Wonderful vet. Reasonable fees. Vets are very knowpledgeable and that knowledge allows for issues to be resolved without high price tests or X-rays. However they will do the tests or xrays if you feel they are needed or to validate their diagnoses. They are beyond compassionate. Vet techs are also wonderful and truly care for their patients. The also offer access to a fabulous surgeon that rotates through area clinics. The surgeon also does due diligence and just does not do surgery to do it. We went to a emergency hospital on the weekend and we were told our dog had a knee injury that would require surgery ASAP. Followed up with our family vet, Faithful Friends, they discussed the recommendation with the surgeon and decided to do additional X-rays. We found that the injury was not as bad as had been previously reported. Therefore we did not have to put our little dog through the trauma of surgery and we did not have to incur the cost of such Medical Care, which we would have done, no questions, if it had been medically necessary. I love this place. I've never had to be afraid of a huge bill I didn't see coming. Their very good about giving me a rundown of costs and options before services are performed. When our kitty had to be put down due to cancer, we were extremely sad, torn up and disheartened. We rescued him from the street and had grow to love him dearly. I think Faithful Friends Animal Clinic is fantastic. The veterinarians are very wonderful with my dogs and cat. Always professional and very caring. My dogs tell me because they do not always like vets and I see no sign at this clinic. I had an experience recently where I went to another vet with an emergency neck bite and they told me I would have to wait for a later appt. I was shocked..so I called Faithful Friends and they took me in right away and no upfront emergency fees like the other vet is now asking. I am sold. Read Less

My elderly cat was having a nasty bout of diarrhea and took her in. Dr. Heitt diagnosed her as having a bacterial intestine infection and showed me how to administer it (was a lot easier when HE did it), and within two days she was her usual self. No more messes, and she continues to be her usual aloof self. I am very grateful. Not the first time the clinic has helped - and it is a terrific place to board cats. She never comes back with anything amiss with her health. My brother has taken three of his dogs there over the past 12 years and has nothing but "raves" for the staff. Read Less

I love you guys. You saved my cat twice. Midnight had a urinary crystal blockage. Then had a blockage in urithra. I have since switched over my dog Sasha. She was seen once for puking up garbage. There prices are great. The staff are friendly. They accept my Pet Assure discount card. My pets get there yearly shots there. I know that my animals are in good care. I have a strong medical background and I can say that this clinic is very good. My dog is always correctly diagnosed and given appropriate care. Steve Heitt and Victoria Murdoch usually treat Bailey and they are very compassionate and gentle. I can't say enough good things about the veterinarians and their team. Their prices always seem fair. Horrible clinic!! they gave my animal the wrong diagnosis, and he ended up dying due to them not treating his REAL diagnosis. I had to take him to a different clinic because of the Animal Clinics treatment wasn't helping (because of their mis diagnosis). And the vet at a different clinic said that my dog was mis-diagnosed and NOW dying, and it was too late to treat him for his real diagnosis. My dog ended up dying due to their mis-diagnosis, and i spent 100s of dollars paying for their misdiagnosis that HELPED my dog die. So they are helpful in KILLING your animal with their ill education. Read Less
