I generally just leave no review when I decide a place isnt worth going to, but not this time.
Incredible failure to communicate on the part off the staff at this clinic resulted in my service dog's liscence being updated in the wrong county at an address I had not lived at for over 4 years- even though my current information is in their system and I brought in the paperwork for the appropriate county.
The staff handled the situation very poorly, continually talking over me on the phone to tell me that I was mistaken, and they hadn't even taken my money for a county liscence because "they don't serve Washington county".
When it became clear that the business was in the wrong and needed to resolve the issue they had created, they called both counties to get the liscence transferd, but then- again, with incredible failure to communicate what was even going on- proceeded to let us know they were "ready to transfer our files", meaning they were not going to see us anymore, they offered no explanation when asked.
So all in all, while the doctors are educated and the staff will be nice to your animals, they are highly unprofessional in a situation where they have made a mistake and will immediately defer to blaming the customer and avoiding the issue.
I can't imagine how much worse it might be if they made a mistake regarding payments or discisions for an animals actual care.

The staff is so sweet and nice! Our puppy was scared but they were gentle and quick! Prices were very low and they explained everything and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them!

We started going to Hope animal hospital right after we moved to Molalla, (2009) shortly after they opened. We had a very ill cat and we were worried sick about him. Dr. OeDell was more than unders...
We started going to Hope animal hospital right after we moved to Molalla, (2009) shortly after they opened. We had a very ill cat and we were worried sick about him. Dr. OeDell was more than understanding, she went above and beyond to sit with us and discuss all possible treatments for him. We've taken all of our pets to them for nearly 9 years and we've had exactly zero bad experiences there. Everyone there has always treated us and our pets, as family. We are moving soon and I'm sad that we will have to find a vet closer to our new home. But when we are in town we will still stop in just to say, Hi.

I went with my friend/ roomie because her dog has cancer and was very ill. We were seen by Dr. Hunt and she was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Hope animal hospital. I have taken 3 of my pets in here and they give my pets the best thorough care and never over charge me. This last time they went way out of their way to get my new little kitten in and evaluate/treat him right away and my bill was way less than I thought it would be considering the treatment they gave him. If you love your pet, take them here!

If you love your pet, this is the place to take them! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor is flat out awesome! She is great with my elderly dog as well as my rambunctious younger one. She is compassionate and absolutely DOES NOT try to convince me to do something that isn't in my pets best interests. It is a little bit on the expensive side but well worth it for the excellent care.

Had a cat that peed everywhere. They told me it had a urinary tract infection. Common in cats. But they wouldn't treat it without first doing a lot of tests all of which were expensive. We're talking 100s of dollars. I told them I wasn't going to pay for them. Long story short, I toot it to a different vet who examined and treated it for $45.

Kimberly and Katie, are by far the best there is when it comes to treating and caring for your pet, it wasn't to long ago that my dog needed help and they dropped everything and came to my house as I was unable to put him in my car, and for hours they tried to save his life, but in the end cancer is what took his life, they went above and beyond what any normal vets office would do. You want a vet that truly cares for animals, this is the place to go.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. OeDell and her office manager Katie. The amount of care they exude diminishes all the worry and stress that comes in a case of emergency. They are always informative and accommodating (even with setting up overnight emergency admittance at other hospitals). They blow my mind in the best possible way.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Kimberly McBride for several years. She is excellent with my animals and have always seen the staff here extremely caring and attentive.
Other clinics I have been to will tell you your animal needs this and that, and charge you more. Not here. They give you options for your pets and tell you and honest opinion as if it were their own animal.
My animals are basically like my children and I trust them completely.

I generally just leave no review when I decide a place isnt worth going to, but not this time.

We started going to Hope animal hospital right after we moved to Molalla, (2009) shortly after they opened. We had a very ill cat and we were worried sick about him. Dr. OeDell was more than understanding, she went above and beyond to sit with us and discuss all possible treatments for him. Kimberly and Katie, are by far the best there is when it comes to treating and caring for your pet, it wasn't to long ago that my dog needed help and they dropped everything and came to my house as I was unable to put him in my car, and for hours they tried to save his life, but in the end cancer is what took his life, they went above and beyond what any normal vets office would do. You want a vet that truly cares for animals, this is the place to go.
