If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible veterinarian practice. I can't believe how foolish I was. Definitely should have read the previous comments. They're not joking when they say they only handout anti-inflammatories without even diagnosing the animal. My puppy had a great vet in Colorado but we just moved out here so I decided to give this place a try. Well, I ended up with a $400 bill for absolutely nothing but anti-inflammatories and an x-ray which leads me to believe that they did nothing to care for my dog's paw. When I got home I was cleaning it and pus came out. I had expressed concerns about an open wound and she told me that there was no need for antibiotics. Needless to say when I called them back today they were happy to give me antibiotics with a price. I mean after all they want your money. I was so infuriated it's ridiculous that I'm paying more for somebody else's mistake especially a vet who should be well informed and trained to catch simple things. It's a malpractice suit waiting to happen. Go to Oak Ridge veterinarian Hospital. They are 10x better and your animal will be in expert hands. You couldn't pay me to go back to four corners animal hospital. Sorry, no price is worth a sick or dead animal, they need to re-evaluate their morals and practices. I have taken my animals here for a couple of years..spent a lot of money..I am a senior with a husband that has a lot of medical expenses..my Chihuahua got hurt yesterday and I can't get care for her because I don't get my social security until the 23..I offered to leave them a check or my bank card number but I was told no money now or no care for my dog...I thought the important thing was to take care of the animal that has been their patient since birth...will never go back there Read Less

I prefer to have what feels like a very down-to-earth and personal relationship with my animal's vet. I also need someplace where it is understood that I have needs and preferences that can come before my pet. While I have only had one appointment at Four Corners, I believe I have found exactly what I like. Even the other customers were very friendly. The staff explained everything well and automatically stated the cost of services before anything was done. I was presented with options on the recommended treatment and the choice was clearly mine to make. It was amazing how comfortable I was made to feel for a first time visit. If i could give zero stars I would. When I brought my dog here with a massive tumor the vet laughed in my face twice and assured me there was nothing wrong with him and sent me home. A week later he was worse. She said she ran bloodwork and tests on him, Put him under anesthesia, and still nothing. She put him on antibiotics and antiinflamitory meds for no specific reason, just because she would not diagnose him. I paid over $500 for nothing. I took him to a specialist and found out he had mass cell tumor cancer. It spread to his lymphnodes and they told me if i had waited any longer he would have been terminal. Mass cell tumor is very common, Something any vet should readily recognize. My dog nearly died due to their lack of basic knowledge. She had him on unnecessary medication. When the specialist requested his records, there was no record of any of the tests I paid for, only a urine analysis. So what did I pay for then?? Their website says they have they can preform surgeries And emergency treatments, and that they accept payment plans, but when you get to the office, none of this is true. They do not have xray or ultrasound equipment, so I'm not sure how they can preform surgery or emergency services as they claim on their website. And still cant get over that she laughed in my face. If you care about your pets, dont bring them here. All they want is your money. Read Less

With having four dogs and two cats, liking your vet is a must! Over the past 10 years I've changed vets 3 times and third time was a charm with Dr. Anderson! The whole office is great from the front desk to the techs. Me and my animals agree it's a very welcoming environment. Read Less

I've been to a few vets in salem but Dr. Anderson is the first to make me feel comfortable and confident that my animals are being taken care of! I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you for always taking care of my sweet girl! Your Vets and staff are phenomenal!! One thing I always appreciate about four corners is they always give me a print off with an estimate of my bill. They're always upfront and honest with the charges as well! I like that they take appointments so we don't have to wait in the waiting room. I think that helps to bring down the stress on my pet. The other thing I love about four corners, is they are extremely flexible!! I have dropped my pet off early and they have squeezed her in, fixed her up & had her ready for me when I got off work. I'm very pleased with FCAH level of care as well as their prices. They saved me about $1,000.00 just on my one cat! The other animal hospital was a rip off! I have gone to many vet clinics in my day and have never experienced the quality of care like I have received from Four Corners. Everyone from the vets to the techs and receptionist have bent over backwards for me many times and in so many ways. The vets and staff are knowledgable and caring and go out of their way to help. I asked them to help a friends dog after it had been hit by a car and without hesitation they were there, they saved the dogs life!! You will get the quality of care your pet deserves without the high prices that other vets charge. My friend was surprised when she received her bill because it was half of what she had expected.
