The staff is nice but Vet tries to sell their services and products without disclosing the price. I casually mentioned my dog scratch his ear during his annual exam. The Vet offered to swab and told me my dog's left ear had bacteria so I can either go home and clean his ear and apply medicine or they could do it for me. She keeps insisting that we can do it for you here without disclosing there is actually $26.50 for ear cleaning. Also, they charged for two doses of medication for my dog. They applied medicine on both ears. I was shocked to see $110 bill for ear cleaning, medicine and run ear swab test. I must to say they could earn trust by informing customers of the fees on their services instead of finding any chance to charge clients. I moved to Bethany last year and now I am going back to my old Vet in Beaverton.

The vets are all very competent. So if I can't see Dr. Reyes, I'm in good hands no matter who sees my dogs. (Though they do favor her)....
The place is very well run, only the latest technology, and if they can't help, they have no problem referring to one who can.
I definitely recommend this place. Dr Mark Norman has a wonderful practice that he has created here, both for his staff and his patients alike. (And his patients people). ;)

We had two cats, one of which while normally friendly, hated every previous vet we went to. The clinic staff and doctors here were kind, patient and understanding of him and treated him so wonderfully. Both cats got such wonderful care, I'm so glad they were recommended to us. They helped us give our beloved pets 18 great years of life and treated us and the cats with compassion and care when they passed on. We would definitely recommend them!

Great Veterinarians, always friendly and focused on taking care of our pets. Juniper our cat owes her life to the great care of the team at BFPC. Dexter, our very nervous mutt, has never been able to make friends well, let alone with any Veterinarian but he gets as close as he ever has with Dr. Reyes and her extra attention to his general anxiety. Our pets have been patients of Dr. Norman for 12 years. I wouldn't go to any other clinic. He, the Vet techs, other veterinarians and receptionists are stellar. They are all professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. I've seen them expand to a larger facility with more employees and the service remained top notch. The expanded hours seven days a week is a plus. Can't go wrong with Bethany Family Pet Clinic.

Dr. Norman provides great service to pet owners. My 13 year old lab had a bad seizure attack and was immobile. He immediately came to our home, took my dog in his van and provided a great service at the clinic. He even dropped him off back at home as the dog was heavy and my wife was unable to handle the heavy dog by herself. What a commitment! I highly recommend his clinic for your pet.

I don't prefer to know my vet clinics well - it takes a good many years of annual checkups to get to know a clinic! However, while we were on vacation Bethany Family Pet Clinic not only took care of our very sick cat, they called me with daily updates, coordinated medical boarding drop-off and pick-up with our cat sitter, and got her stable enough to come home with me as soon as we got home.
Their staff was excellent, making sure I knew what was happening and the right way to care for Juniper at home. Dr. Lariviere went above and beyond to make sure I felt included and comfortable with each progressive level of intervention.
We still have some recovery ahead, but after just a year with Bethany - I know and trust them all: from the fellow Russian Blue owner who got me coffee to the surgeon who did her procedure.
Bethany did a great job at her annual exam and an even better job with illness care and treatment. Can't recommend them enough...

Our dog has had three knee surgeries with Dr. Merrill and the staff and Dr. Merrill make themselves very availability to answer any questions or concerns at any and all hours. We've never felt pressured into services that we may not need. We have recommended this clinic to all of our friends with pets and can't speak highly enough.

Our cat Otis was acting normal on Friday but when I got home from work on Sat he was meowing in pain. I called the clinic @ 5:05 knowing they close at 6; they still had me bring him in. He had a life threatening bladder blockage. They stayed until 8:30 with him getting him stable enough for us to transfer him to a vet ICU facility. We appreciate the care and effort they provided even after hours on a Saturday night. Thank you.

The staff at Bethany Family Pet Clinic are really great. The front desk personnel are always friendly & organized. The veterinary staff are really interested in making sure your pet is healthy & that you are informed about exams, procedures, tests, etc if your pet needs them. They may cost a bit more than those chain veterinary places but their pricing is still very fair & well worth it for he care your pet receives. I never feel rushed & my questions & concerns are always fully answered. I have absolutely no regrets about taking our dog to Bethany Family Pet Clinic, so glad I found them!

We've taken 2 of our 3 pets here and will definitely be returning. The staff is incredible, both doctors and technicians are caring and compassionate. They treated our very sick kitty, and worked with us to ensure he received care even though we couldn't afford the procedure they originally wanted to do. Thankfully, they did what they could within our budget and he recovered. They were very attentive, and had him back to check on him daily until they were certain he was on the mend. Yes, veterinary care IS expensive, but we've been patients at other veterinary clinics in the area and it's all comparable for the most part. We are grateful to the staff at Bethany for their kindness.

Bethany Pet Clinic was recommended to us six years ago when we moved here. They were smaller then and more focused on providing practical, quality care. Our pets have benefitted from both routine and emergency care. One of our criteria for veterinary care has always been whether or not they push for unnecessary procedures or vaccinations. As Bethany Pet Clinic has grown, they still provide quality care, just with a little added pressure for what we consider unnecessary vaccinations or little plugs for their products. I'm still giving a 4-star rating, though, as the staff is always helpful and friendly with our dogs.

Unfortunately, he now has arthritis, but that doesn't stop him from wanting to chase those balls! Dr. Velasco is the BEST vet for him. Her patience and determination to minimize his joint pain through his golden years is so appreciated. She continues to explore alternative medicines from both western and chinese methods to alleviate his pain and side effects of some of the meds. We know with her help, Sage will be with us for a while.

We love Bethany Family Pet Clinic. Our dog, Hazel, has gone their for the last three years (ever since she was 8 weeks old). They have been nothing but friendly, professional and loving to her. Everyone is very knowledgeable and takes care of us immediately. Hazel has had recurring ear infections and is very nervous about the exam room now. They are so patient and take whatever amount of time it takes to get her in there and make her as comfortable and happy as they can. The vets are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything from diagnosis to treatment to comfort care to you in-depth. They make sure you have a thorough understanding and are always available if you have questions after you leave. We feel like this clinic is part of our dog's family.

The staff is nice but Vet tries to sell their services and products without disclosing the price. I casually mentioned my dog scratch his ear during his annual exam. The Vet offered to swab and told me my dog's left ear had bacteria so I can either go home and clean his ear and apply medicine or they could do it for me. She keeps insisting that we can do it for you here without disclosing there is actually $26.50 for ear cleaning. Also, they charged for two doses of medication for my dog. They applied medicine on both ears. I was shocked to see $110 bill for ear cleaning, medicine and run ear swab test. I must to say they could earn trust by informing customers of the fees on their services instead of finding any chance to charge clients. I moved to Bethany last year and now I am going back to my old Vet in Beaverton.

The place is very well run, only the latest technology, and if they can't help, they have no problem referring to one who can.
I definitely recommend this place. Dr Mark Norman has a wonderful practice that he has created here, both for his staff and his patients alike. (And his patients people). ;)

We had two cats, one of which while normally friendly, hated every previous vet we went to. The clinic staff and doctors here were kind, patient and understanding of him and treated him so wonderfully. Both cats got such wonderful care, I'm so glad they were recommended to us. They helped us give our beloved pets 18 great years of life and treated us and the cats with compassion and care when they passed on. We would definitely recommend them!

They are all professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. I've seen them expand to a larger facility with more employees and the service remained top notch. The expanded hours seven days a week is a plus. Can't go wrong with Bethany Family Pet Clinic.

He immediately came to our home, took my dog in his van and provided a great service at the clinic. He even dropped him off back at home as the dog was heavy and my wife was unable to handle the heavy dog by herself. What a commitment! I highly recommend his clinic for your pet.

I don't prefer to know my vet clinics well - it takes a good many years of annual checkups to get to know a clinic! However, while we were on vacation Bethany Family Pet Clinic not only took care of our very sick cat, they called me with daily updates, coordinated medical boarding drop-off and pick-up with our cat sitter, and got her stable enough to come home with me as soon as we got home.
Their staff was excellent, making sure I knew what was happening and the right way to care for Juniper at home. Dr. Lariviere went above and beyond to make sure I felt included and comfortable with each progressive level of intervention.
We still have some recovery ahead, but after just a year with Bethany - I know and trust them all: from the fellow Russian Blue owner who got me coffee to the surgeon who did her procedure.
Bethany did a great job at her annual exam and an even better job with illness care and treatment. Can't recommend them enough...

Our cat Otis was acting normal on Friday but when I got home from work on Sat he was meowing in pain. I called the clinic @ 5:05 knowing they close at 6; they still had me bring him in. He had a life threatening bladder blockage. They stayed until 8:30 with him getting him stable enough for us to transfer him to a vet ICU facility. We appreciate the care and effort they provided even after hours on a Saturday night. Thank you.

The staff at Bethany Family Pet Clinic are really great. The front desk personnel are always friendly & organized. The veterinary staff are really interested in making sure your pet is healthy & that you are informed about exams, procedures, tests, etc if your pet needs them. They may cost a bit more than those chain veterinary places but their pricing is still very fair & well worth it for he care your pet receives. I never feel rushed & my questions & concerns are always fully answered. I have absolutely no regrets about taking our dog to Bethany Family Pet Clinic, so glad I found them!

We've taken 2 of our 3 pets here and will definitely be returning. The staff is incredible, both doctors and technicians are caring and compassionate. They treated our very sick kitty, and worked with us to ensure he received care even though we couldn't afford the procedure they originally wanted to do. Thankfully, they did what they could within our budget and he recovered. They were very attentive, and had him back to check on him daily until they were certain he was on the mend. Yes, veterinary care IS expensive, but we've been patients at other veterinary clinics in the area and it's all comparable for the most part. We are grateful to the staff at Bethany for their kindness.

Bethany Pet Clinic was recommended to us six years ago when we moved here. They were smaller then and more focused on providing practical, quality care. Our pets have benefitted from both routine and emergency care. One of our criteria for veterinary care has always been whether or not they push for unnecessary procedures or vaccinations. As Bethany Pet Clinic has grown, they still provide quality care, just with a little added pressure for what we consider unnecessary vaccinations or little plugs for their products. I'm still giving a 4-star rating, though, as the staff is always helpful and friendly with our dogs.

Unfortunately, he now has arthritis, but that doesn't stop him from wanting to chase those balls! Dr. Velasco is the BEST vet for him. Her patience and determination to minimize his joint pain through his golden years is so appreciated. She continues to explore alternative medicines from both western and chinese methods to alleviate his pain and side effects of some of the meds. We know with her help, Sage will be with us for a while.

We love Bethany Family Pet Clinic. Our dog, Hazel, has gone their for the last three years (ever since she was 8 weeks old). They have been nothing but friendly, professional and loving to her. Everyone is very knowledgeable and takes care of us immediately. Hazel has had recurring ear infections and is very nervous about the exam room now. They are so patient and take whatever amount of time it takes to get her in there and make her as comfortable and happy as they can. The vets are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything from diagnosis to treatment to comfort care to you in-depth. They make sure you have a thorough understanding and are always available if you have questions after you leave. We feel like this clinic is part of our dog's family.
