I took my dog over for her check-up and shots. I then took one of my cats over for a similar appointment. Both times, the staff was so friendly, professional, and caring! Both times, the vet came out to my car (the office isn't open during the COVID) and spent a lot of time chatting about his concerns and other bits and pieces about each pet. The Dr didn't try to push any extra shots or medications. It was left entirely to me to choose what I thought was best for my pets.😻

We were very impressed with Dr. Varney. She was professional, very thorough and knowledgeable. She evaluated the health needs of our dog, cats, ducks and rabbits with exceptional skill. She was very gentle and all of our animals felt at ease with her. We feel confident in her abilities and integrity as a gifted veterinarian.

We live in Oregon City and don't hesitate a minute about making the drive to Silverton in order to take our German shepherd mix. They are FABULOUS! After a horrible experience with an Oregon City vet's office, we took our dog to Abiqua, and in less than five minutes, the real problem was found. Unfortunately, it was so late in the game, she required surgery, but the office was AMAZING and, two years later, our pooch still loves going to their office. This past month, she was diagnosed with a condition common in German shepherds. While not life threatening, it is a chronic condition and will require monitoring once it goes into remission. Dr. Varney helped us find a compounding pharmacy in order to make the prescription affordable, which enabled us to make a decision based on what is best for our dog while making the impact on our wallet one that we can absorb. We couldn't be happier!

I switched to Abiqua Animal Clinic when my dog was experiencing some health problems earlier this year. They have been fantastic. They could not have done more to accommodate me and my schedule and always followed up to check in to see how he was doing. Dr. Varney - and the rest of the staff - went above and beyond for us. If you want a veterinary clinic that cares about your pet as much as you do, then this is the place for you.

I like this clinic because I never have a problem getting an appointment when it's convenient for me. I'm in and out in a flash. Dr. Andrews remembers my cats and always talks to them like they're old friends. I like the small town feel, not being rushed for the next ""patient"". Time to make an appointment!

I took my dog over for her check-up and shots. I then took one of my cats over for a similar appointment. Both times, the staff was so friendly, professional, and caring! Both times, the vet came out to my car (the office isn't open during the COVID) and spent a lot of time chatting about his concerns and other bits and pieces about each pet. We live in Oregon City and don't hesitate a minute about making the drive to Silverton in order to take our German shepherd mix. They are FABULOUS! After a horrible experience with an Oregon City vet's office, we took our dog to Abiqua, and in less than five minutes, the real problem was found.
