If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My kitty recently had surgery at this clinic performed by Dr. Minor and I am more than pleased with him and his staff. The receptionists are so kind and reassuring and Dr. Minor is great at what he does. I was talking to a lady in the waiting room while waiting to pick up my cat and she said Dr. Minor has been taking care of her animals for 30 years. You can really tell when people care and I really felt like every staff member cared about my cat and making sure that I was reassured that everything would be fine. I feel that it is really important to write a review on how my experience went here because when I was searching for clinics for my cat I read the reviews for this clinic and that's what gave me the push to go here. From here on out if my cat needs to be taken somewhere for care this is the place I will be going to! Read Less

While I've liked Dr.minor his replacement since he's been out on medical isn't scoring very high regards from me atm. We brought our cat in for a routine blood draw but we ended up later that day having to bring her to the emergency vets. She had a huge hematoma in her leg that the blood was draw from and could barely walk. Her blood pressure and temperature dropped. We were stuck with $1000 vet bill after a simple blood draw.. not happy. Read Less

I love this clinic and Dr. Rataj. He was our vet at our previous clinic before he left there and I didn't know he had started working at this clinic. I needed a second opinion for one of my kitties currently so I contacted this office and to my surprise, Dr. Rataj was again our dr. I can't say enough how amazing this Dr is and how friendly everyone has been. I met dr. Rataj originally under very sad circumstances when we had to put our kitty down due to kidney failure. But the only positive thing I remember from that day was his gentle way of handling everything and making a very tough situation a bit easier. Read Less

I love this place! From the start they were so helpful. Karen took my call, answered my questions and was so fabulous. When we got there, it was so quiet, tidy, and relaxed. Dr Minor and Tina (aka The Cat Whisperer) actually took loads of time explaining to me what was wrong with my Maine Coons and how it would be fixed and also how we'd try to keep it from happening again. My cats are rather standoffish and, well let's face it - snobs, but they warmed up to them both so quickly that I was rather shocked. Of course there is a bit of cat pheromone in a plug-in like device in the room but I could see that it was the way they handled them too. There were no yapping dogs or other loud noises to spook them either so it was very mellow and not the traumatic event I thought it would be (my cats are not terribly sociable and are indoors only). I've found the perfect Dr and Staff for my furred and purring family members! Read Less

I was new to the area and state and took my 16 yr old male cat here. He had always had diarrhea and thrown up since he was a kitten. And he'd always been very thin. Many vets had looked at him over the years. I was always told he had kidney problems and kept him on expensive prescription food. This was the first vet to suggest he had a food allergy. A week after changing his diet, the diarrhea and vomiting had stopped. And two weeks after, he'd already gained a pound. I also boarded my cat here while I went out of state. They were very caring. I would highly recommend this facility. Read Less
