my pet rats and was quoted a price over the phone for services that my pets needed. Upon arrival to the clinic, my pets and I were taken back to an exam room and the vet started to perform services that were not congruent with what we had been told we were going to receive, over the phone, nor did I expect them. The visit was short and at the end all the vet wanted to do was charge me for services that I had not agreed to, and on top of that insult the vet spoke to me very condescendingly as if I was stupid and heartless. All I wanted to do was euthanize my small pets because they are sick and miserable, but they vet said she would not euthanize them but that I should talk to the local pet store to see if they would take them. I do not want to take them to the pet store because I do not want them to become snake food, which is what my two male rats would become! I sincerely thought that the best and most ethical way to help my rats was to peacefully euthanize them, but no the vet suggested that I torture my rats and give them to the pet store for snake food. No way! Now I have two sick rats and I feel terrible because I do not know how to help them, and I am not made out of money cause I am a college student!

I have been looking for a new vet. I started calling around for a price quote to nueter my new puppy. They quoted me 450$ with pain meds for a 60lb dog. I thought that seemed steep. So then I called my local vet in Veneta. They quoted 100$ plus 11$ for pain meds. Shame on you guys for charging such outrageous prices. You are obviously taking advantage of folks.

I've had pets my whole life and this is by far my favorite clinic! I love all the staff and both of the doctors. They care so much about your pet, and give each and every one special love and attention when they are there. I feel very confident in their abilities as veterinarians as well. We have several animals, but they always seem to be able to get them in no matter what!

I've had my cats 7 years and when 1 was recently diagnosed with diabetes, Dr. Brandt and company actually helped me call around to pharmacies for insulin I could afford. In fact, they found the cheapest one and called me with price. As long as I'm in the area, this clinic will be my babies' home.

Yes, the folks there were really kind to us. However, we went there as a first time customer trying to find a vet, so we got a free visit. However, that visit did not address the problem that brought us in there. What ended up occurring was that they quickly rattled off a huge list of things that we should pay for to keep our dog healthy. It was super fast, super confusing and really just a refined sales pitch. There was not discussion of the fees for the two immunizations we got until the bill came. We called to let them know the problem we brought the dog in for was getting worse and they suggested we just come back in...2 days later. No way. The people were nice, but not pleased with the business practice.

I have loved this clinic from the very first visit with my cat almost ten years ago. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They all make the pet lover sounds when I bring in my cats. Dr. Duncan is the only vet that my old, grumpy cat has ever liked enough to keep her claws tucked away during an exam. Over the years, he has saved the lives of two of my cats. He also spotted an issue with my third kitty that led to a diagnosis which was missed by the emergency vet. Unfortunately she didn't make it. The awesome staff sent us a sweet condolence card even though they did not get the chance to treat her. Over the years, I have seen the same smiling faces at Willakenzie which ensures that this is the best place for my fur babies. Plus, they have mini candy bars at the desk. Love it!

I would say "Good" but our cat has developed a lump under her chin, and due to the location we were not sure if it's an abscess or a tooth infection. After dropping her off, we expected to get a response on what happened to her but we got no call back. We called back a few hours after dropping her off and they had NO idea what they were doing. They did not "see" a lump when it was clearly visible and has irritated the cat when touching close to it. Typically abscesses are drained during their visit, that has been the case every time we've had problems with our animals. They only offered us antibiotics so see what happens next. We had no diagnosis of what was really wrong. For how much these businesses cost, we expect better than this. We only took our pet here because we moved close by, but after our first visit we will never return. Amazon animal park clinic has always been amazing to us. So I guess we'll take the extra trip to make sure our loved ones are dealt with my competent professionals. Never again!

They care so much about your pet, and give each and every one special love and attention when they are there. I feel very confident in their abilities as veterinarians as well. However, that visit did not address the problem that brought us in there.
