Of the 3 vets we've visited since moving back to the Valley a couple years ago, these guys are by far the best. We have worked with every single veterinarian at the practice and have been treated with respect by each one. None of the vets are condescending or talk down to you. They all take the time to listen to what's going on with your animal at home and base their recommendations off the whole picture, not just the snapshot they see in the office.
The front desk can get a little overwhelmed from time to time, but every member of the staff is compassionate and caring.
Prices are more than reasonable and they will work with you to find lower cost alternatives when available.

I have been using McMinnville for 5 years taking my dogs and cats there. My animals have gotten good care I was treated fairly until my last visit. When I was in there last November I paid for 12 months of Trifexis. I went in several weeks ago because I ran out. The lady at the front desk noticed that they did not give me but 6 of the Trifexis instead of 12 last November and told me she would give me the box that they open. Then she had to go out the person in charge and that person said that it had been too long and they were not going to give me anything. That was a lot of money I lost. Yes I should have made sure I got everything that was owed me before I left. But I was trying to keep my 60 pound puppy under control get the rebate get the receipt sign the receipt get the medicine I paid for and get out the door. I will not take my animals back there again. What happened to the people that used to be there that would treat you fairly. They could have at least given me a box.

My family and I have been taking our pets there for 15 years. Things were great while Michelle was working but now I am very disappointed. The vet is charged $120 for a $40 medication and then threatened that if I didnt buy the overpriced medication from them that they would start charging me for nail trims which always been free. Way to treat your loyal customers!!!!

The staff was wonderful and caring- the woman at the front desk made several calls to try to help me locate my adopted cat's vaccination records. Knowledgable staff that helped me when my cat encountered several health problems but were also respectful of my cat. They were excited to see her each time she came in and offered pets and treats. Truly a joy to work with these folks!

We had an emergency the other day and our dog was in extremely bad shape. They took him in immediately, gave me a hug in the midst of getting everything ready for him, and miraculously, our run over dog is at home with us now being his happy self with little bruises to show for it. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE! Everybody here has such great spirit to them, the quality and quantity of care exceeded everything we could have hoped for. Who cares about the shape of the place when they can give us our pooch back?! XOXO forever

Of the 3 vets we've visited since moving back to the Valley a couple years ago, these guys are by far the best. We have worked with every single veterinarian at the practice and have been treated with respect by each one. None of the vets are condescending or talk down to you. I have been using McMinnville for 5 years taking my dogs and cats there. My animals have gotten good care I was treated fairly until my last visit. When I was in there last November I paid for 12 months of Trifexis. I went in several weeks ago because I ran out. The lady at the front desk noticed that they did not give me but 6 of the Trifexis instead of 12 last November and told me she would give me the box that they open. Then she had to go out the person in charge and that person said that it had been too long and they were not going to give me anything. That was a lot of money I lost. Yes I should have made sure I got everything that was owed me before I left. But I was trying to keep my 60 pound puppy under control get the rebate get the receipt sign the receipt get the medicine I paid for and get out the door. I will not take my animals back there again.
