Our girl Jewels Hanna has to have B-12 shots for a deficiency she has. On Friday she had to have a shot but Marsha n Susan had a family emergency and had to go be with a family member. They called us back n took their time from their emergency to get our girl her shot. These woman are Amazing and goes to show you othera are important too. No Frills is a wonderful clinic.  I was worried about finding a clinic here in Salem that would be as good to my animals as my old vet.  These ladies are great.  My little dog is almost 4 years old and they have taken exceptional care from the first appointment.  Recently I was laid off from my job, and although I have new job, things are tight after being on unemployment.  They worked with me to get the immediate care my pup needed at the time.  Thank you ladies for always taking care of my dog like he was your own. Many veterinarians are, shall we say, very conscious of the bottom line - meaning that they are primarily pursuing business objectives. They may be competent, or not, but profit features clearly and prominently in the picture. As a contrast, No Frills Pet Clinic is operating in the interest of all animals first. The service, care and concern given each pet as related to the cost to the pet owner constitutes an excellent value. The veterinarian is competent, courteous, well educated; her devotion to the animals entrusted her is obvious; she has treated my three dogs with gentle and compassionate care. Our first time here. We brought our two dogs, Pippin & Smudge in for rabies shots to renew their licenses. We were warmly welcomed and the doctor explained everything she was doing while giving them exams. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us tips on things to help our dogs. This animal clinic is The Best !!! I have a little fur baby who has been being eaten alive by fleas and then hotspots where she keeps digging at the fleas. Which has resulted in sores and hair loss. Not only did they treat her for her issues, but they gave her time to get to know them before just jumping into the exam. They treated her like she were the most precious fur baby ever. My dog Bella has been a patient at No-Frills for the past 3 years and has seen them several times for routine care. She has always received excellent care from them. Recently, she had to have a surgery at another vet clinic and did not receive that same level of care from the other clinic. Last Saturday, I called No-Frills and asked for advice and (just like always) the ladies at No-Frills were wonderful. They put my mind at rest and gave us the help Bella needed so she could heal up and get well. I know Bella is in good hands at No-Frills and I trust these ladies completely with the care they give her. Bella loves to go see them (that tells me a lot) and they've always given me a great deal of education on how to take care of her. Words can't express how much I appreciate these ladies. I came to this vet clinic by way of a glowing reference from a friend at my workplace.  I can't say enough wonderful things about Susan and Dr. Fulton.  Mango the Cat needed dental surgery and since she is 11 years old, I was so anxious.  But she could not have been in better hands!  In all my years as a pet owner, I have NEVER found a vet clinic to be so caring and loving.  I would give them 6 stars if that was an option! What can you say about people who want to help our pets get well and have a caring heart for pet parents. They work on a shoestring cost program and still provide caring service to us. If they do not have the costly equipment needed to help your pet they refer you on to someone who does. Dr. Fulton and her" staff person" are friendly down to earth and concerned I can always count on them to give me the advice I need and follow up. This office is amazing. They have shown such concern and compassion for my pets and it is very clear they genuinely love animals. My biggest gripe with other offices is that it feels like a conveyor belt system. In and out as quickly as possible but with Kuebler No Frills I have never felt that. They take the time to address my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. They are the best and I will never go anywhere else again! I recommend all my friends and family to use them and know that many have switched to them and are as happy with them as I am. I wouldn't take a dang ant farm to these people. My parents in their 70's keep taking their dog back here despite my best efforts to take them to a competent vet clinic and these clowns keep giving dangerous medications to the dog. They advice and diagnoses I would expect from someone who went to vet school in a third world country and frankly a I may trust that more.Now my parents call today telling me that their dog is allergic to grass (which the competent vet already ruled out) and they sold them a tube of neosprin with pain relief (lidocaine derivative) to slather on the dog. You are not supposed to use drugs in the 'cain' family on animals unless under close supervision as it can be toxic.Honestly I do not know why anyone would name any kind of medical clinic "No Frills" or why anyone would patronize it. I guess my parents lack of judgment in this may stem from being children of the depression.... These people need shut down. Read Less

Very horrible service. They have no respect for their customers. Treated me like I knew nothing about my dog. They don't ask before prescribing any medications, special dog food, or before doing presiders. Never going back. And they lack in knowledge. My animals have always received excellent care from this clinic, and I have always been treated well. It's not the place for everyone though. Neither Dr. Fulton nor Susan have any problem speaking their mind. So if you need your opinion to be supported when you ask them to declaw your cat, it's best to look elsewhere. If you need a shoulder to cry on because you've been feeding your cat dog food, and now the cat is gravely ill, it's best to look elsewhere. If you've decided to put your animal down, and are not a current patient but think that simply because they are veterinarians, they are obligated to help you with this (and you have of course contacted them specifically because you believe that they will be your least expensive euthanasia option), it is best to look elsewhere. Reviews here which are based solely upon the recent Statesman Journal article should be taken for what they are - based upon hearsay and not experience. These women work with a lot of worst case scenarios, and can recognize when an animal has LONG TERM, established health issues which have neglected over time. I found the Statesman Journal article to be slanted, and find it tragic that poor journalism should unduly sway so many people to demonize women whose passion is truly caring for animals. People who argue for respecting the sanctity of the law need to remember that just because something is legally correct does not make it morally so. The right to marry for same sex couples, and the right to die with dignity are both rights for which our state had to fight. In my opinion, the current legal standing which defines our beloved cats and dogs as "property" needs to change as well. I can only judge based off of the care this clinic has provided to my pets and my family's pets, as well as what I have personally witnessed. And what I have witnessed time and time again are a couple of ladies who would do anything to help an animal, and routinely go above and beyond, both for the client's and their pets. They have spent entire days with my dog just to ensure her health, and ANY time I need them, they are there for us. They are some of the kindest, most compassionate, hardest working people I know. Don't bet your animal's life on these people. I took my dear doggy to No Frills one day, fearing that she was on her way "out". We had been there before, and service was friendly enough. This time was no exception, they seemed very caring, gave her some meds and explained that she was indeed dying. I was very concerned about her pain level and didn't want her to suffer, but was also hoping she would pull through. So the No Frills folks sent me home with some meds and gave me a cell phone number to call if she got worse over the weekend. They said they would be available for a call anytime, and if they missed my call, they'd be able to return it within minutes. Well, things did get worse and I tried calling that cell phone number at least 10 times in 24 hours -- nobody ever answered and nobody ever called me back.I ended up calling Willamette Valley Animal Hospital in Keizer, who told me to bring her in immediately. It was determined that she was dying and was experiencing pain that wasn't going to go away. They were very compassionate and helped me through the process, giving me as much time as I needed to say goodbye to my dear friend. I wish I had called WVAH in the first place.After all that, in my anger, I tried calling the cell phone number for No Frills once again and still got no answer. To this day, I've never received a call back. I will never, ever trust my animals to these idiots ever again and I tell everyone I know about my horrible experience. Read Less

Never Again!! They lost my trust and business when they could not keep their promises and let my pet suffer!When they first opened up a few years back, they were wonderful to work with. We took all of our animals there and received excellent care. As they got busier, the care seemed to go downhill. We had been discussing moving to a new vet but we kept giving them chance after chance to redeem themselves.Then, one day in winter 2013, it all changed when my dog got sick. My husband took our dog in and they made all sorts of promises and said to call back, bring her back, don't worry, we'll take care of you, here's our home phone, cell phone, etc...and then they just dissed him!! We both felt like we got slapped in the face. My husband was a wreck; our dog was dying, and they didn't even have the courtesy to return a phone call, a phone call THEY said for him to make to them when he needed them. I was not in the state at the time (ill parent in hospital) so I could not do much from where I was. I trusted No Frills to help us, but all I got were phone calls from my husband, bawling his eyes out from the extreme mental and emotional toll it was taking on him to try to get a hold of them to get our dog the care that she needed.Thank goodness Willamette Valley Animal Hospital stepped up to the plate and took my dog (and wrecked hubby) in and let hubby stay with my dog as they humanely euthanized her on 12-23-13. The way they comforted my husband after our dog peacefully slipped away was WAY beyond what he ever expected from a vet. He was a babbling wreck, and they showed kindness and compassion. They made us a memory paw keepsake with my dogs pawprint. They called a few days later to check on hubby, and they sent a sympathy card. Needless to say, this is the vet that we moved the rest of our animals too and have received the best of care since.I took down my 5 star Facebook review on their page. If I could give negative stars after all of that, I would. I hope no one EVER has to go through what my husband did with them. Read Less

I so love the fact that Sue and Dr Marcia and the rest of the crew treat my animals as tho' they are actually their "children". The love and compassion this clinic shows is absolutely amazing. I have 4 cats. One has re-occuring medical problems about every 3 months, one has seizures and the other 2 thankfully are just about normal for my household. I can call the office with a problem or need to set an appt and if they are with another cient, I will usually have a return call from them before the close of business. Their prices are awesome (I have actually caught them doing an extra service without me having to ask). They make me feel like family with lots of benefits! ! !
