The doctor saw him almost immediately, called me before doing anything expensive, and he came home feeling much better that afternoon. I got a follow-up call from the staff as well as a hand written post card in the mail. This is the best veterinarian I have ever taken my pets to. They care, they know me when I call, they are patient with me and my babies too. Very good with advise and concerned about cost. Brandi who works the desk is amazing and always so kind and compassionate, and dr Cain has always been great to our family and our pets. Dr Cain has made home visits to put 2 of our dogs down in the past and made the experience a lot less traumatic for our family. The staff at Linwood Animal Clinic has laughed with us when our pets get into funny situations, cried with us when it was time to say goodbye to them, and have all provided the best care we could ask for. It was my cat's first time to the vet in years, and the staff at Linwood Animal Clinic made sure she was taken care of. They were knowledgeable, patient, efficient with their time, and friendly. From the time we walked into the clinic to the time we walked out, only twenty five minutes (tops) had passed. The vet tech and the vet did a stellar job of calming my family's anxious cat, quickly picking up on her habits and needs and giving her her space. In addition, they did their work in an efficient yet careful manner, making sure they got the information they needed and also keeping track of the cat's temperament. I love this animal clinic. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. I brought my sick dog in a week ago and they worked with me and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I do love all of the Doctors and Staff at Linwood - they have grown a lot over the years but the service has only gotten better and Dr. Cain is the best but like I said all of the other Vets are amazing. Called today for a recurring ear infection, they are going to do their best to refill the meds which I appreciate them trying to save me a visit. I would recommend them highly. Dr. Cain has been our Vet through three "generations" of pets now. I would not think of taking my dogs anywhere else! All of the Staff are awesome! So nice and welcoming that my dogs actually LIKE going to the clinic! Everyone genuinely cares about your pet and YOU! When the time came to let go of some of our previous pets they were so compassionate and understanding of our grief.
