I came to Mt. Scott Animal Clinic from Woodstock VCA Animal Hospital, with my dog, Daisy, a new rescue. When I adopted Daisy a month or so ago, the first night home she was peeing red. After two visits to Woodstock vet and some exorbitant vet bills, I discovered she had four bladder stones and a UTI. Woodstock proposed that they would do the surgery for $1200--not including anesthesia, post-op dietary needs, medicines...just the surgery. I called Mt. Scott and they said the surgery, including all complementary fees would be between $700-850. When I brought Daisy in to meet Dr. Conradi, the doctor was extremely compassionate and answered all of my questions. I was working with Corgi Aid, a non-profit, who would pay most of the vet bill, and when I explained this to Dr. Conradi, she didn't say, ""Ok. We'll wait for the check then schedule the surgery."" She knew that Daisy was in extreme pain and was adamant that we schedule the surgery ASAP. As a vet, Dr. Conradi is simply amazing. She's caring, understanding and really flexible. I never felt unsure of what she was talking about, or unsure of what the cost of Daisy's care would be. She made sure to explain how we could make the surgery as affordable as possible. I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone. Read Less
