The people here are amazing! My rabbit had horrible cellulitis on his ear and a fever high enough that we weren't sure he would make it. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable about rabbits and the entire team was incredibly compassionate. It came out of nowhere and cost a couple hundred dollars to get him fixed, and they were kind enough to work with us on payments to make sure Houdini got the care that saved his life. I highly recommend Creekside for anybody that has rabbits!

My most beloved cat died of kidney failure in the middle of October of this year. Dr. Eggert and all her staffs were there for Mose and me from diagnosis onward. Their generosity of spirit and loving-kindness were incredible. Before engaging them, I hadn't experienced its kind. Creekside vets and staffs demonstrated the necessity of holistic pet and human care. I was assured at every turn that my response to the dying and death of my cat was absolutely normal, that many pet owners felt/feel as deeply for their amazing creatures as me. Creekside Veterinary Clinic and Surgery is the superlative care center for everyone. You cared for us well, and you will be treasured for all. Blessings.

We recently relocated to Keizer and needed to find a new vet for our 12 year old tabby and newest addition, 16 week old kitty. The vet was very sweet with my children (one is autistic) and let them help her exam the kitten. The next week, we had to take in our 12 year old whom stopped eating and drinking. They chose to keep her overnight and run tests and help re-hydrate her. When I picked her up the next day, they had wonderful instructions for the weekend and asked me to be sure and call in on Monday to let them know how she is doing. The staff is sweet and helpful. We had to put a cat down last year, so having our eldest be sick now brought back unhappy memories. The staff listened and let me cry. You can tell this office truly loves animals!

I have been bringing in my guinea pig (who is very ill) and they are trying everything they can to get him better. I highly recommend Creekside to everyone. I personally am a vet assistant at another clinic but choose to come here because they are highly knowledgable and do everything they can to help. Everyone at this clinic is amazing, you will find out once you walk in the door!

Very knowledgable staff! First time taking my dog there & I had no appt but they worked me in & kept her since I had to go to work. They explained all the tests that were going to be done. Explained the results in great detail so I understood everything. Everyone there were super nice! Love the fact that they cut the pills up into the exact dose I was to give BayLee. : ) Highly recommend!

I am so VERY impressed with this clinic. The front staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help with any questions you may have. They are patient with everyone who walks in the door. The Doctors and back staff are just as kind, patient, and super friendly. I haven't see this type of client service since I left Minnesota and my favorite clinic there in 2009. My five year old Aussie/BC girl was ill and I am a new client, I intended to start there when her vaccines can due in the middle of January,however, as you may know Murphy's law took over and I had to go on the 31st. of December. Instead of taking her to my current place, which I knew I would not have gotten an appointment, I called Creekside, they got me in that day. My girl is extremely cautious of new places and especially people. The entire staff took their time with her and made HER feel comfortable with them. (instead of dragging her back, muzzling her, and hurrying up so they could get on with their day.) My blood work came back and the Doctor called and went over all the details with me, all labs looked good, so the Doctor discussed with me the possibility of a food allergy. (which has not occurred with the past veterinary clinics) My girl is now in the process of food allergy testing and eliminating to see if this has been her problem all along. I cannot express my GRATITUDE to the entire staff on the time and patience that was given to my chicken-girl to make her feel at ease and comfortable when she was ill and afraid. Thank-you Creekside Veterinary Clinic! I will recommend you to all who ask!

The people here are amazing! My rabbit had horrible cellulitis on his ear and a fever high enough that we weren't sure he would make it. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable about rabbits and the entire team was incredibly compassionate. My most beloved cat died of kidney failure in the middle of October of this year. Dr. Eggert and all her staffs were there for Mose and me from diagnosis onward. We recently relocated to Keizer and needed to find a new vet for our 12 year old tabby and newest addition, 16 week old kitty. The vet was very sweet with my children (one is autistic) and let them help her exam the kitten. The next week, we had to take in our 12 year old whom stopped eating and drinking. I have been bringing in my guinea pig (who is very ill) and they are trying everything they can to get him better. I highly recommend Creekside to everyone. I personally am a vet assistant at another clinic but choose to come here because they are highly knowledgable and do everything they can to help.
